T\u00fcrkiye\u2019deki \u201cKafkasya Camias\u0131\u201d, sizi ilk defa Ogni K\u00fclt\u00fcr Dergisine yazd\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131z \u015fiirlerinizle tan\u0131d\u0131. 1999 y\u0131l\u0131nda Lazca\/ T\u00fcrk\u00e7e olarak yay\u0131nlanan \u201c\u015eurim\u015fine\u201d adl\u0131 kitab\u0131n\u0131z, Lazcan\u0131n da T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin ya\u015fayan dillerinden biri oldu\u011funu kan\u0131tlad\u0131. \u015eu anda S\u0130MA Vakf\u0131\u2019n\u0131n yay\u0131n organ\u0131 olan S\u0130MA\u2019da Laz dili \u00fczerine makaleleriniz yay\u0131nlan\u0131yor. M. Y\u0131lmaz Avc\u0131<\/strong>: 1939 y\u0131l\u0131nda Hopa\u2019n\u0131n Esenk\u0131y\u0131 (Abuisla\/ Azla\u011fa) K\u00f6y\u00fcnde d\u00fcnyaya geldim. Babam r\u00fc\u015ftiye mezunu olup Rize\u2019de 42 y\u0131l \u00f6\u011fretmenlik yapt\u0131. Yedisi erkek ve biri k\u0131z olmak \u00fczere sekiz karde\u015fiz. Kutlu ve Ka\u011fan isimlerinde iki o\u011flum ve G\u00f6rkem isminde bir de torunum var. 1960 y\u0131l\u0131nda \u0130n\u015faat Tekniker Okulu\u2019nu, 1968 y\u0131l\u0131nda ise (Y\u0131ld\u0131z \u00dcniversitesi) \u0130YTO\u2019nu bitirdim. Yedi y\u0131l kadar karayollar\u0131nda \u015fantiye \u015fefli\u011fi ve m\u00fcteahhitlik yapt\u0131ktan sonra 1975 y\u0131l\u0131nda Karab\u00fck Demir- \u00c7elik Fabrikas\u0131na girdim ve yirmi y\u0131ll\u0131k aktif bir \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma hayat\u0131ndan sonra 1995 y\u0131l\u0131nda, \u00f6zelle\u015ftirme nedeniyle emekli olup \u0130zmit\u2019e yerle\u015ftim. \u0130zmit\u2019te ilk i\u015fim, baz\u0131 hem\u015fehrilerimle beraber \u201cS\u0130MA Do\u011fu Karadenizliler Vakf\u0131\u201dn\u0131 kurmak oldu.
