Liderlik \u00f6\u011frenilebilir ve geli\u015ftirilebilir bir sanat dal\u0131d\u0131r. Bir insan ne zaman bir ba\u015far\u0131ya imza atsa, bu insan\u0131 hemen bir lider olarak g\u00f6r\u00fcyoruz.
