Kendisiyle yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z toplant\u0131 boyunca, bana dediklerinden \u00f6\u011frendiklerimin, ondan \u00f6nce \u00f6\u011frendiklerimden farkl\u0131 olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 anlam\u0131\u015ft\u0131m. Ancak onun makalesini derinlemesine okumak istiyordum\u2026 \u0130stanbul\u2019un Avrupa taraf\u0131ndaki evime d\u00f6n\u00fcnce, hemen masaya oturdum ve \u015eehzat Ayartepe\u2019nin makalesini okumaya ba\u015flad\u0131m. Bir defa, bir defa ve \u00fc\u00e7\u00fcnc\u00fc defa makalesini okudum.<\/p>\n<p>1976 y\u0131l\u0131nda \u201cKaradeniz Haber\u201d adl\u0131 gazetede yay\u0131nlanan makalesi \u00e7ok uzundu, bir haritas\u0131 da vard\u0131. Bu harita, Kafkasya ve Do\u011fu Karadeniz B\u00f6lgesi ve orada ya\u015fayan halklar\u0131 g\u00f6steriyordu. Ad\u0131 \u201c Lazlar\u0131n Tarih\u00e7esi\u201d olan bu makalenin be\u015f b\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fc vard\u0131. \u015e\u00f6yle: \u201cYa\u015fan\u0131lan B\u00f6lge\u201d adl\u0131 b\u00f6l\u00fcm, \u201cLazlar\u0131n k\u00f6keni\u201d adl\u0131 b\u00f6l\u00fcm, \u201cOsmanl\u0131 \u0130mparatorlu\u011fu D\u00f6neminde Lazlar\u201d adl\u0131 b\u00f6l\u00fcm, \u201cLazca\u201d adl\u0131 b\u00f6l\u00fcm ve \u201cReferans kitaplar\u0131\u201d b\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fc.<\/p>\n<p>\u015eehzat Ayartepe, en \u00f6nce T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin resm\u00ee ve etnik yap\u0131s\u0131n\u0131 g\u00f6steren bir haritas\u0131n\u0131n bulunmad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 s\u00f6yleyerek makalesini yazmaya ba\u015fl\u0131yordu. Bu en \u00f6nemli ifadeydi, 1976 y\u0131l\u0131 i\u00e7in de, bug\u00fcn i\u00e7in de. Bu ifadesiyle ne kadar ak\u0131ll\u0131 ve y\u00fcrekli oldu\u011funu bize g\u00f6steriyordu. \u015eehzat Ayartepek, T\u00fcrkiye\u2019ye bir etnik harita gerekiyordu diye de yazm\u0131\u015f. Homojen bir \u00a0millet teorisinin ger\u00e7ek\u00e7i olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 da belirterek makalesine devam ediyordu. \u201cT\u00fcrk Milleti\u201dnin farkl\u0131 etnik gruplar\u0131n bir sentezi oldu\u011funu da yaz\u0131yordu. \u00a0T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin bu sentezi i\u00e7inde Lazlar\u0131n sa\u011flam, etkili ve \u00f6nemli bir halk oldu\u011funu da g\u00f6steriyordu. T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin bir etnik haritas\u0131 olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 yazmas\u0131na ra\u011fmen, \u015eehzat Ayartepe, Lazlar\u0131n eski ve o g\u00fcnk\u00fc n\u00fcfuslar\u0131n\u0131n say\u0131lm\u0131\u015f olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 da s\u00f6yl\u00fcyordu. Uzmanlar\u0131n bilgilerinin refarans\u0131yla, Lazlar\u0131n ya\u015fad\u0131klar\u0131 b\u00f6lge, insanlar\u0131n ya\u015famas\u0131, \u00fcremesi ve b\u00fcy\u00fcmesi i\u00e7in \u00e7ok uygun oldu\u011funu da duyuruyordu. Lazlar\u0131n \u201cTemel F\u0131kralar\u201dnda s\u00f6ylendi\u011fi gibi olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 anlat\u0131yor ve Lazlar\u0131n ak\u0131ll\u0131 ve g\u00f6z\u00fc a\u00e7\u0131k insanlar olduklar\u0131n\u0131 herkesin akl\u0131na sokuyordu. Tarih boyunca \u00e7ok \u00f6nemli medeniyetin sahibi olmu\u015f bu halk\u0131n ak\u0131ls\u0131z olmayaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131n sebeplerini s\u00f6yl\u00fcyordu.<\/p>\n<p>\u015eehzat Ayartepe, Lazlar\u0131n bir Kafkasya halk\u0131 oldu\u011funu, Kafkasya k\u00f6kenli olduklar\u0131n\u0131 s\u00f6yl\u00fcyordu. Makalesinde Lazlar\u0131n H\u0131ristiyanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 ile Osmanl\u0131 \u0130mparatorlu\u011fu d\u00f6neminde M\u00fcsl\u00fcmanla\u015fma s\u00fcrecine ili\u015fkin bilgi veriyordu.<\/p>\n<p>16 Mart 1921 tarihli T\u00fcrk- Rusya Antla\u015fmas\u0131na ili\u015fkin de bilgi veren \u015eehzat Ayartepe, ikiye b\u00f6l\u00fcnm\u00fc\u015f ve yar\u0131s\u0131 T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de ve yar\u0131s\u0131 G\u00fcrcistan\u2019da kalan Sarp\/i K\u00f6y\u00fcn\u00fcn trajedisinden de duyguyla bahsediyordu. Bir zamanlar ayn\u0131 k\u00f6y\u00fcn halk\u0131 olan Sarpl\u0131lar\u0131n, \u015fimdi farkl\u0131 \u00fclkelerin vatanda\u015flar\u0131 olduklar\u0131ndan ve birbirlerine do\u011fum, hastal\u0131k, \u00f6l\u00fcm ve sevin\u00e7 gibi duygular\u0131n\u0131 \u015fark\u0131lar, a\u011f\u0131tlar vas\u0131tas\u0131yla duyurduklar\u0131n\u0131n bilgisini veriyordu. Birinci D\u00fcnya Sava\u015f\u0131 s\u0131ras\u0131nda Osmanl\u0131 Devletinde ya\u015fanan kanl\u0131 olaylara ili\u015fkin de k\u0131saca bilgi veren \u015eehzat Ayartepe, Lazlar\u0131n T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin iyi ve \u00e7al\u0131\u015fkan insanlar\u0131 oldu\u011funu, T\u00fcrkiye\u2019yi seven ve hizmet eden ki\u015filer olduklar\u0131n\u0131 yaz\u0131yordu.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-42539\" src=\"https:\/\/www.circassiancenter.com\/tr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/11\/SEHZAT-AYARTEPENIN-MAKALESINE-ILISKIN-c.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"639\" height=\"366\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.circassiancenter.com\/tr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/11\/SEHZAT-AYARTEPENIN-MAKALESINE-ILISKIN-c.png 639w, https:\/\/www.circassiancenter.com\/tr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/11\/SEHZAT-AYARTEPENIN-MAKALESINE-ILISKIN-c-300x172.png 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 639px) 100vw, 639px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Lazcaya ili\u015fkin de yazan \u015eehzat Ayartepe, Lazcan\u0131n Karadeniz K\u0131y\u0131s\u0131nda Pazar\u2019dan Hopa\u2019ya kadar konu\u015fuldu\u011funu da s\u00f6yl\u00fcyordu.<\/p>\n<p>Laz\u2019\u0131n ad\u0131n\u0131 kullanan ve onlar\u0131 ak\u0131ls\u0131z gibi g\u00f6steren f\u0131kralardan yana dertli olan \u015eehzat Ayartepe, Lazlar\u0131n bu f\u0131kralarda s\u00f6ylendi\u011fi gibi insanlar olmad\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131 ve onlara benzemediklerini yazarak bu f\u0131kralar\u0131 protesto ediyordu.<\/p>\n<p>Lazlar\u0131n \u201cT\u00fcrk\u201d k\u00f6kenli olmad\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131 g\u00f6steren \u015eehzat Ayartepe, Lazlar\u0131n okumu\u015f insanlar olarak ya\u015fad\u0131klar\u0131 \u00fclkeye farkl\u0131 meslek sahipleri olarak hizmet ettiklerini yaz\u0131yordu. \u0130yi vatanperverler olduklar\u0131ndan da bahsediyordu.<\/p>\n<p>Lazlar, birileri onlara \u201cLaz\u201d ad\u0131n\u0131 vermeden \u00f6nce de \u015fimdi ya\u015fad\u0131klar\u0131 eski topraklar\u0131 \u00fczerinde ya\u015f\u0131yorlard\u0131. Eski zamanlarda, \u201cLaz\u201d ad\u0131yla an\u0131lan halk yaln\u0131zca bug\u00fcnk\u00fc T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin Lazlar\u0131 de\u011fildi. O d\u00f6nemin Megrelleri de \u201cLaz\u201d ad\u0131yla an\u0131l\u0131yordu. Onun i\u00e7in Megrel- Lazlar \u015fimdi T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de de, G\u00fcrcistan\u2019da da ya\u015f\u0131yorlar. Dilleri Lazca da, Megrelce de ya\u015f\u0131yor.<\/p>\n<p>T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin Bat\u0131 B\u00f6lgesinde ya\u015fayan Lazlar, Osmanl\u0131- Rus 93 Harbi sebebiyle gelmi\u015flerdi. Ancak Do\u011fu Karadeniz B\u00f6lgesinde ya\u015fayan Lazlar Kafkasya\u2019dan gelmediler, yerlidirler. Onun yazd\u0131\u011f\u0131 gibi de\u011fil, Lazca \u00f6l\u00fc bir dil de\u011fildi. \u00a0Lazca \u015fimdi de ya\u015fayan bir dildir. 1990\u2019l\u0131 y\u0131llardan beri esen sa\u011flam r\u00fczg\u00e2r Lazlar\u0131n kim olduklar\u0131n\u0131 ve Lazcan\u0131n nas\u0131l bir dil oldu\u011funu herkese g\u00f6steriyordu.<\/p>\n<p>Makalesinde s\u00fcbjektif bilgiler olmas\u0131na ra\u011fmen, baz\u0131 do\u011fru ve ger\u00e7ek bilgileri vermemesine ra\u011fmen, \u015eehzat Ayartepe\u2019nin makalesi \u015fimdi bizler i\u00e7in \u00e7ok \u00f6nemlidir. \u015eimdi bizlerin elinde olan kitaplara, o y\u0131llarda \u015eehzat Ayartepe sahip olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 i\u00e7in; \u015fimdi bizim ula\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z bilgilere o ula\u015famad\u0131\u011f\u0131 i\u00e7in; bizim \u015fimdi sahip oldu\u011fumuz alg\u0131ya o zaman o sahip olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 i\u00e7in, bizim \u015fimdi ya\u015famad\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z \u201cSo\u011fuk Sava\u015f\u201d g\u00fcnlerinde ya\u015fad\u0131\u011f\u0131 i\u00e7in, T\u0130P i\u00e7in \u00f6yle bir rapor haz\u0131rlam\u0131\u015f, sonra da bir gazetede yay\u0131nlatm\u0131\u015ft\u0131.
