Bu geli\u015fme, Laz ayd\u0131nlar\u0131n\u0131n kimlik m\u00fccadelesindeki ilk \u00f6nemli zaferleri. Hat\u0131rlanaca\u011f\u0131 \u00fczere, daha \u00f6nce 2004\u2019te TRT, Lazcay\u0131 tan\u0131mam\u0131\u015f ve yay\u0131n yapmam\u0131\u015ft\u0131. Emperyalizm \u015fimdiye kadar Lazlar\u0131n a\u011fz\u0131na bal \u00e7almad\u0131 da \u015fimdi mi \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131yor?!<\/p>\n<p>Bir ba\u015fka g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015fe g\u00f6re; \u201cAKP, oy hesab\u0131 yap\u0131yor ve bu ama\u00e7la, bu \u201cLazca Se\u00e7meli Ders\u201d meselesini ortaya att\u0131.\u201d Ku\u015fkusuz, bu yakla\u015f\u0131m da her olumlu geli\u015fmeyi CHP yapamad\u0131 diye hay\u0131flanan bir kesimin g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015flerinin tezah\u00fcr\u00fcnden ba\u015fka bir \u015fey de\u011fil.\u00a0 S\u0131rf Lazca konusundaki bu olumlu geli\u015fmeler AKP iktidar\u0131 d\u00f6neminde oluyor diye de kar\u015f\u0131 \u00e7\u0131kanlar var. Bu olumlu bir geli\u015fme.<\/p>\n<p>Yine bir g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015f; \u201cLazcan\u0131n Se\u00e7meli Ders\u201d olmas\u0131n\u0131n Lazcaya da Lazlara da hakaret oldu\u011funu\u201d savunuyor. Ancak bu i\u015fin arkas\u0131nda 20 y\u0131ll\u0131k bir birikim ve m\u00fccadele var. 20 y\u0131ll\u0131k acemi talimg\u00e2h\u0131 \u00f6rne\u011fi bir s\u00fcr\u00fc tecr\u00fcbe ya\u015fanm\u0131\u015f olmas\u0131na; kimi zamanlar ate\u015f ve tekerlek defalarca yeniden ke\u015ffedilmeye \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131ld\u0131ysa da, b\u00fct\u00fcn bunlar bu m\u00fcfredat \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmas\u0131n\u0131n arkas\u0131ndaki samimi \u00e7abalama, yazma ve \u00e7izmeyi \u00f6nemsiz k\u0131lmaz. Bu y\u00f6n\u00fcyle Laz Enstit\u00fcs\u00fc\u2019n\u00fcn haz\u0131rlay\u0131p sundu\u011fu m\u00fcfredat \u00f6nemlidir. Bu m\u00fcfredat\u0131 izleyecek olan \u201cLazca Se\u00e7meli Dersler\u201d de \u00f6yle.<\/p>\n<p>Bo\u011fazi\u00e7i \u00dcniversitesi de bu m\u00fcfredat \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmas\u0131nda destek sunmu\u015f. Bu konuda \u00f6nc\u00fc rol oynayan ve kendisine yap\u0131lan yap\u0131c\u0131 ele\u015ftirileri dikkate alan \u0130smail Bucakli\u015fi Avc\u0131\u2019n\u0131n da buradaki rol\u00fcn\u00fc bilmeli, ad\u0131n\u0131 anmal\u0131 ve kutlamal\u0131y\u0131z. Kendisi ayn\u0131 zamanda birka\u00e7 y\u0131ld\u0131r Bo\u011fazi\u00e7i \u00dcniversitesi\u2019nde ek ders olarak Lazcay\u0131 da \u00f6\u011fretiyor; Lazcay\u0131 \u00fcniversiteye sokan ki\u015fidir. Bu anlamda Lazcan\u0131n dostu olan herkes \u015fimdi Laz Enstit\u00fcs\u00fc\u2019n\u00fcn \u00f6nc\u00fcl\u00fck etti\u011fi bu \u00f6nemli ba\u015far\u0131y\u0131 sahiplenmeli; destek olmal\u0131d\u0131r. Herkes \u00fczerine d\u00fc\u015feni bir imece anlay\u0131\u015f\u0131yla ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirmeli.<\/p>\n<p>Bu m\u00fcfredat\u0131n kabul edilmesi ger\u00e7ekten de \u00f6nemli; bunun \u00f6nemini kavramal\u0131 ve bundan sonra da gere\u011fini yapmal\u0131y\u0131z. \u015eimdi yap\u0131lmas\u0131 gerekenler nedir? \u00d6ncelikle ders kitaplar\u0131n\u0131n haz\u0131rlanmas\u0131 konusunda, bu konuda \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan, \u00e7al\u0131\u015facak olanlar, mutlaka s\u00f6yleyecek s\u00f6z\u00fc ve \u00f6nerisi olanlar\u0131 dinlemeli ve onlar da dikkate almal\u0131d\u0131r. B\u00f6ylesi bir tav\u0131r, yap\u0131lan i\u015fin daha fazla ki\u015fi taraf\u0131ndan sahiplenilmesini sa\u011flayacakt\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>Kitaplardan sonra bir ba\u015fka konu da velilerin Lazcay\u0131 se\u00e7meleri i\u00e7in dilek\u00e7e ile ba\u015fvurmalar\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011flamakt\u0131r. B\u00fct\u00fcn bunlar \u00f6nemli. Ancak b\u00fct\u00fcn bunlar Laz ayd\u0131nlar\u0131n\u0131n el ele vermesiyle daha kolay ve \u00e7abuk yap\u0131labilecek i\u015flerden.<\/p>\n<p>\u015eimdi bu \u201cLazca Se\u00e7meli Dersleri\u201d okullarda kimler verecek? \u015eu an \u015f\u00f6yle bir d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnelim. Bug\u00fcne kadar devlet bu dilleri yok saym\u0131\u015f, AKP H\u00fck\u00fcmeti de 2004\u2019te, TRT yay\u0131nlar\u0131nda de\u011fil, ancak bug\u00fcn bug\u00fcn Lazca\u2019n\u0131n varl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 resmen kabul etmi\u015f. Okul yok, kitap yok, yeti\u015fmi\u015f eleman yok. Bu i\u015f nas\u0131l olacak. Anadili Lazca olan \u0130ngilizce, Frans\u0131zca ve Almanca dersi \u00f6\u011fretmenlerinden istekli olanlar bir program \u00e7er\u00e7evesinde bir ayl\u0131k yo\u011fun bir e\u011fitim ve \u00f6\u011fretimden sonra sertifikalar\u0131n\u0131 da alarak pek\u00e2la s\u0131n\u0131flarda \u201cLazca Se\u00e7meli Dersleri\u201d s\u0131n\u0131flarda verebilirler. Bu s\u00f6yledi\u011fim yabana at\u0131lmamal\u0131. \u00dczerinde kafa yorulmal\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>Bilgi sahibi olmadan, fikir sahibi olman\u0131n s\u0131k\u0131nt\u0131lar\u0131n\u0131 bu \u00fclkede y\u0131llard\u0131r \u00e7ekiyoruz. Bu konu \u201cLazca Se\u00e7meli Ders\u201d konusuna da yans\u0131yor. Sosyal medya \u00fczerinden, konuyla ilgili veya ilgisiz bir\u00e7ok ki\u015fi birka\u00e7 c\u00fcmlelik fikirlerini yaz\u0131yor; i\u015fi slogana bo\u011fuyor. Bu \u00f6nemli geli\u015fmeyi \u00f6nemsizle\u015ftirmeye \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131yor. Her fikir \u00f6nemlidir. Ancak konuya ve ge\u00e7mi\u015fine ili\u015fkin bilgileri olmayanlar\u0131n klavye \u015fovalyeli\u011fiyle ak\u0131l vermeye \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 ku\u015fkusuz katk\u0131 de\u011fil moral bozucu bir fakt\u00f6rd\u00fcr.<\/p>\n<p>Bug\u00fcn K\u00fcrt\u00e7e, \u00c7erkes\u00e7e, Abhazca ve Lazca okullarda art\u0131k se\u00e7meli ders.
