Yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 bas\u0131n a\u00e7\u0131klamas\u0131n\u0131n ard\u0131ndan, Lazlar ve Lazca bir kez daha g\u00fcndeme geldi. Bu konuyla ba\u011flant\u0131l\u0131 son g\u00fcncel geli\u015fmelere de\u011finmeden \u00f6nce, Lazlar hakk\u0131nda k\u0131saca bilgi vermenin, faydal\u0131 olaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fcyorum. B\u00f6ylelikle TRT\u2019nin Lazca yay\u0131n yapmayarak, bu dili konu\u015fan insanlara nas\u0131l bir haks\u0131zl\u0131kta bulundu\u011fu daha a\u00e7\u0131k bir \u015fekilde anla\u015f\u0131lacakt\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cKolh\u201dlardan, \u201cLaz\u201d ad\u0131yla ilk bahseden 1. y\u00fczy\u0131l tarih\u00e7isi Plinius olmu\u015ftur. 2. y\u00fczy\u0131l tarih\u00e7isi Arrianus zaman\u0131nda Lazlar, (g\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fczde Abhazya s\u0131n\u0131rlar\u0131 i\u00e7inde kalan) Sokhumi\u2019den ba\u015flamak \u00fczere \u201cTrabzon\u201da kadar olan b\u00f6lgede ya\u015famaktayd\u0131. Roma \/ Bizansl\u0131lar\u0131n \u201cLaz\u201d dedikleri bu insanlar\u0131 G\u00fcrc\u00fcler ve Abhaz-Abazalar \u201cMegrel\u201d olarak adland\u0131r\u0131r. G\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fczde ise, T\u00fcrkiye ve G\u00fcrcistan\u2019da ya\u015fayan ve M\u00fcsl\u00fcman olanlar\u0131 \u201cLaz \u201d, yaln\u0131zca G\u00fcrcistan\u2019da ya\u015fayan ve H\u0131ristiyan olanlar\u0131 ise \u201c Megrel \u201d ad\u0131yla \u00f6zde\u015fle\u015fmi\u015ftir. Roma \/ Bizansl\u0131lar\u0131n \u201cLazika\u201d dedikleri krall\u0131klar\u0131na G\u00fcrc\u00fcler ve Abhaz-Abazalar \u00a0 \u201cEgrisi\u201d der. Bu krall\u0131k, bug\u00fcnk\u00fc Abhazya , Megrelya (Samegrelo), \u0130mereti, Acara, Guria\u2019y\u0131 i\u00e7ine al\u0131yordu.<\/p>\n<p>1461\u2019e kadar \u201cTrabzon Krall\u0131\u011f\u0131\u201dn\u0131n y\u00f6netimi alt\u0131ndaki \u201cLazia Temas\u0131\u201dnda ya\u015fayan Lazlar, \u201cRum\u201d y\u00f6netimiyle \u00e7at\u0131\u015fma i\u00e7indeydi. Bu durum, \u00a0 Lazlar\u0131 Osmanl\u0131lar\u0131n \u201cdo\u011fal\u201d m\u00fcttefiki \u00a0 haline getiriyordu. \u201cTrabzon Krall\u0131\u011f\u0131\u201dn\u0131n Osmanl\u0131lar\u0131n eline ge\u00e7mesinden sonra da Lazlar \u201c\u00f6zerkliklerini\u201d koruyabilmi\u015f ve yerel derebeylerinin y\u00f6netiminde ya\u015fam\u0131\u015flard\u0131r. Bu\u00a0\u00a0 \u201c\u00f6zerklik \u201d, \u00a0 g\u00f6r\u00fcn\u00fcrde H\u0131ristiyan, \u00f6zde Pagan olan Lazlar\u0131n, s\u00fcre\u00e7 i\u00e7inde \u0130sl\u00e2miyeti kabul etmelerinde ku\u015fkusuz \u00f6nemli bir fakt\u00f6r olmu\u015ftur.<\/p>\n<p>Osmanl\u0131 y\u00f6netimindeki \u201cLazistan Sanca\u011f\u0131\u201dnda ya\u015fayan Lazlar, 19. y\u00fczy\u0131ldaki \u201cOsmanl\u0131-Rus Sava\u015flar\u0131\u201d ve Birinci D\u00fcnya Sava\u015f\u0131 s\u0131ras\u0131nda Osmanl\u0131 Devleti\u2019ne tam bir ba\u011fl\u0131l\u0131k g\u00f6stermi\u015flerdir. Baz\u0131 yabanc\u0131lar, bu ba\u011fl\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131 \u201c\u015fa\u015f\u0131rt\u0131c\u0131\u201d bulur. Osmanl\u0131 Devletinin, \u00c7arl\u0131k Rusyas\u0131 kar\u015f\u0131s\u0131ndaki her yenilgisi ve toprak kayb\u0131, Lazlar\u0131 kitlesel g\u00f6\u00e7lerle y\u00fcz y\u00fcze b\u0131rakt\u0131. Marmara B\u00f6lgesindeki g\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fcz \u201cdiaspora s\u0131\u201d, i\u015fte b\u00f6yle olu\u015ftu. \u201c1915\u201dte ise, \u00c7oruh Vadisinde ya\u015fayan 52 000 M\u00fcsl\u00fcman Acar ve Lazdan yaln\u0131zca 7.000\u2019inin hayatta kalabilmesi n\u00fcfus kay\u0131plar\u0131 konusunda \u00f6nemli bir \u00f6rnek te\u015fkil eder. 16 Mart 1921 tarihli Moskova Antla\u015fmas\u0131 sonucunda da ayn\u0131 co\u011frafyadan \u201czorunlu\u201d kitlesel kopu\u015flar ya\u015fanacakt\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>Lazlar\u0131n Kurtulu\u015f Sava\u015f\u0131\u2019na ba\u011fl\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131 da tamd\u0131. \u0130\u015fgal \u0130stanbul\u2019undaki yeralt\u0131 mukavemet faaliyetlerine aktif olarak g\u00f6n\u00fcll\u00fc kat\u0131lmalar\u0131, silah ve m\u00fchimmat temini ve bunlar\u0131n Anadolu\u2019ya takalarla ka\u00e7\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131nda Lazlar\u0131n kan ve teri nas\u0131l ink\u00e2r edilebilir ki?!<\/p>\n<p>Lazca\u2019n\u0131n geli\u015ftirilerek gelecek ku\u015faklara aktar\u0131lmas\u0131 \u015f\u00f6yle dursun, baz\u0131 d\u00f6nemlerde konu\u015fulmas\u0131n\u0131n bile engellenmeye \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 biliyoruz. Y\u0131llar sonra T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin di\u011fer ana dilleri i\u00e7in tam bir umut do\u011fdu derken, bu kez de TRT\u2019nin haks\u0131zl\u0131\u011f\u0131na u\u011fran\u0131l\u0131yor; Abazaca ve G\u00fcrc\u00fcce ile birlikte Lazca yay\u0131n da yapm\u0131yor.<\/p>\n<p>2000 y\u0131l\u0131nda yap\u0131lan n\u00fcfus say\u0131mlar\u0131nda yurtta\u015flar\u0131n T\u00fcrk\u00e7e d\u0131\u015f\u0131ndaki ana dillerine ili\u015fkin bilgi edinmeyi sa\u011flayacak sorular sorulmad\u0131. Bu sebeple, bu ana dillerin say\u0131s\u0131n\u0131; hangi b\u00f6lgelerde ka\u00e7 ki\u015fi taraf\u0131ndan ana dili, ikinci dil, \u00fc\u00e7\u00fcnc\u00fc dil olarak konu\u015fulduklar\u0131n\u0131; ka\u00e7 ki\u015finin bu ana dillerini \u00f6\u011frenmek istedi\u011fini ve kendilerini nas\u0131l tan\u0131mlad\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131 bilemiyoruz. Bu somut duruma ra\u011fmen,TRT\u2019nin yay\u0131n yapaca\u011f\u0131 ana dillerini Bo\u015fnak\u00e7a, Arap\u00e7a, K\u0131rman\u00e7i, \u00c7erkes\u00e7e ve Zazaca ile s\u0131n\u0131rl\u0131 tutmas\u0131 ve 7 Haziran 2004 tarihinden itibaren de bu ana dillerde yay\u0131na ba\u015flamas\u0131, TRT\u2019nin dikkate almad\u0131\u011f\u0131 di\u011fer anadillerini konu\u015fan duyarl\u0131 yurtta\u015flar\u0131 \u00fcz\u00fcnt\u00fcye sevk etti. TRT\u2019nin bu konudaki k\u0131stas\u0131 da belli de\u011fildi. Haks\u0131zl\u0131\u011fa u\u011frayan yurtta\u015flar bir a\u00e7\u0131klama bekliyordu. Ancak TRT\u2019nin kulaklar\u0131 t\u0131kal\u0131yd\u0131. Bu durumda, duyarl\u0131 insanlara, dilek\u00e7e haklar\u0131n\u0131 kullanmaktan ba\u015fka bir yol kalm\u0131yordu. Benim bildi\u011fim, ana dilleri Abazaca, G\u00fcrc\u00fcce veya Lazca olan baz\u0131 duyarl\u0131 insanlar, bu haklar\u0131n\u0131 TRT\u2019ye ba\u015fvurarak kullan\u0131yor, kendi ana dillerinin de TRT taraf\u0131ndan dikkate al\u0131nmas\u0131 i\u00e7in sessiz bir \u00e7aba i\u00e7ine giriyordu. Bu geli\u015fmeler s\u0131ras\u0131nda g\u00f6zler, parlamento \u00fcyesi ve ana dilleri Abazaca, G\u00fcrc\u00fcce veya Lazca olan veya en az\u0131ndan o ana dillerini konu\u015fan ailelerden gelen milletvekillerini ar\u0131yordu. Bas\u0131na yans\u0131masa da, yine de bu milletvekillerinin \u00e7e\u015fitli te\u015febb\u00fcslerde bulunduklar\u0131 umut ediliyor!<\/p>\n<p>\u0130\u015fte tam da bu hayal k\u0131r\u0131c\u0131 ortamda, Rize eski milletvekili Mehmet Bek\u00e2ro\u011flu, \u015f\u00f6yle bir bas\u0131n a\u00e7\u0131klamas\u0131 yap\u0131yor ve y\u00fcreklere su serpiyordu: <em>\u201cBenim ana dilim, (yasaya g\u00f6re mahalli dil ve leh\u00e7e) Lazcad\u0131r. Benim gibi anadili Lazca olan 300 bin T\u00fcrkiye Cumhuriyeti vatanda\u015f\u0131, TRT&#8217;nin Lazca yay\u0131n yapmamas\u0131ndan rencide olmu\u015ftur. Do\u011frusu TRT&#8217;nin bu ayr\u0131mc\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131 ni\u00e7in yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 merak ediyoruz. Eminim ki G\u00fcrc\u00fcce ve di\u011fer mahalli dilleri konu\u015fanlar da ayn\u0131 durumdad\u0131r. \u00a0 Yasa gere\u011fi mahalli dil ve leh\u00e7elerde yay\u0131n yapma g\u00f6revini \u00fcstlenen TRT, bu se\u00e7imleri yaparken hangi kriteri esas alm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r? TRT&#8217;nin Lazca ve di\u011fer mahalli dil ve leh\u00e7elerde de yay\u0131n yap\u0131lmas\u0131 i\u00e7in bir \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmas\u0131 var m\u0131, varsa Lazca yay\u0131nlar ne zaman ba\u015flayacak, hangi g\u00fcn ve hangi saatlerde olacakt\u0131r? Ba\u015fka dil ve leh\u00e7elerde yay\u0131n yap\u0131lmayacaksa bunun nedeni nedir? Gerekirse hakk\u0131m\u0131 yasal yollarla arayaca\u011f\u0131m\u0131 bildirir, a\u00e7aca\u011f\u0131m mahkemelere esas olacak \u015fekilde bu sorular\u0131ma yasal s\u00fcresi i\u00e7inde cevap verilmesini talep ederim.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n<p>9 Haziran\u2019daki bu a\u00e7\u0131klamas\u0131, gerekti\u011fi kadar etki yapmad\u0131. Televizyon kanallar\u0131 ilgi g\u00f6stermedi; kendisiyle g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015fmeler yap\u0131lmad\u0131. Oysa bas\u0131n mensuplar\u0131 Bek\u00e2ro\u011flu\u2019nun bu a\u00e7\u0131klamas\u0131n\u0131n ard\u0131ndan, kendisine en az\u0131ndan Lazca ve G\u00fcrc\u00fcce haberleri TRT\u2019de kimin haz\u0131rlay\u0131p sunaca\u011f\u0131, bu konuda G\u00fcrcistan Cumhuriyeti\u2019nde G\u00fcrc\u00fcce ve Lazca alan\u0131nda yeti\u015fmi\u015f dilbilimci, program yap\u0131mc\u0131lar\u0131 ve spikerlerden nas\u0131l faydalan\u0131labilece\u011fi gibi konular\u0131nda sorular y\u00f6neltilebilirlerdi.<\/p>\n<p>Bek\u00e2ro\u011flu\u2019nun bas\u0131n a\u00e7\u0131klamas\u0131ndan sonra tam bir suskunluk g\u00f6r\u00fcld\u00fc. Bu suskunlu\u011fun sebebinin, kendisinin siyas\u00ee kimli\u011finden ve partisiyle, iktidar partisi aras\u0131ndaki husumetten kaynakland\u0131\u011f\u0131 d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fclebilir. Oysa Bek\u00e2ro\u011flu, kamuoyu \u00f6n\u00fcnde belki de hayat\u0131nda ilk defa kendisi i\u00e7in bir te\u015febb\u00fcste bulunuyor ve ana dili Lazca i\u00e7in bir yurtta\u015f olarak y\u00fcr\u00fcrl\u00fckteki kanunlardan do\u011fan hakk\u0131n\u0131 kullan\u0131yordu.<\/p>\n<p>Bek\u00e2ro\u011flu\u2019nun yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 bu hakl\u0131 \u00e7\u0131k\u0131\u015f\u0131n\u0131n, ana dilleri Lazca olan di\u011fer politikac\u0131lar taraf\u0131ndan da bir \u015fekilde takip edilmesi s\u00f6z konusu olabilirdi. Bu ise \u201cbaz\u0131lar\u0131\u201d taraf\u0131ndan ho\u015f kar\u015f\u0131lanm\u0131yor, bunun \u00f6n\u00fcn\u00fcn kesilmesi isteniyordu. Bir mesaj verilmeliydi! Bek\u00e2ro\u011flu\u2019nun a\u00e7\u0131klamas\u0131n\u0131n hemen ard\u0131ndan, \u201cMilliyet Gazetesi\u201d gibi \u201cT\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin di\u011fer ana dillerine\u201d sayg\u0131yla yakla\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131 g\u00f6zlenen bir gazetede, 13 Haziran 2004 tarihinde olduk\u00e7a k\u0131sa, ancak \u201ci\u015fin ehli\u201d taraf\u0131ndan \u201c\u00f6zenle\u201d haz\u0131rlanm\u0131\u015f bir \u201chaber\u201d yay\u0131nland\u0131. Bu \u201chaber\u201d,<em>\u201cLazlar, \u00f6zel yay\u0131na kar\u015f\u0131\u201d<\/em> ba\u015fl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ta\u015f\u0131yor. Masa ba\u015f\u0131nda haz\u0131rland\u0131\u011f\u0131 belli olan \u201chaber\u201d \u015f\u00f6yle: <em>\u201cTRT\u2019nin anadilde yay\u0131na ba\u015flamas\u0131n\u0131n ard\u0131ndan, Do\u011fu Karadeniz B\u00f6lgesi\u2019nde yayg\u0131n olarak ya\u015fayan \u201cLaz\u201d k\u00f6kenli vatanda\u015flar, ayr\u0131mc\u0131l\u0131\u011fa yol a\u00e7aca\u011f\u0131 d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcncesiyle TRT\u2019nin \u201cLazca\u201d yay\u0131n yapmamas\u0131n\u0131 istediklerini belirtti. \u00d6zellikle Rize\u2019nin Pazar, Arde\u015fen, Hem\u015fin, \u00c7aml\u0131hem\u015fin, F\u0131nd\u0131kl\u0131 ile Artvin\u2019in Arhavi ve Hopa il\u00e7elerinde ya\u015fayan Laz k\u00f6kenli vatanda\u015flar,<\/em> \u2018Bizim tek dilimiz T\u00fcrk\u00e7e\u2019dir. Lazca da olsa, K\u00fcrt\u00e7e de olsa, \u00c7erkezce de olsa farkl\u0131 yay\u0131n istemiyoruz\u2019 <em>dedi.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Bu \u201chaber\u201d ertesi g\u00fcn\u00fc, yani 14 Haziran 2004 tarihinde, \u0130lkokul birinci s\u0131n\u0131f\u0131n ilk d\u00f6neminde \u00f6\u011fretilen iml\u00e2 kurallar\u0131n\u0131 dahi bilmeyen bir \u015fah\u0131s taraf\u0131ndan \u00e7ok k\u00f6t\u00fc bir T\u00fcrk\u00e7e ile allan\u0131p pulland\u0131r\u0131lm\u0131\u015f olarak \u201cOrtado\u011fu Gazetesi\u201dnde de yay\u0131nland\u0131. \u201cMilliyet Gazetesi\u201dnde yay\u0131nlanan \u201chaber\u201d bu y\u00f6n\u00fcyle de ilgi \u00e7ekici!<\/p>\n<p>Lazca\u2019n\u0131n, \u201c93 Harbi\u201dnden (1877-78 Osmanl\u0131- Rus Sva\u015f\u0131ndan) sonra Ak\u00e7akoca, Karam\u00fcrsel, Sapanca, D\u00fczce, Yalova vb. yerle\u015fim birimlerinde olu\u015fan \u201cLaz diasporas\u0131nda\u201d toplu olarak ya\u015fayan yurtta\u015flar aras\u0131nda da, ekonomik sebeplerden dolay\u0131 gerek Do\u011fu Karadeniz B\u00f6lgesi\u2019nden gerekse de belirtilen bu \u201cdiasporadan\u201d g\u00f6\u00e7 edip \u0130stanbul gibi b\u00fcy\u00fck \u015fehirlerde da\u011f\u0131n\u0131k olarak ya\u015fayan yurtta\u015flar aras\u0131nda da konu\u015fuldu\u011funu g\u00f6z ard\u0131 eden bu \u201chaberin\u201d kim veya kimlerle konu\u015fularak haz\u0131rland\u0131\u011f\u0131 belli de\u011fil! Bu \u201chaberi\u201d kimin yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 belli de\u011fil! \u201cHaberin\u201d \u201cmahreci\u201d de belli de\u011fil! Hem b\u00fct\u00fcn bunlar belli bile olsa, say\u0131lar\u0131 milyonla ifade edilen insanlar aras\u0131ndan, varsa baz\u0131 insanlar\u0131n Lazca yay\u0131na kar\u015f\u0131 olmalar\u0131, b\u00fct\u00fcn Lazlar\u0131n tavr\u0131 gibi de\u011ferlendirilebilir mi? Hepsinden de \u00f6nemlisi, yasalar\u0131n tan\u0131d\u0131\u011f\u0131 bir hakk\u0131n, hak tan\u0131nanlardan baz\u0131lar\u0131na kulland\u0131r\u0131lmamas\u0131 y\u00f6n\u00fcnde bir gazete kamuoyu olu\u015fturulmas\u0131 i\u00e7in \u201chaber\u201d yapar m\u0131? B\u00f6yle bir durumda yap\u0131lan i\u015f gazetecilik olur mu?! \u201cUzman i\u015fi\u201d bu \u201chaber\u201d, \u201cMilliyet Gazetesi\u201dnin bu konudaki \u00e7izgisine uymamas\u0131na ra\u011fmen, nas\u0131l yay\u0131nland\u0131?! Bu gazetenin yetkilileri acaba bunun fark\u0131nda m\u0131? Bu \u201chabere\u201d g\u00f6re; TRT\u2019nin Lazca yay\u0131n yapmas\u0131 ayr\u0131mc\u0131l\u0131km\u0131\u015f! Bu \u201chaber\u201d, yaln\u0131zca b\u00fct\u00fcn Lazlar TRT\u2019nin Lazca yay\u0131n yapmas\u0131na kar\u015f\u0131ym\u0131\u015f gibi g\u00f6stermekle kalmay\u0131p, Lazlar\u0131 \u201cK\u00fcrt\u00e7e\u201d ve \u00c7erkes\u00e7e yay\u0131nlara kar\u015f\u0131ym\u0131\u015flar gibi de g\u00f6steriyor. B\u00f6ylelikle K\u00fcrt ve \u00c7erkeslerle Lazlar aras\u0131na d\u00fc\u015fmanl\u0131k tohumlar\u0131 da sa\u00e7\u0131lmak isteniyor. B\u00f6yle \u201chaber\u201d olur mu?<\/p>\n<p>Bu \u201chaberin\u201d, Bek\u00e2ro\u011flu\u2019nun a\u00e7\u0131klamas\u0131n\u0131n hemen ard\u0131ndan yay\u0131nlanmas\u0131 sebebiyle, ilk bak\u0131\u015fta O\u2019na bir cevap oldu\u011fu de\u011ferlendirilebilirse de, as\u0131l hedef Lazcad\u0131r. Bek\u00e2ro\u011flu\u2019nun a\u00e7\u0131klamas\u0131nda Lazcan\u0131n yan\u0131 s\u0131ra G\u00fcrc\u00fcceyi sahiplenmesi de, \u201chaberi\u201d haz\u0131rlayan\u0131n ho\u015funa gitmiyor. \u0130ki karde\u015f dil, yani Lazca ve G\u00fcrc\u00fcce yan yana g\u00f6r\u00fclmek istenmemektedir. Bek\u00e2ro\u011flu\u2019nun demokratik hakk\u0131n\u0131 kullanmak i\u00e7in yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131klaman\u0131n ard\u0131ndan yay\u0131nlanan bu \u201dhaber\u201d, bu ger\u00e7e\u011fi bir kez daha a\u00e7\u0131\u011fa vurmu\u015ftur.
