M. Recai \u00d6zg\u00fcn\u2019\u00fcn bunlardan ba\u015fka da \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 var. \u201cKaza\u2019n\u0131n Kahvesi\u201d (1978), \u201cAtmaca\u201d (1994), \u201cBa\u015flad\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z Yer\u201d (1998) di\u011fer kitaplar\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>Do\u011fu Karadeniz\u2019in biraz daha do\u011fusunda ya\u015fayan ve ya\u015fad\u0131klar\u0131 co\u011frafyan\u0131n yerlisi olan Lazlar\u0131n tarihlerini, geleneklerini, \u00fcretim, m\u00fclkiyet, payla\u015f\u0131m ili\u015fkilerini ve Kurtulu\u015f Sava\u015f\u0131\u2019ndaki m\u00fccadelelerini anlat\u0131yor M. Recai \u00d6zg\u00fcn kitaplar\u0131nda. Ana dili olan Lazcaya da ver veriyor bu \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131nda. Mjora-Nart Yay\u0131nlar\u0131\u2019ndan \u00e7\u0131kan \u201cBa\u015flad\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z Yer\u201d ba\u015fl\u0131kl\u0131 kitab\u0131 T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de bir ilke de imza at\u0131yordu. Y\u0131llar \u00f6nce yazd\u0131\u011f\u0131 T\u00fcrk\u00e7e \u015fiirlerini Lazcaya \u00e7evirileriyle birlikte bu kitab\u0131nda toplam\u0131\u015ft\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>1924 do\u011fumlu M. Recai \u00d6zg\u00fcn, hayat \u00e7izgisiyle olduk\u00e7a ilgin\u00e7 ve s\u0131ra d\u0131\u015f\u0131 bir insan. \u0130lkokulda \u201cLazca Konu\u015fanlarla M\u00fccadele Kolu\u201dnda aktif bir \u00f6\u011frenci. Yani kendi ana dilinin konu\u015fulmas\u0131na bask\u0131yla engel olmaya \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlara canla ba\u015fla hizmet ediyor. Arkada\u015flar\u0131n\u0131 \u00f6\u011fretmenlerine ispiyonluyor, cezalar g\u00f6rmelerini sa\u011fl\u0131yor. Hatta h\u0131z\u0131n\u0131 alam\u0131yor Lazcadan ba\u015fka dil bilmeyen b\u00fcy\u00fcklerine \u201cLazca konu\u015fmay\u0131n!\u201d diyecek kadar ileri gidiyor. Y\u0131llar sonra, k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck bir \u00e7ocukken \u00fcstlendi\u011fi g\u00f6revi kendisiyle yap\u0131lan r\u00f6portajlarda anlatacak ve kendisini ele\u015ftirecek ve sistemin \u00e7ocuk ruhunda a\u00e7t\u0131\u011f\u0131 yaralar\u0131 ortaya koyacak kadar da y\u00fcrekli bir insand\u0131 M. Recai \u00d6zg\u00fcn.<\/p>\n<p>Lazcan\u0131n ya\u015fat\u0131lmas\u0131 yolunda yakla\u015f\u0131k son on y\u0131l\u0131na s\u0131\u011fd\u0131rd\u0131\u011f\u0131 m\u00fccadelesi, \u00e7ocukluk g\u00fcnlerine g\u00f6t\u00fcrd\u00fc O\u2019nu. Kendisiyle hesapla\u015ft\u0131; muhasebe yapt\u0131. \u0130lkokul s\u0131ralar\u0131nda, fakirli\u011finin de, ya\u015fad\u0131\u011f\u0131 y\u00f6renin geri kalm\u0131\u015fl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n sebebi olarak da, \u0130stanbul\u2019a ula\u015famay\u0131p hemencecik \u201cb\u00fcy\u00fck adam\u201d olamamas\u0131n\u0131n sebebi olarak da belki Lazcay\u0131 g\u00f6r\u00fcyordu. Belki kendisinden daha g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc olan akranlar\u0131 aras\u0131nda ve hatta kendisinden ya\u015f\u00e7a b\u00fcy\u00fck olanlar\u0131n \u00fczerinde bir g\u00fc\u00e7 sahibi olmas\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011flad\u0131\u011f\u0131 i\u00e7in, otoritenin g\u00f6n\u00fcll\u00fc emrindeydi. Meyveyi dal\u0131ndan kopar\u0131p yedi\u011fi o \u00e7ocukluk g\u00fcnlerinde, o baldan tatl\u0131 meyvelerin tamam\u0131na yak\u0131n\u0131, konu\u015fulmas\u0131n\u0131 engellemeye \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131 o dille biliyordu: antama (\u015feftali), bertseuli (nar), buli (kiraz), mtskhuli (armut), urdzeni (\u00fcz\u00fcm)\u2026<\/p>\n<p>Aradan y\u0131llar ge\u00e7ti. Evlendi, \u00e7ocuklar\u0131, torunlar\u0131 oldu. \u00dcst d\u00fczey bir b\u00fcrokrat olarak emekliye ayr\u0131ld\u0131. \u0130stanbul\u2019a yerle\u015fti. Ticaretle u\u011fra\u015ft\u0131. Ancak \u00e7ocukluk g\u00fcnlerini ve adlar\u0131n\u0131 ilk olarak Lazca \u00f6\u011frendi\u011fi meyvelerin tad\u0131n\u0131 hi\u00e7 unutmad\u0131; ilkokul g\u00fcnlerini de! Art\u0131k her \u015feyi de\u011ferlendirecek ya\u015ftayd\u0131. Bir aya\u011f\u0131 \u0130stanbul\u2019da di\u011fer aya\u011f\u0131 Ma\u015fukiye\u2019ydi. Ma\u015fukiye, \u00e7ocukluk g\u00fcnlerinin Arhavi\u2019si, Hopa\u2019s\u0131 gibiydi. Belki de o y\u00fczden Ma\u015fukiye\u2019de bulu\u015fmak istedi toprakla yeniden.<\/p>\n<p>Resm\u00ee ideoloji ve resm\u00ee tarih tezlerinin olanca a\u011f\u0131rl\u0131\u011f\u0131yla hissedildi\u011fi tek parti y\u0131llar\u0131nda \u00f6\u011frenciydi. Okul s\u0131ralar\u0131nda, iki-dilli olman\u0131n bir insan ve i\u00e7inde ya\u015fad\u0131\u011f\u0131 toplum i\u00e7in nas\u0131l bir zenginlik oldu\u011funu kavrayam\u0131yordu belki de.
