T\u00fcrkiye, Avrupa Birli\u011fi&#8217;ne kat\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131nda Lazca\u2019dan S\u00fcryanice&#8217;ye, \u00c7erkes\u00e7e&#8217;den <\/em><em>K\u00fcrt\u00e7e&#8217;ye kadar e\u011fer ya\u015famaya devam ederse ba\u015fka pek \u00e7ok dil bunlar\u0131n aras\u0131na girecektir.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Bilbilik\u2019in iddia etti\u011fi gibi, \u00c7erkes s\u00fcrg\u00fcn\u00fcn\u00fc anma g\u00fcn\u00fc 138 y\u0131l sonra g\u00fcndeme getirilmemi\u015ftir. Konu hep g\u00fcndemdedir. Kafkasyal\u0131\u00adlar\u2019\u0131n yay\u0131nlar\u0131 geriye d\u00f6n\u00fck olarak incelenirse s\u00fcrg\u00fcn konusunun her zaman i\u015flendi\u011fi ve anma toplant\u0131lar\u0131n\u0131n yap\u0131la geldi\u011fi g\u00f6r\u00fclecek\u00adtir. B\u00fct\u00fcn bu devletler manev\u00ee sorumluluk alt\u0131ndad\u0131r.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n<p>\u201cKafkas g\u00f6\u00e7\u00fc\u201d ya da \u201cKafkas s\u00fcrg\u00fcn\u00fc\u201d insanl\u0131k tarihinin en tra\u00adjik olaylar\u0131ndan bir tanesidir. Bu \u201cg\u00f6\u00e7\u201d ya da \u201cs\u00fcrg\u00fcn\u201d s\u0131ras\u0131nda on binlerce insan a\u00e7l\u0131ktan, hastal\u0131ktan ve k\u00f6t\u00fc ko\u015fullardan dolay\u0131 hayat\u00adlar\u0131n\u0131 kaybetmi\u015fti. Bu insanlar\u0131n torunlar\u0131n\u0131n, bu ac\u0131 olaylar\u0131 kolektif haf\u0131zalar\u0131nda canl\u0131 tutmak istemelerini \u201cmenhus bir pl\u00e2n\u0131n par\u00e7as\u0131\u201d olarak g\u00f6stermeye \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmak hi\u00e7bir insan\u00ee de\u011fer yarg\u0131s\u0131yla ba\u011fda\u015fma\u00admaktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>Y\u0131llard\u0131r \u015fu ya da bu \u015fekilde d\u00fczenlenen \u201c21 May\u0131s anmala\u00adr\u0131n\u0131n bu y\u0131l 21 May\u0131s yerine 19 May\u0131s\u2019ta d\u00fczenlenmesinin \u201ckat\u0131l\u0131m\u00adla ilgili bir konu\u201d oldu\u011fu a\u00e7\u0131kt\u0131r. Zira 19 May\u0131s 2002, Pazar g\u00fcn\u00fcne denk d\u00fc\u015fmektedir. D\u00c7P&#8217;nin uluslararas\u0131 bir kurulu\u015f oldu\u011funu d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnm\u00fcyorum. T\u00fcm bu devletler, Da\u011fl\u0131 halklar\u0131n \u00e7ektikleri ac\u0131lardan dolay\u0131 manev\u00ee sorumluluk alt\u0131ndad\u0131r.<\/em><em>\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Kafkas Sava\u015flar\u0131ndaki b\u00fcy\u00fck can ve mal kayb\u0131ndan dolay\u0131 bu\u00adg\u00fcn Rusya insanlar\u0131 derin \u00fcz\u00fcnt\u00fc duymaktad\u0131r. Bu sava\u015flar esnas\u0131n\u00adda veya sava\u015f\u0131n yol a\u00e7t\u0131\u011f\u0131 k\u00f6t\u00fc ko\u015fullar nedeniyle veya anayurtlar\u0131n\u00addan s\u00fcr\u00fcl\u00fcrken yabanc\u0131 \u00fclke topraklar\u0131nda ya\u015fam\u0131n\u0131 kaybeden t\u00fcm insanlar\u0131 sayg\u0131 ile an\u0131yor, topraklar\u0131n\u0131n bol olmas\u0131n\u0131 diliyorum. Uzun y\u0131llar \u00f6nce meydana gelen bu olaylar\u0131n yeni nesiller taraf\u0131ndan unu\u00adtulmamas\u0131n\u0131 ve bizlerin bu t\u00fcr fel\u00e2ketlerle bir daha kar\u015f\u0131la\u015fmamam\u0131\u00adz\u0131 diliyorum.<\/em><em>\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>\u00dclkedeki politik havaya uygun olarak, tarihin \u00e7e\u015fitli d\u00f6nemleri\u00adne ve 1820-1860&#8217;l\u0131 y\u0131llarda meydana gelen Kafkas Sava\u015flar\u0131\u2019na ili\u015f\u00adkin de\u011fi\u015fik bak\u0131\u015f a\u00e7\u0131lar\u0131 vard\u0131r. Demokratik hukuk devleti prensiple\u00adrinin ve insan\u00ee de\u011ferlerin bug\u00fcnk\u00fc Rusya\u2019da Kafkas Sava\u015flar\u0131\u2019n\u0131n objektif olarak de\u011ferlendirme zaman\u0131 gelmi\u015ftir. Bu sava\u015flarda Kaf\u00adkas halklar\u0131 ya\u015famlar\u0131n\u0131, \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fcklerini ve ulusal varl\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131 koru\u00admak i\u00e7in kahramanca m\u00fccadele etmi\u015flerdir&#8230;\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Makalede adlar\u0131 \u201cima ile\u201d an\u0131lan baz\u0131 kurulu\u015flar ve ki\u015filerin ad\u0131\u00adna burada yorumlarda bulunmam\u0131n do\u011fru olmayaca\u011f\u0131 kanaatinde\u00adyim. Ancak, Bilbilik\u2019in bu makaleyi kaleme almadan \u00f6nce \u201ckonu\u201dyla ilgili iyi bir \u201car\u015fiv ara\u015ft\u0131rmas\u0131\u201d yapmas\u0131 ve ad\u0131n\u0131 and\u0131\u011f\u0131 kurulu\u015f ve ki\u00ad\u015filerle ba\u011flant\u0131ya ge\u00e7mesi daha iyi olurdu diye d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fcyorum.<\/p>\n<p>Bilbilik, makalesinin sonunda Karen Fogg\u2019dan \u201cal\u0131nt\u0131\u201d yap\u0131yor ve yorumsuz yay\u0131nl\u0131yor. Burada sorun Karen Fogg mu? Karen Fogg\u2019un, \u201ckonu\u015fanlar\u0131 say\u0131ca (daha) az olan diller\u201d ve \/ veya \u201cyerel diller\u201dle ilgili olarak s\u00f6yledikleri mi? Yoksa her ikisi de mi? Bu b\u00f6\u00adl\u00fcmde hedef belli de\u011fil! Bilbilik, \u00fclkemizin \u201cdilsel ve k\u00fclt\u00fcrel zen\u00adginli\u011finin ya\u015fat\u0131lmas\u0131n\u0131n bir yabanc\u0131 taraf\u0131ndan dillendirilmesini i\u00e7i\u00adne sindiremiyorsa hakl\u0131d\u0131r.
