K\u00f6y; Kayseri-Yahyal\u0131 il\u00e7esi ile Adana-Kozan ve Feke il\u00e7elerine s\u0131n\u0131r olarak da \u00fc\u00e7 il\u00e7eye s\u0131n\u0131r te\u015fkil eden say\u0131l\u0131 k\u00f6ylerdendir. K\u00f6y\u00fcm\u00fcz iki derenin kesi\u015fti\u011fi bir vadi de etraf\u0131 do\u011fal ormanlarla \u00e7evrili bir yerde kurulmu\u015ftur. \u00c7ukurova insan\u0131n\u0131n yazlar\u0131 do\u011fal bitki ve orman \u00f6rt\u00fcs\u00fcnden dolay\u0131, dereleri ve so\u011fuk sular\u0131 bol oldu\u011fu i\u00e7in yayla ve ar\u0131c\u0131l\u0131k faaliyetleri i\u00e7in tercih etti\u011fi serin bir iklime sahiptir. K\u0131\u015flar\u0131 ise g\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fcz \u015fartlar\u0131nda uzun s\u00fcre yollar\u0131 kapal\u0131 kalmasa da \u00e7ok kar ya\u011fan, sert iklimlidir. Burhaniye k\u00f6y\u00fc Kayseri\u2019ye Yahyal\u0131-Develi-Erciyes \u00fczeri yakla\u015f\u0131k 120 km. Adana\u2019ya Kozan \u00fczeri yakla\u015f\u0131k olarak 140 km. uzakl\u0131ktad\u0131r. Ayr\u0131ca Adana-Alada\u011f (Karsant\u0131) ve Adana-Feke \u00fczerinden de gidilebilmekte ve Ni\u011fde-\u00c7amard\u0131-Demirkaz\u0131kda\u011f\u0131-Yedig\u00f6ller-Kapuzba\u015f\u0131-Zamant\u0131 nehri -Ulup\u0131nar- Be\u015f \u00e7e\u015fme (k\u00f6ye ba\u011fl\u0131 bir yer) g\u00fczergahlar\u0131n\u0131 kullanarak ula\u015f\u0131labilen, bu g\u00fczergah \u00fczerinden yazlar\u0131 yap\u0131lan Treking-Da\u011fc\u0131l\u0131k faaliyetleriyle de yerli ve yabanc\u0131 turistlerin u\u011frak yerlerinden biridir. Yollar\u0131n belirli kilometrelerinden sonraki k\u0131s\u0131mlar\u0131 stabilize ve toprak yol olmas\u0131 ula\u015f\u0131m a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan ve zaman a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan biraz zor ve yorucu olmaktaysa da k\u00f6ye ula\u015f\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 zaman g\u00f6r\u00fclen g\u00fczellikler ve yemye\u015fil do\u011fa ya\u015fanan bunca zahmete fazlas\u0131yla de\u011fmektedir.<\/p>\n<p><b>Tarihi: <\/b>Burhaniye k\u00f6y\u00fcn\u00fcn; Kuzey Kafkasya dan geldi\u011fi tarih tam olarak bilinmemekle birlikte ilk g\u00f6\u00e7ten, yani 1864\u2019den daha sonraki y\u0131llarda tahmini olarak ya da ya\u015fl\u0131lardan, T\u00fcrkiye\u2019ye geldikleri y\u0131l ya da y\u0131llarda do\u011fan ilk \u00e7ocuklar\u0131n vefat y\u0131llar\u0131ndan ve ya\u015fad\u0131klar\u0131 ya\u015flar\u0131ndan yola \u00e7\u0131karak yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z uzun ara\u015ft\u0131rma ve hesaplamalar neticesinde 1890-1892 y\u0131llar\u0131 aras\u0131nda geldikleri bilgisine ula\u015f\u0131lm\u0131\u015f ama net olarak bu iki y\u0131ldan hangisi ve hangi tarih oldu\u011fu sonucuna ula\u015f\u0131lamam\u0131\u015fsa da \u00f6nce ya da sonra olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131na emin olunmu\u015ftur. Ara\u015ft\u0131rmam\u0131z s\u00fcrmektedir.<\/p>\n<p>K\u00f6y, Kuzey Kafkasya\u2019n\u0131n yerli halklar\u0131 olan Adigelerin, Kabardey boyundan gelen \u00c7erkesler taraf\u0131ndan kurulmu\u015ftur. Hajret Kabardeyleri denilen Kabardey \u00c7erkeslerinin kurdu\u011fu k\u00f6y\u00fcm\u00fcz\u00fcn geli\u015f ser\u00fcveni ise \u015f\u00f6yledir:<\/p>\n<p>Yukar\u0131daki tarihlerin birinde Kuzey Kafkasya\u2019daki ya\u015fad\u0131klar\u0131 yerlerden b\u00fcy\u00fck bir kafile olarak yola \u00e7\u0131kan \u00c7erkesler yollarda kat\u0131lanlarla daha da b\u00fcy\u00fcyerek Karadeniz sahiline ula\u015fm\u0131\u015flar. Burada t\u0131ka basa doldurulduklar\u0131 gemilerle \u0130stanbul \u00fczeri transit ge\u00e7erek Bo\u011fazlar\u0131 a\u015fm\u0131\u015flar Ege denizi ve Akdeniz yoluyla zorlu bir yolculuk yaparak \u00f6l\u00fclerini ve g\u00f6zya\u015flar\u0131n\u0131 Karadeniz, Ege ve Akdeniz\u2019in karanl\u0131k sular\u0131na d\u00f6kerek bug\u00fcn ki Mersin (\u0130\u00e7el) liman\u0131na demirleyerek ac\u0131, h\u00fcz\u00fcn ve zahmet dolu yolculuklar\u0131 son bulmu\u015ftur. Burada kendilerine yetkililer taraf\u0131ndan \u00f6nerilen Erdemli ve Silifke sahil boyunu be\u011fenmeyen kafile yoluna devam ederek. Mersin ve Tarsus aras\u0131nda bir yer olan Yaka k\u00f6y\u00fcnde yolculu\u011fun yaralar\u0131n\u0131 sarmak,dinlenmek amac\u0131yla bir mola vermi\u015fler.<\/p>\n<p>Thamadeler, bundan sonra ne yap\u0131laca\u011f\u0131na karar vermek, gelecek k\u0131\u015f aylar\u0131na yolda yakalanmamak i\u00e7in k\u0131\u015f\u0131n burada kar\u015f\u0131lanmas\u0131na karar vermi\u015fler. K\u0131\u015f\u0131 burada ge\u00e7iren kafile yeni \u00f6l\u00fcmlere \u00fcz\u00fcl\u00fcrken hayat\u0131n devam etti\u011fini g\u00f6steren ve g\u00f6\u00e7\u00fcn ilk \u00e7ocuklar\u0131n\u0131 da yine burada kucaklam\u0131\u015flar. Bu arada k\u00f6yden gurup olarak ilk kopmalar da ba\u015flam\u0131\u015f (\u015eu anki Mersin-Atl\u0131lar (Sadiye) k\u00f6y\u00fcn\u00fcn bu kafileden ayr\u0131lan aileler taraf\u0131ndan kuruldu\u011fu s\u00f6ylenir) ayr\u0131lanlar\u0131 geride b\u0131rakan kafile Adana\u2019ya ula\u015f\u0131r. Buran\u0131n yetkilileri kafileye \u015fu anki Ceyhan istasyon meydan\u0131n<br \/>\nG\u00fcney\u2019inin alt taraf\u0131nda bulunan bir yeri yerle\u015fim yeri olarak g\u00f6sterirler. Buraya ilk g\u00f6\u00e7 (1864) ve sonra ki y\u0131llarda gelerek yerle\u015fen \u00c7erkeslerin \u00f6l\u00fcmlerini duyan, bizzat ya\u015famlar\u0131n\u0131 g\u00f6ren ve buralar\u0131n s\u0131tma, s\u0131cak ve koca koca sivrisineklerini g\u00f6ren Thamadeler bu teklifi de kabul etmezler ama art\u0131k yorulan ve daha fazla gezmek istemeyen kimi aileler pes ederek \u015fimdiki Anavarza kalesinin alt k\u0131sm\u0131nda bulunan Tilki Buca\u011f\u0131 denilen yere yerle\u015firler.<\/p>\n<p>Bu \u00c7erkes aileler sonra ki y\u0131llarda baz\u0131 s\u00fcrt\u00fc\u015fmeler ve zorlamalar sonucu \u015fimdi ki Kahramanmara\u015f-And\u0131r\u0131n il\u00e7esine g\u00f6\u00e7erek Ye\u015filtepe (G\u00fcmbetir) ve Alt\u0131nbo\u011fa k\u00f6ylerini kurarak buraya yerle\u015firler. Ana kafile ise ayr\u0131lanlar\u0131 yine geride b\u0131rakarak yukar\u0131lara Kozan il\u00e7esi istikametine yollar\u0131na devam ederler. Kozana ula\u015fan kafileye teklif edilen, \u015fimdi ki Devlet Hastanesi\u2019nin alt\u0131ndaki K\u0131z\u0131lyaz\u0131 d\u00fczl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fc de be\u011fenmeyen kafile; yukar\u0131larda daha serin ve ormanl\u0131k g\u00fczel yerlerin oldu\u011fu s\u00f6ylentisine ve g\u00f6nderdikleri ke\u015fif atl\u0131lar\u0131n\u0131n bilgilerine bakarak yeniden yola koyulurlar. Kozan\u2019da da kopmalar devam eder, burada da baz\u0131 aileler ayr\u0131l\u0131rlar (Tufanbeyli-Kayap\u0131nar k\u00f6y\u00fcn\u00fc kurarlar). Ayr\u0131lanlara \u00fcz\u00fclen ve iyice \u00fcmitsizli\u011fe kap\u0131lan kafile Adana\u2019y\u0131 Kayseri\u2019ye ba\u011flayan G\u00f6\u00e7er a\u015firetlerin kulland\u0131\u011f\u0131 do\u011fal yolu yorucu ve zahmetli bir yolculukla a\u015farak \u015fimdiki k\u00f6y\u00fcn bulundu\u011fu \u0130nderesi-\u0130nd\u0131re denilen yere ula\u015f\u0131rlar. Dereleri, do\u011fal s\u0131k ormanlar\u0131, so\u011fuk sular\u0131, da\u011flardaki yabani armut, erik, al\u0131\u00e7, elma a\u011fa\u00e7lar\u0131 ile Kafkasya\u2019daki ya\u015fad\u0131klar\u0131 yerlere benzeyen bu yeri \u00e7ok be\u011fenmi\u015f ve yerle\u015fmeye karar vermi\u015flerdir.<\/p>\n<p>Koca kafileden geriye kala kala 550 hane kalm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r art\u0131k, yakla\u015fan k\u0131\u015f\u0131n tela\u015f\u0131yla bir an \u00f6nce kendileri ve hayvanlar\u0131 i\u00e7in bar\u0131nak yapacak yer ararlar. \u015eimdi, iki k\u00f6y\u00fcn aras\u0131nda bulunan Bonza\u011f\u0131z denilen yoku\u015fun alt\u0131nda bulunan do\u011fal ma\u011fara d\u00fczenlenerek kafilenin b\u00fct\u00fcn hayvanlar\u0131 buraya konulur. Kendileri de dere vadisinde yakla\u015fan k\u0131\u015f\u0131 ge\u00e7irecekleri bar\u0131naklar yapmaya ba\u015flarlar. K\u0131\u015f o sene her zamankinden erken bast\u0131r\u0131r, haz\u0131rl\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131 tam olarak bitiremeden k\u0131\u015fa yakalan kafile \u00e7ok sert ge\u00e7en k\u0131\u015f\u0131n ard\u0131ndan gelen bahar ay\u0131yla yap\u0131lan yorucu yolculuk, iyi beslenememe ve sert ge\u00e7en k\u0131\u015f sonucu b\u00fcy\u00fck kay\u0131plar verir.<\/p>\n<p>Kimi s\u00fclalelerde kimse kalmayacak \u015fekilde yok olur ya da yok olma a\u015famas\u0131na gelir. Bilan\u00e7o korkun\u00e7tur; \u00f6l\u00fcmler hep \u00f6l\u00fcmler. Yolculu\u011fun ba\u015f\u0131ndan beri pe\u015flerini hi\u00e7 b\u0131rakmayan \u00f6l\u00fcm burada da onlar\u0131 bulmu\u015f, hem de \u00e7ok k\u00f6t\u00fc yakalam\u0131\u015f, kal\u0131c\u0131 evlerinden \u00f6nce mezarl\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131 kurmu\u015flard\u0131r. Gelen bahar ay\u0131yla birlikte \u00f6l\u00fclerini defneden kafile, \u00f6l\u00fcme ve olacak her \u015feye inat edercesine yerle\u015fim i\u015fine bakmaya ba\u015flarlar. Yukar\u0131k\u00f6y \u015fimdiki yerine, A\u015fa\u011f\u0131k\u00f6y de bulundu\u011fu yere, \u015fu anki Feke il\u00e7esine ba\u011fl\u0131 olan Mansurlu nahiyesinin ilerisinde bulunan bir koya\u011fa da Ademeyler yerle\u015fir (ileri y\u0131llarda Ademeyler buradan g\u00f6\u00e7erek A\u015fa\u011f\u0131k\u00f6ye kat\u0131l\u0131rlar).<\/p>\n<p>Yaz aylar\u0131 ile birlikte \u00e7evreyi iyice ara\u015ft\u0131r\u0131p, bulunduklar\u0131 yerleri tan\u0131yan ve al\u0131\u015fmaya \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan kafile, daha \u00f6nce gelerek Kayseri-Uzunyaylaya yerle\u015fen di\u011fer \u00c7erkeslerle ve akrabalar\u0131 ile temasa da ge\u00e7erler. Burada da kafileden bir gurup aile de ayr\u0131larak o taraflara gitmi\u015fler, \u015fimdiki Yeni Yass\u0131p\u0131nar (Jan\u0131kuey) k\u00f6y\u00fc de bu kafileden ayr\u0131larak Uzunyayla\u2019ya giden aileler taraf\u0131ndan kurulmu\u015ftur (ileri zamanlarda tersine g\u00f6\u00e7le bu giden ailelerden ve \u00e7ocuklar\u0131ndan geri d\u00f6nenler de olmu\u015ftur). Sonraki y\u0131llarda da kimi s\u00fclaleler hastal\u0131k ve \u00f6l\u00fcmlerle yok olmu\u015f, kimileri de Adana\u2019ya (Kayap\u0131nar ve Ceyhana), Kayseri-Sivas\u2019a (Uzunyayla) d\u00f6nm\u00fc\u015fler yada Konya-Tokat gibi vs. gibi yurdun de\u011fi\u015fik yer ve b\u00f6lgelerine da\u011f\u0131lm\u0131\u015flard\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>\u0130lk y\u0131llarda ya\u015fanan \u00f6l\u00fcmler, g\u00f6\u00e7 ve ayr\u0131l\u0131klar yada tersine g\u00f6\u00e7lerle ya\u015fam\u0131na devam eden ve yeni hayatlar\u0131na ve yurtlar\u0131na al\u0131\u015fmaya \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan k\u00f6yl\u00fcler, Osmanl\u0131\u2019n\u0131n son d\u00f6nemlerindeki sava\u015flara g\u00f6nderdikleri kimi d\u00f6nen, kimide \u00f6l\u00fcp hi\u00e7 gelmeyen gen\u00e7leri d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda b\u00fcy\u00fck kopma ve \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fclmeler ya\u015famadan kendi aralar\u0131nda ya da Uzunyayla, Adana\u2019da bulunan \u00c7erkeslerden, o zamanlar pek s\u0131k olmasa da \u00e7evre yerli halktan k\u0131z al\u0131p vererek ya\u015famlar\u0131n\u0131 \u00e7ift\u00e7ilik, hayvanc\u0131l\u0131k, ticaret yaparak (o y\u0131llarda Akdeniz-\u00c7ukurova\u2019y\u0131, \u0130\u00e7anadolu-Kayseri\u2019ye ba\u011fl\u0131yan yol \u00fczerinde bulunman\u0131n vermi\u015f oldu\u011fu avantajla konar-g\u00f6\u00e7er a\u015firetler ve ka\u00e7ak\u00e7\u0131lardan (t\u00fct\u00fcn vb) ayakbast\u0131 ve ge\u00e7i\u015f, korunma, bar\u0131nma \u00fccreti al\u0131rlarm\u0131\u015f.<\/p>\n<p>Al\u0131\u015fveri\u015f ve ferdi \u00e7\u0131k\u0131\u015flar ya da askerlik hizmeti hari\u00e7 d\u0131\u015far\u0131ya kapal\u0131 bir \u015fekilde ya\u015famlar\u0131n\u0131 devam ettirmi\u015flerdir. K\u00f6y\u00fcm\u00fcz cumhuriyet ve sonradan olu\u015fan sistemle Adana ili Feke il\u00e7esine 1954 y\u0131llar\u0131na kadar ba\u011fl\u0131 kalm\u0131\u015f, yap\u0131lan bir ba\u015fka d\u00fczenleme neticesinde, daha yak\u0131n oldu\u011fu Kayseri-Yahyal\u0131 il\u00e7esine ba\u011flanm\u0131\u015f, o tarihten g\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fcze gelene kadar bu b\u00f6yle kalm\u0131\u015f, d\u0131\u015far\u0131 ile ili\u015fkiler \u00e7ok az ve belli seviye de s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclm\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr. Ta ki 1960-1965 y\u0131llar\u0131na kadar s\u00fcren bu kapal\u0131l\u0131k de\u011fi\u015fen hayat \u015fartlar\u0131na ve d\u0131\u015far\u0131ya askerlik ve de macera olsun diye gezmeye ya da \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmaya giden gen\u00e7lerin okumak veya daha \u00e7ok para kazan\u0131p, daha iyi hayat \u015fartlar\u0131 i\u00e7in \u015fehirlere ufak ufak ka\u00e7maya ba\u015flamas\u0131yla bozulmaya ba\u015flam\u0131\u015fsa da ana-baba vs.. gibi etkenlerden ve \u015fehirdeki olay ve hayat \u015fartlar\u0131n\u0131n zorluklar\u0131ndan dolay\u0131 olsa gerek, bir \u00e7o\u011fu geriye d\u00f6nm\u00fc\u015f, kalanlarda geride b\u0131rakt\u0131klar\u0131 b\u00fcy\u00fckleri ve akrabalar\u0131 y\u00fcz\u00fcnden k\u00f6yle olan ba\u011flar\u0131n\u0131 hi\u00e7 koparmam\u0131\u015flar. Bu sayede bu y\u0131llar a\u015f\u0131r\u0131 bir y\u0131k\u0131ma yol a\u00e7madan atlat\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial; font-size: small;\">Sonraki y\u0131llarda \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma ve e\u011fitim amac\u0131yla k\u00f6yden ayr\u0131lanlar olduysa da bu da k\u00f6y\u00fc pek etkilememi\u015ftir ama as\u0131l 1980\u2019li y\u0131llar ba\u015f\u0131ndan sonraki d\u00f6nemde de\u011fi\u015fen ve bir nevi \u00e7a\u011f atlayan T\u00fcrk ekonomisi ve hayat\u0131yla birlikte meydana gelen hareketlenme ve ilerleyen y\u0131llarla birlikte i\u015f, ge\u00e7im zorlu\u011fu, b\u00fcy\u00fcyen ailelerle birlikte b\u00f6l\u00fcnerek iyice k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fcl\u00fcp art\u0131k kimseye yetmeyen topraklar ve de e\u011fitimin ilkokuldan sonra devam edememesi y\u00fcz\u00fcnden aileler k\u00f6yden ya tamamen ya da k\u0131smen koparak \u015fehirlere ak\u0131n etmi\u015flerdir. Bu; k\u00f6y i\u00e7in b\u00fcy\u00fck bir y\u0131k\u0131m\u0131n ve bo\u015flu\u011fun oldu\u011fu y\u0131llard\u0131. K\u00f6yde kalan \u00e7ok az insan ve bunlar\u0131n \u00e7o\u011funlu\u011fu ya\u015fl\u0131lar ve kad\u0131nlard\u0131. Bu y\u0131llarda neredeyse insanlar birbirlerini bayramlarda, d\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn ve cenazelerde veya k\u00f6ye geldiklerinde g\u00f6r\u00fcyorlard\u0131. Yeni yeni ilerleyen ve insanlar\u0131n g\u00f6zlerini boyayan \u015fehir hayat\u0131 ve l\u00fcks ya\u015fam \u00f6zlemi k\u00f6ydeki gen\u00e7lerin \u015fehirlere ka\u00e7mas\u0131na neden olmu\u015f.
