Bu konuda sadece devlet b\u00fct\u00e7esine g\u00fcvenmeden, m\u00fclk sahibi varl\u0131kl\u0131 ki\u015filerinde katk\u0131 sa\u011flamas\u0131 halinde, bir zararda g\u00f6rmeden, kar elde etmeleri, paralar\u0131n\u0131n \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131yor olaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131n anlat\u0131lmas\u0131 fikri Dmitri Medvedev&#8217;in ho\u015funa gitti ve bu fikri destekledi.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/www.circassiancenter.com\/cc-turkiye\/yz-image6\/0321-3.JPG\" width=\"426\" height=\"283\" border=\"0\" \/><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial; font-size: small;\"><span lang=\"tr\">Ba\u015fbakan Devlet ve halk\u0131n paras\u0131n\u0131n bir<\/span> <span lang=\"tr\">arada kullan\u0131lmas\u0131 halinde Kafkasya<\/span><span lang=\"en-us\">&#8216;<\/span><span lang=\"tr\">da turizm sekt\u00f6r\u00fcn\u00fcn geli\u015fmesinde bunun iyi bir \u00e7\u0131k\u0131\u015f yolu olaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131n alt\u0131n\u0131 \u00e7izdi.<\/p>\n<p>Dmitri Medvedev; &#8216; T\u00fcrkiye ve Meksika&#8217;da turizm end\u00fcstrisi bu \u015fekilde olu\u015fturulmu\u015f. Bu \u015feklin kuzey Kafkasya<\/span><span lang=\"en-us\">&#8216;<\/span><span lang=\"tr\">da da uygulanmas\u0131 \u00fczerine d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnmek gerekiyor&#8217; dedi.<\/p>\n<p>Bilalov Ahmed ise konu\u015fmas\u0131nda devletin, paras\u0131n\u0131 bu konuya yat\u0131ran ki\u015filere garant\u00f6r olmas\u0131n\u0131n gerekti\u011fini belirtti. \u00d6zel sekt\u00f6r\u00fcn paras\u0131 daha ziyadesi ile i\u015fler ba\u015flad\u0131\u011f\u0131nda gerekecek. \u0130lk yap\u0131lacak binalara harcanacak m\u00fclke yat\u0131r\u0131m yapanlar bunlar bitti\u011finde haklar\u0131n\u0131 sat\u0131p para kazanabilir bir sonra yap\u0131lacak binalara da yat\u0131r\u0131m yapabilirler.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/www.circassiancenter.com\/cc-turkiye\/yz-image6\/0321-4.JPG\" width=\"426\" height=\"283\" border=\"0\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Bilalov&#8217;un ifadesine g\u00f6re; B\u00f6ylesi yakla\u015f\u0131mlar, i\u015flerin \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcmlenmesinde iyi bir yol oluyor, i\u015fadamlar\u0131, ticaret erbab\u0131, varl\u0131kl\u0131 ki\u015filerin ortakla\u015fa turizm tesisleri olu\u015fturulmas\u0131 her iki taraf i\u00e7inde memnun edici bir y\u00f6ntem. Bu y\u00f6ntem ayn\u0131 zamanda devletin paras\u0131n\u0131n da daha az kullan\u0131lmas\u0131na sebep oluyor, kand\u0131r\u0131lmayacaklar\u0131n\u0131 anlayan insanlarda kendi paralar\u0131n\u0131 ortaya koyarak turizm tesislerinin yap\u0131m\u0131n\u0131 ilerletiyorlar.<\/p>\n<p>Rusya Federasyonu H\u00fck\u00fcmeti taraf\u0131ndan kurulan &#8216;Kuzey Kafkasya dinlence yerleri&#8217; isimli anonim ortakl\u0131k Kuzey Kafkasya&#8217;da in\u015fa edecekleri turizm-dinlence tesisleri i\u00e7in 60 milyar rublelik yat\u0131r\u0131m yapacak. Bu miktar de\u011fi\u015fmeyecek, belirtildi\u011fi oranda kalacak.
