Futbola ilk ad\u0131mlar\u0131n\u0131, \u015fu anda cumhuriyetin Spor ve Fiziksel K\u00fclt\u00fcr Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131’n\u0131 yapmakta olan o zaman\u0131n yerel antren\u00f6r\u00fc Khaidar Alkhanov’un amat\u00f6r tak\u0131m\u0131nda att\u0131. Dokuzuncu s\u0131n\u0131fta futbol okuluna kaydoldu ve bir y\u0131l i\u00e7inde cumhuriyetin g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc tak\u0131mlar\u0131ndan Argun k\u00f6kenli “Vainakh” kul\u00fcb\u00fcnde kaleci oldu.<\/p>\n

Ordudaki g\u00f6revini tamamlad\u0131ktan sonra, 1981-1982 y\u0131llar\u0131nda Rostov B\u00f6lgesel Ligi’nin lideri olan Novorchekassk k\u00f6kenli “Ermak” tak\u0131m\u0131na kat\u0131ld\u0131.<\/p>\n

Alkhanov tak\u0131ma yeni bir soluk getirerek tekrar toparlad\u0131. \u015eu anda “Terek” futbol kul\u00fcb\u00fcn\u00fcn onursal ba\u015fkanl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 da yapan d\u00f6nemin \u00c7e\u00e7en y\u00f6netiminin ba\u015f\u0131, Akhmad Kadirov’un da deste\u011fini ald\u0131lar.<\/p>\n

R. Sadykov \u015fu anda iki\u00a0 \u00f6nemli yap\u0131lacak i\u015fe sahip: Personelini se\u00e7mek ve finansman\u0131n\u0131 art\u0131rmak. Sratov k\u00f6kenli “Sokol” tak\u0131m\u0131n\u0131 en \u00fcst k\u00fcmeye y\u00fckseltmesiyle, futbol camias\u0131nda ismi yank\u0131lanmakta olan Alexander Koreshkov, ba\u015f antren\u00f6r olarak g\u00f6revlendirildi.
