1941 \u0130stanbul do\u011fumlu. Norve\u00e7’te Oslo ve Trondheim \u00dcniversiteleri’nde biyoloji ve \u00e7evre bilimleri fak\u00fcltesinden mezun oldu. T\u00fcrk sinemas\u0131n\u0131n eski j\u00f6nlerinden olan Hun, Ye\u015fil\u00e7am’a 36 y\u0131l emek verdi. 1985’ten bu yana Marmara \u00dcniversitesi’nde \u00f6\u011fretim g\u00f6revlisi olarak \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n\u0131 s\u00fcrd\u00fcrd\u00fc.<\/p>\n

1991-1993 y\u0131llar\u0131 aras\u0131nda \u00c7evre Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 M\u00fc\u015faviri ve \u0130stanbul \u00c7evre \u0130l M\u00fcd\u00fcr\u00fc olarak g\u00f6rev ald\u0131.<\/p>\n

\u00c7evre sorunlar\u0131na olan ilgisiyle tan\u0131nd\u0131. 1973 y\u0131l\u0131nda THY hosteslerinden Berna han\u0131m ile evlenen Hun iki \u00e7ocuk babas\u0131.<\/p>\n

\n18 Nisan 1999 se\u00e7imlerinden \u00f6nce ANAP’tan milletvekili aday\u0131 olan Ediz Hun \u00e7evre konusundaki \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n\u0131 siyasi platforma aktarmay\u0131 ama\u00e7lad\u0131. Meclis \u00c7evre Komisyonu Ba\u015fkanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 g\u00f6revinde de bulunan Hun Kad\u0131nlar G\u00fcn\u00fc’ndeki konu\u015fmas\u0131yla espri konusu oldu.<\/p>\n

“Evet biz kad\u0131nlar\u0131n haklar\u0131” diyerek t\u00fcm konuklar\u0131 ve partisinin genel ba\u015fkan\u0131 Mesut Y\u0131lmaz’\u0131 g\u00fcld\u00fcren Hun, daha sonra da bu s\u00f6z\u00fcn\u00fcn arkas\u0131nda durunca milletvekillerinden b\u00fcy\u00fck destek ald\u0131. “Bundan sonra Ediz Hun’u kimse y\u0131kamaz” diyerek konuya esprili yakla\u015fan Y\u0131lmaz, “Dili s\u00fcr\u00e7t\u00fc ama kad\u0131nlar hakk\u0131nda s\u00f6yledikleri do\u011fru” diye konu\u015ftu.<\/p>\n

\nEdiz Hun, milletvekilli\u011finin ilk g\u00fcnlerinde \u015fa\u015fk\u0131nl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 gizleyemedi. Meclis’in bir saat \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131p paydos etmesini hayretle kar\u015f\u0131lad\u0131 ve “Bitti mi \u015fimdi? Bu kadar maa\u015f al, sonra 1 saat \u00e7al\u0131\u015f.
