Gazeteci, yazar. 1869’da İstanbul’da doğdu. 1890’da İstanbul’da Galatasaray Sultanisini bitirdi. Saadet Gazetesinde yazılar yazdı. Tarik, Tercüman-ı Hakikat, İkdam ve Sabah gazetelerinde çalıştı ve yazıları yayınlandı. Maarif Nezaretinde vazife aldı. 1897 Türk-Yunan Savaşında Dömeke’ye doğru yürüyen Türk ordusu içinde gazete muhabirliği yaptı. 1908’den sonra Yeni Gazeteyi çıkardı.
