Bizim burada s\u00f6z\u00fcn\u00fc edece\u011fimiz g\u00f6\u00e7 ise, bir \u00e7ok etkenin tekil ya da birlikte etkisi ile de olsa, zor ve bask\u0131ya dayal\u0131 olmayan g\u00f6\u00e7 bi\u00e7imidir.Bu \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma g\u00f6\u00e7\u00fcn \u00c7erkes ailelerinin toplumsal ya\u015famlar\u0131ndaki de\u011fi\u015fmelere etkisi ile s\u0131n\u0131rland\u0131r\u0131lm\u0131\u015f, bununla birlikte yak\u0131n zamanda ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilen ve yay\u0131n haline getirilen \u201cDo\u011fu Akdeniz\u2019deki \u00c7erkesler\u2019\u2019 (1) adl\u0131 \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmada yer alan verilerden yararlan\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cDo\u011fu Akdeniz\u2019deki \u00c7erkesler\u201d \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmas\u0131nda; \u201c\u00c7erkeslerin Anadolu&#8217;daki deneyimleri b\u00fcy\u00fck \u00e7o\u011funlukla k\u0131rlarda ger\u00e7ekle\u015fmi\u015ftir\u201d denirken, yine ayn\u0131 \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmada \u201cDo\u011fum yerleri itibariyle bireylerin (toplam 8 bin 489 ki\u015fi) % 60,3&#8217;\u00fc k\u0131r do\u011fumlu iken %39,7&#8217;si kent do\u011fumludur\u201d. \u201cT\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin kentle\u015fme s\u00fcreci di\u011fer etnik gruplar\u0131 etkiledi\u011fi gibi \u00c7erkesleri de etkilemektedir. Bug\u00fcn \u00c7erkes k\u00f6yleri, n\u00fcfuslar\u0131n\u0131n yar\u0131s\u0131ndan fazlas\u0131n\u0131 kentlere g\u00f6ndermi\u015ftir\u201d. T\u00fcrkiye&#8217;nin kentle\u015fme s\u00fcreci, Do\u011fu Akdeniz&#8217;deki \u00c7erkeslerin geleneksel d\u00f6neme ait geni\u015f aile yap\u0131s\u0131n\u0131 etkileyerek \u00e7ekirdek aile yap\u0131s\u0131na do\u011fru \u00e7ok h\u0131zl\u0131 bir \u015fekilde de\u011fi\u015fmesine neden olmaktad\u0131r\u2026 \u0130\u015fte geni\u015f aile ortam\u0131nda \u00fcretilmi\u015f olan geleneksel \u00c7erkes ya\u015fama bi\u00e7imi ve kimli\u011fi, \u00e7ekirdek aileye ge\u00e7i\u015fle beraber asimile olmaktad\u0131r (Aslan; 2005. 31.19.120) tespitinde bulunulmaktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>T\u00fcrkiye de 1950\u2018lerde ba\u015flayan ve son yirmi y\u0131ll\u0131k s\u00fcre\u00e7te h\u0131zlanan k\u00f6ylerden kentlere y\u00f6nelik g\u00f6\u00e7 hareketi ile k\u0131rsal b\u00f6lgelerin n\u00fcfusunda \u00f6nemli oranda bir azalma ger\u00e7ekle\u015fti\u011fi s\u00f6ylenebilir. \u201c\u00d6yle ki, demografik de\u011fi\u015fimin ba\u015flad\u0131\u011f\u0131, 1950\u2019de %70 k\u00f6yl\u00fc ve %30 kentli g\u00f6r\u00fcnen n\u00fcfus y\u00fczy\u0131l sona ererken % 30 k\u00f6yl\u00fc ve % 70 kentli olacak\u201d (G\u00fcven\u00e7; 1997.24) varsay\u0131m\u0131nda bulunulmaktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>Her g\u00f6\u00e7; bir yerle\u015fim yerinden ba\u015fka bir yerle\u015fim yerine, co\u011frafi bir b\u00f6lgeden ba\u015fka bir co\u011frafi b\u00f6lgeye ya da \u00fclkeye oldu\u011fu gibi, g\u00f6\u00e7enlerin k\u00f6klerinden uzakla\u015fmas\u0131, kopmas\u0131, g\u00f6\u00e7\u00fclen yer ve \u00e7evreye yeniden k\u00f6k salmas\u0131, aitlik duymas\u0131, yeniden uyumlar\u0131 gibi, insanlar\u0131n (g\u00f6\u00e7men bireylerinin) ya\u015famlar\u0131nda ekonomik, psikolojik, sosyal ve k\u00fclt\u00fcrel alt-\u00fcst olu\u015flar\u0131 i\u00e7ermektedir.<\/p>\n<p><b>K\u00f6ylerden kentlere g\u00f6\u00e7\u00fcn nedenleri s\u00f6yle s\u0131ralanabilir;<\/b><\/p>\n<p>1) Kent olanaklar\u0131ndan yararlanma iste\u011fi \u00f6nemli nedenlerden biridir. Bu olanaklar; daha iyi e\u011fitim, i\u015f. Daha y\u00fcksek ya\u015fam standard\u0131na ula\u015fma. Ula\u015f\u0131m, sosyal ve k\u00fclt\u00fcrel olanaklardan yararlanma, kentin \u00e7ekicili\u011fi ve benzeridir.<b><\/b><\/p>\n<p>2) K\u00f6ylerde tar\u0131m ve hayvanc\u0131l\u0131k alanlar\u0131ndaki hizmet ve \u00fcretim etkinliklerinin azalmas\u0131 ve g\u00fc\u00e7le\u015fmesi, \u00fcretim ve ortaya \u00e7\u0131kart\u0131lan \u015feylerin de\u011fer kayb\u0131na u\u011framas\u0131 di\u011fer bir etkendir. Her iki alanda \u00fclke genelinde ya\u015fanan gerileme, topra\u011f\u0131n aile bireyleri aras\u0131nda b\u00f6l\u00fc\u015f\u00fclmesi, tar\u0131mda makinele\u015fme, pazar ekonomisi ile b\u00fct\u00fcnle\u015fme, uygulanan sosyal ve ekonomik politikalarda bu etkeni art\u0131ran unsurlard\u0131r.<b><\/b><\/p>\n<p>3) G\u00f6\u00e7\u00fcn ortaya \u00e7\u0131kmas\u0131nda ve k\u00f6yde ya\u015fayanlar\u0131n kente y\u00f6nelmesinde; insanlar\u0131n ihtiya\u00e7lar\u0131ndaki de\u011fi\u015fme, ihtiya\u00e7lar\u0131 de\u011fi\u015fen ko\u015fullara g\u00f6re daha iyi kar\u015f\u0131lama iste\u011fi, bilgi birikimi ve bunun prati\u011fe aktar\u0131lmas\u0131 iste\u011fi, co\u011frafi de\u011fi\u015fiklikler, n\u00fcfus durumundaki de\u011fi\u015fme, toplumsal de\u011fer ve d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcncelerdeki de\u011fi\u015fme, yeni teknolojik geli\u015fmeler, vb. etkenlerden s\u00f6z edilebilir.<\/p>\n<p>G\u00f6\u00e7 karar\u0131nda \u00f6ncelikle gen\u00e7 n\u00fcfus; okuma, \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma ve kent olanaklar\u0131ndan yararlanabilme gerek\u00e7eleri ile kentlere y\u00f6nelirken, k\u00f6ylerde geleneksel d\u00fczenlerini korumak isteyen ailenin ya\u015fl\u0131 bireyleri kalmaktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>Konumuz olan \u00c7erkes topluluklar\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan bakacak olursak; k\u00f6y ya\u015fam\u0131nda a\u00e7\u0131k, anla\u015f\u0131l\u0131r ve kat\u0131l\u0131mla payla\u015f\u0131lan sosyal ili\u015fkiler s\u00fcreci, k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fcn ya\u015fat\u0131lmas\u0131 ve yeniden \u00fcretilmesinde \u00f6nemli bir ortam ve s\u00fcre\u00e7tir. Bu ortam\u0131 sa\u011flayan k\u00f6y yerle\u015fmeleriyle \u00c7erkesler geleneksel dil ve k\u00fclt\u00fcrlerini koruyabilmi\u015flerdir.<\/p>\n<p>Ki\u015filerin i\u00e7inde yeti\u015fti\u011fi sosyal ve k\u00fclt\u00fcrel \u00e7evrede etkili olanlar, aile, akraba, kom\u015fu ve ortak ge\u00e7mi\u015fe sahip k\u00f6y ortam\u0131ndaki di\u011fer bireyler toplulu\u011fudur. Toplumdaki konum ve s\u0131n\u0131f farkl\u0131la\u015fmas\u0131, uzmanla\u015fma, i\u015f b\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fc, ileti\u015fim ve ula\u015f\u0131m alan\u0131ndaki geli\u015fmelerden etkilenen toplumsal de\u011fi\u015fme, bireyleri yeni aray\u0131\u015flara y\u00f6neltmi\u015f bu y\u00f6nelim k\u0131rdan kentlere g\u00f6\u00e7\u00fc h\u0131zland\u0131rm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>G\u00f6\u00e7 k\u00f6ylerin bo\u015falmas\u0131na neden olurken, k\u00f6y \u00f6r\u00fcnt\u00fcs\u00fcnde s\u00fcregelen toplumsal\/k\u00fclt\u00fcrel ili\u015fkileri de \u00e7\u00f6zm\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr. Daha \u00f6nceleri bir arada ya\u015faman\u0131n kazand\u0131rd\u0131\u011f\u0131 avantajlar\u0131 kullanarak ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilen, payla\u015f\u0131lan ve yeniden \u00fcretilen, k\u00fclt\u00fcrel toplumsal al\u0131\u015f-veri\u015f bu anlamda kesintiye u\u011fram\u0131\u015f, de\u011fi\u015fmelere daha kolektif bi\u00e7imde kar\u015f\u0131 duran, diren\u00e7 g\u00f6steren k\u00fclt\u00fcrel\/sosyal ili\u015fki kendini \u00fcretemez hale gelmi\u015ftir.<\/p>\n<p>K\u00f6y ya\u015fam\u0131nda a\u00e7\u0131k ve y\u00fcz y\u00fcze s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclen ili\u015fki ortam\u0131nda birey adeta do\u011fal bir sosyalle\u015fme s\u00fcreci de ge\u00e7irmektedir. Ya\u015fl\u0131 ku\u015fak geleneksel ili\u015fkilerini \u00c7erkes k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fc normlar\u0131n\u0131 \u00f6ne \u00e7\u0131kartarak s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fcrken, gen\u00e7 ku\u015fak g\u00f6zlem ve pratiklere dayanarak bir edinim halindedir. Bu sosyok\u00fclt\u00fcrel ortamda; toplulu\u011fu olu\u015fturan ya\u015fl\u0131-gen\u00e7, kad\u0131n-erkek, anne-baba-\u00e7ocuk her birey a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan d\u00fczenlenmi\u015f\/payla\u015f\u0131lm\u0131\u015f, s\u0131n\u0131rl\u0131l\u0131klar\u0131 tan\u0131mlanm\u0131\u015f roller ve de\u011ferler bulunmaktad\u0131r. Bu de\u011ferler dizgesinin olu\u015fturdu\u011fu d\u00fczenli i\u015fleyi\u015fin temelinde sahip olunan k\u00fclt\u00fcrel kimlik belirleyicidir. B\u00fct\u00fcn bunlar\u0131n g\u00f6zlemlenerek, kat\u0131larak ya\u015fand\u0131\u011f\u0131 ko\u015fullar bireyin geli\u015fiminde bir e\u011fitim s\u00fcreci olarak da de\u011ferlendirilebilir.<\/p>\n<p>K\u00f6y sosyok\u00fclt\u00fcrel ortam\u0131nda ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilenler, ilgili bireylerin tekil olarak kendilerince al\u0131nan kararlarla de\u011fil; aile, akraba ve k\u00f6y ortam\u0131nda bulunan\/ya\u015fayan di\u011fer ya\u015fl\u0131 bireylerin ortak katk\u0131 ve kat\u0131l\u0131m\u0131 ile olur, bu y\u00f6n\u00fcyle de kararlar bir anlamda demokratik, uygun ve uygulanabilir niteliktedir.<\/p>\n<p>G\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fczde kitle ileti\u015fim ara\u00e7lar\u0131n\u0131n etkileri ve g\u00f6r\u00fcnt\u00fcleri ulusal-co\u011frafi bir boyutu a\u015fm\u0131\u015f, evrenselle\u015fmi\u015f d\u00fczeydedir. Bu anlamda k\u0131rsal kesimde aile yap\u0131s\u0131n\u0131n h\u0131zl\u0131 bir de\u011fi\u015fim g\u00f6sterdi\u011fini, bu de\u011fi\u015fimi de kitle ileti\u015fim ara\u00e7lar\u0131n\u0131n -\u00f6zellikle TV- s\u00fcreci etkilemekte ba\u015fat oldu\u011fu bir ger\u00e7ektir (Aziz; 1984.234). Kitle ileti\u015fim ara\u00e7lar\u0131n\u0131n yayg\u0131nla\u015fmas\u0131 ve k\u0131rsal alanlar\u0131n da pazar ekonomisi ile b\u00fct\u00fcnle\u015fmesi, aile yap\u0131s\u0131n\u0131 da etkilemektedir. Aile i\u00e7i ili\u015fkiler ve t\u00fcketim al\u0131\u015fkanl\u0131klar\u0131ndaki de\u011fi\u015fme sonucunda aile k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fclerek \u00e7ekirdek aileye d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015fmektedir. <b><\/b><\/p>\n<p>Kent sosyok\u00fclt\u00fcrel ortam\u0131nda aile:<\/p>\n<p>Bireyin sosyalle\u015fmesi ki\u015filik olu\u015fumunda pek \u00e7ok etkenle birlikte aile ve sosyok\u00fclt\u00fcrel \u00e7evre en \u00f6nemli ve etkili olanlardand\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>Kentlere gelenler, k\u0131rsal yerle\u015fmelerde s\u00fcrd\u00fcrd\u00fckleri sosyal ve k\u00fclt\u00fcrel kaynaklar\u0131ndan koparak, kentlerde yeni sosyal ve k\u00fclt\u00fcrel de\u011ferlerin etkisine girmektedir. Bu anlamda do\u011fal ortam\u0131nda kazand\u0131\u011f\u0131 k\u00fclt\u00fcrel kazan\u0131mlardan beslenemeyen, bunlardan kopan, k\u00f6kleri k\u00f6ylerde kalan fakat kentlerde ya\u015famak zorunda kalan aile ve bireyler bir anlamda k\u00fclt\u00fcrel uyum, b\u00fct\u00fcnle\u015fememe durumuyla da kar\u015f\u0131 kar\u015f\u0131yad\u0131r. Bireylerin \u201cSosyal davran\u0131\u015f\u201d bi\u00e7iminde kazand\u0131klar\u0131, \u00e7evresindekilerden etkilenimleri, grup davran\u0131\u015flar\u0131na uyma durumunu s\u00fcrd\u00fcrebilme ko\u015fullar\u0131 farkl\u0131la\u015fmakta, yine bireylerin k\u00f6y ko\u015fullar\u0131nda s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclebilir olan uyma davran\u0131\u015flar\u0131 kent ko\u015fullar\u0131nda ortamsal farkl\u0131la\u015fmayla birlikte de\u011fi\u015fmektedir.<\/p>\n<p>Kent g\u00f6\u00e7menlerinin k\u0131rsal temeli s\u00fcrekli korumalar\u0131 ve buray\u0131 s\u0131k s\u0131k ziyaret etmeleri, g\u00fcvenlik a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan topra\u011fa g\u00fcvenmekten \u00e7ok tam bir asimilasyona kar\u015f\u0131 g\u00fcvence olarak g\u00f6r\u00fclebilir (Andrews; 1992.40), Fakat bu ziyaretler s\u00fcre\u00e7 i\u00e7erisinde azalmakta, kent ve i\u00e7inde ya\u015fan\u0131lan \u00e7evreye uygun e\u011filimler (tatil, u\u011fra\u015f\u0131 vb.) ortaya \u00e7\u0131kmaktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>Birey i\u00e7in k\u00fclt\u00fcrel alan, bir ya\u015fama bi\u00e7imi olarak ele al\u0131nd\u0131\u011f\u0131nda, kimliklerin somutla\u015fma ve yans\u0131ma alan\u0131d\u0131r. Kimlik, somut ya\u015famdan, g\u00fcndelik ya\u015fam ve pratiklerden kopuk bir kavram de\u011fil, aksine hem yans\u0131ma olarak hem de kaynak olarak do\u011frudan bu alanlara ba\u011fl\u0131 bir kavramd\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>Bireyler \u00f6nceleri, benzer k\u00fclt\u00fcrel kimli\u011fe\/donan\u0131ma sahip aile ve bireylerden olu\u015fan sosyal ve k\u00fclt\u00fcrel bir \u00e7evrede\/ortamda ya\u015fam\u0131n\u0131 s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fcrken, geldikleri kente\/\u00e7evreye uygun yeni ili\u015fkiler geli\u015ftirmek durumundad\u0131r. Bu ili\u015fki ise kendi \u00fcretti\u011fi ya da ait oldu\u011fu k\u00fclt\u00fcr de\u011fil, yeni ve uyum gerektiren bir k\u00fclt\u00fcrel ortamd\u0131r. \u00d6nemli bir oranda etkisinde kald\u0131\u011f\u0131 kitle ileti\u015fim ara\u00e7lar\u0131 bireyler i\u00e7in yeni de\u011ferler -kent ya\u015fam\u0131 ve de\u011ferleri- i\u00e7ermektedir. Bu anlamda bir ku\u015fak kopmas\u0131 da ya\u015fayan aile ve bireyler bu yeni ortamda \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma ve ya\u015fam\u0131n\u0131 s\u00fcrd\u00fcrme g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fckleri ile de ba\u015f etme durumundad\u0131r. Yeni ortamda ya\u015fam\u0131n\u0131 s\u00fcrd\u00fcren bireyler i\u00e7in, aile yap\u0131s\u0131ndaki de\u011fi\u015fime de paralel bir ya\u015fam bi\u00e7imi olu\u015fturma sorumlulu\u011fu da do\u011fmaktad\u0131r. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc k\u00f6y ko\u015fullar\u0131nda ve ortam\u0131nda geni\u015f aile yap\u0131s\u0131 i\u00e7inde s\u00fcrd\u00fcrd\u00fc\u011f\u00fc ya\u015fam\u0131, e\u015f ve \u00e7ocuklar\u0131ndan olu\u015fan k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck aile bi\u00e7imine d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015fme durumundad\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>K\u00fc\u00e7\u00fclen aile ve ailedeki birey say\u0131s\u0131 ya\u015fan\u0131lan ortama ili\u015fkin ko\u015fullar dikkate al\u0131nd\u0131\u011f\u0131nda, kentte karar alma ve uygulama s\u00fcrecine kat\u0131lan birey say\u0131s\u0131 azalmakta, ihtiya\u00e7lar ve durum dikkate al\u0131narak en kolay ve ge\u00e7erli olana ili\u015fkin uygulamalarda bulunulmaktad\u0131r, bu da kent ortam\u0131nda sahip olunan olanaklarla s\u0131n\u0131rl\u0131 kalmaktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>Refah d\u00fczeyinin y\u00fckselmesi ve sosyoekonomik olanaklar\u0131n artmas\u0131yla birlikte, insanlar\u0131n ya\u015fam ko\u015fullar\u0131ndaki iyile\u015fmeler, ula\u015f\u0131m, teknolojik geli\u015fme, ileti\u015fim, hizmetlerin elde edilebilmesindeki kolayl\u0131klar vb. etkenler, kentte ailenin k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fclmesini de beraberinde getirmektedir. \u00c7ekirdek aile tipi olarak adland\u0131r\u0131lan aile tipinin yayg\u0131nla\u015fmas\u0131 geleneksel k\u0131rsal toplumlardan modern end\u00fcstriyel topluma ge\u00e7i\u015fle a\u00e7\u0131klanmaktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>\u00c7erkeslerde geleneksel olarak ataerkil \u00f6zelliklere sahip geni\u015f aile, \u00e7ekirdek aile \u015feklinde bir de\u011fi\u015fim s\u00fcrecine girmi\u015f, bu durum daha \u00f6nceki aile ili\u015fkilerini yeni ba\u015ftan d\u00fczenleme gere\u011fi do\u011furmu\u015ftur. Ailelerin k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fclmesi bi\u00e7imindeki b\u00f6l\u00fcnme, akrabal\u0131k ili\u015fkilerini, aile i\u00e7erisindeki bireylerin stat\u00fcleri ve \u00fcstlendikleri g\u00f6revleri yeniden belirlemektedir (Eser; 1999.99).<\/p>\n<p>Ger\u00e7ekte, anne-baba, b\u00fcy\u00fck anne-baba ve torunlar gibi bir\u00e7ok ku\u015fa\u011f\u0131n bir arada oldu\u011fu, ayn\u0131 \u00e7at\u0131 alt\u0131nda ya\u015fad\u0131\u011f\u0131 geni\u015f aile, tar\u0131m ekonomisinin hakim oldu\u011fu toplumlarda fonksiyonel olan bir ailedir. Oysa \u00e7ekirdek aile kentle\u015fmenin hakim oldu\u011fu sanayi \u00fcretiminin temel \u00fcretim girdisi oldu\u011fu toplumlarda fonksiyoneldir. Ailedeki k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fclme sonucunda aile i\u00e7indeki yeni g\u00f6revleri Baba ve Anne kar\u015f\u0131lamak durumundad\u0131r, k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fclen ailede \u00e7ocuklar\u0131n yeti\u015ftirilmesi ile ilgili sorumluluklar\u0131, ailenin temsili ve g\u00f6revlerini kendi ba\u015flar\u0131na kar\u015f\u0131lamak durumundad\u0131r. K\u00f6yde akrabalar aras\u0131nda varolan ekonomik ve toplumsal dayan\u0131\u015fma, birlik, kent ko\u015fullar\u0131nda azalmakta\/ortadan kalkmaktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>Ayr\u0131ca \u00fclkede uygulanan neo-liberal ekonomik politikalar sonucunda piyasa ili\u015fkilerinin yay\u0131lmas\u0131 ve buna paralel olarak toplumda artan bireyci-bencil e\u011filimler, ki\u015filerin i\u00e7inde bulundu\u011fu mevcut aile ortam\u0131ndaki ili\u015fkiler ve dinamikleri etkilemektedir. G\u00f6\u00e7 edenler, kentte kurduklar\u0131 \u00e7ekirdek ailenin, hem de k\u00f6yde b\u0131rakt\u0131klar\u0131 geni\u015f ailenin, yard\u0131m ve deste\u011fini g\u00f6rse de, akrabal\u0131k ili\u015fkileri ve toplumsal kontrol zay\u0131flamaya ba\u015flam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>Aile, elbette i\u00e7inde bulundu\u011fu toplumun ayr\u0131lmaz bir par\u00e7as\u0131 olarak onun d\u00fcnya g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fc ve de\u011fer yarg\u0131lar\u0131n\u0131 yans\u0131t\u0131r (Ka\u011f\u0131t\u00e7\u0131ba\u015f\u0131;1984.137) ve halen Aile bireylerin g\u00fcvenlik gereksinimlerini de\u011fi\u015fik bi\u00e7imlerde yerine getirmektedir. Aile az \u00e7ocuklu anne-babalar\u0131n olu\u015fturdu\u011fu ailelere d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcrken, ailenin yap\u0131s\u0131, d\u00fczen ve i\u015flevlerinde de\u011fi\u015fmeler, e\u011fitim durumu\/d\u00fczeyindeki de\u011fi\u015fmeler, aile \u00fcyelerinin ili\u015fki ve rollerindeki de\u011fi\u015fmeler, kad\u0131n\u0131n d\u0131\u015far\u0131da \u00fccretli i\u015flerde \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmas\u0131 ve kad\u0131na sosyal ili\u015fkilerini d\u00fczenleme vb. yeni roller y\u00fcklenmesi, anne-baban\u0131n \u00e7ocuklar\u0131n yeti\u015ftirilmesine ay\u0131rd\u0131klar\u0131 s\u00fcrenin azalmas\u0131, aile d\u0131\u015f\u0131ndaki \u00e7evre ve okulun etkisini artt\u0131rmakta geleneksel \u00e7ocuk yeti\u015ftirme al\u0131\u015fkanl\u0131klar\u0131 de\u011fi\u015fmektedir.<\/p>\n<p>K\u00f6y ortam\u0131nda \u00e7ocuklar\u0131n yeti\u015ftirilmesi aile \u00fcyelerinden ba\u015flayarak akraba, \u00e7evre gibi i\u00e7inde bulunulan ortama uygun geni\u015f bir insan toplulu\u011fu taraf\u0131ndan ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilen \u201csevgi \u00e7evresi\u201d \u00f6r\u00fcnt\u00fcs\u00fcne sahipken, Kent ya\u015fam\u0131nda \u00e7ocuk yeti\u015ftirme g\u00f6revi; aile \u00fcyeleri, e\u011fitim kurumlar\u0131 ve kitle ileti\u015fim ara\u00e7lar\u0131 arac\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131 ile ger\u00e7ekle\u015fmektedir.<\/p>\n<p>Bununla birlikte, gen\u00e7lerin daha \u00e7ocuk ya\u015flarda aile d\u0131\u015f\u0131ndaki kurumlarda \u00f6zel e\u011fitim g\u00f6rmeleri, ailenin sosyalizasyonla ilgili i\u015flevlerini g\u00f6reli olarak zay\u0131flatmaktad\u0131r (\u00d6zbay; 1984.38). Yine Kent ortam\u0131nda; bar\u0131nma, ula\u015f\u0131m, ileti\u015fim, \u00fcretim, t\u00fcketim vb. fizik ko\u015fullar yan\u0131nda, i\u015f ortam\u0131, kom\u015fuluk, akrabal\u0131k, arkada\u015fl\u0131k ili\u015fkileri, kentin ve \u00e7evrenin sa\u011flad\u0131\u011f\u0131 sanat, edebiyat, k\u00fclt\u00fcr ortam\u0131, e\u011fitim kurumlar\u0131, kitle ileti\u015fim ara\u00e7lar\u0131 vb. olanaklar a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan de\u011fi\u015fme, farkl\u0131la\u015fma ya\u015famakta, bireylerin e\u015f se\u00e7me ve evlilik tercihleri de de\u011fi\u015fmektedir.<\/p>\n<p>Halen ana-babalar yeti\u015fkin \u00e7ocuklarla birlikte ya\u015f\u0131yor ve ya\u015fl\u0131lara ait kurumlara (huzurevi vb.) g\u00f6nderilmeleri toplum taraf\u0131ndan ho\u015f g\u00f6r\u00fclmese de aile \u00fcyelerinin stat\u00fclerinde; e\u011fitim, i\u015fg\u00fcc\u00fcne kat\u0131lma, cinsiyete dayal\u0131 g\u00f6rev da\u011f\u0131l\u0131m\u0131n\u0131n farkl\u0131la\u015fmas\u0131 vb. etkilerle ger\u00e7ekle\u015fen de\u011fi\u015fme yan\u0131nda, \u00fcretimde bulunmayan\/kat\u0131lmayan ya\u015fl\u0131lar\u0131n aile i\u00e7indeki roller yan\u0131nda aile i\u00e7i kararlar\u0131n al\u0131nmas\u0131na etkileri de azalmaktad\u0131r. Oysa \u00c7erkes topluluklar\u0131n\u0131n yo\u011fun olarak ya\u015fam\u0131\u015f oldu\u011fu Uzunyayla b\u00f6lgesindeki \u00c7erkes k\u00f6ylerinde yap\u0131lan ara\u015ft\u0131rmada aile i\u00e7i kararlar\u0131n al\u0131nmas\u0131nda en etkili olanlar % 66,2 ile ailenin en ya\u015fl\u0131s\u0131 ve % 60,7 oran\u0131nda da dan\u0131\u015f\u0131lan ki\u015filer \u015feklindedir (Eser; 1999.128-129).<\/p>\n<p>G\u00f6\u00e7lere, konum kaymalar\u0131na, ya\u015fam tarz\u0131 de\u011fi\u015fikliklerine ra\u011fmen, T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de b\u00fcy\u00fck kentlerde hala ki\u015fileri kollayan, de\u011fi\u015ferek uyum sa\u011flayan, en \u00e7ok ve s\u0131k\u0131 ili\u015fkilerin s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fcld\u00fc\u011f\u00fc toplumsal kurum herkes i\u00e7in ailesi olmaktad\u0131r (K\u0131ray; 1984.78). Bu tespit Kentlerde ya\u015fayan \u00c7erkes aileleri i\u00e7in de ge\u00e7erlidir. \u00c7erkes k\u00f6ylerinde toplumsal ili\u015fkilerin s\u00fcregiden kurumsalla\u015fm\u0131\u015f geleneksel bir yap\u0131s\u0131 vard\u0131 bu yap\u0131n\u0131n b\u00fcsb\u00fct\u00fcn ortadan kald\u0131r\u0131larak yerine yeni ve ba\u015fka bir yap\u0131n\u0131n konulmas\u0131 olanaks\u0131z olsa da, Kent ortam\u0131nda bu kurumsalla\u015fm\u0131\u015f yap\u0131n\u0131n de\u011fi\u015fim etkenlerinin g\u00fcc\u00fcne ne kadar s\u00fcreyle dayanaca\u011f\u0131 da \u015f\u00fcphelidir.<\/p>\n<p>Ku\u015faklar aras\u0131 ili\u015fkiler maddesel ba\u011f\u0131ml\u0131l\u0131k i\u00e7ermese bile duygusal boyutta ba\u011f\u0131ml\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 korumaktad\u0131r. Ana-babalar yeti\u015fkin \u00e7ocuklar\u0131yla beraber oturmay\u0131, en az\u0131ndan onlara yak\u0131n olmay\u0131 ye\u011flemekte, aile bireyleri aras\u0131nda ayr\u0131\u015fma de\u011fil, beraberlik devam ettirilmeye \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131lmaktad\u0131r. B\u00f6ylece dikey etkile\u015fimde bireysel ba\u011f\u0131ms\u0131zl\u0131\u011fa ge\u00e7i\u015f de\u011fil, kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131kl\u0131 duygusal ba\u011f\u0131ml\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131n devam etti\u011fi g\u00f6r\u00fclmektedir (Ka\u011f\u0131t\u00e7\u0131ba\u015f\u0131; 1984.137).<b><\/b><\/p>\n<p>Dil<\/p>\n<p>Sosyok\u00fclt\u00fcrel yap\u0131n\u0131n en temel \u00f6\u011felerinden olan dil, k\u00fclt\u00fcrel birikimin kazan\u0131lmas\u0131 yan\u0131nda k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fcn gelecek ku\u015faklara aktar\u0131m\u0131nda en etkili ve temel ara\u00e7lar\u0131ndan biridir. <b>\u201c<\/b>Dil bildi\u011fimiz ileti\u015fim arac\u0131, toplumu bir arada tutan har\u00e7; k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fc ta\u015f\u0131yan ortak bir hazine, toplumu yans\u0131tan bir ayna; bireyler, gruplar ve k\u00fcmeler aras\u0131ndaki ili\u015fkileri d\u00fczenleyen hakem, hakim veya hekim oluyor. K\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fcn geli\u015fmesiyle dil, dilin geli\u015fmesiyle k\u00fclt\u00fcr geli\u015fir ve zenginle\u015fir\u201d (G\u00fcven\u00e7; 1997.47-48). Dilin geli\u015fim olana\u011f\u0131 k\u0131s\u0131tlan\u0131nca bilincinde geli\u015fimi k\u0131s\u0131tlan\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>Uzunyayla b\u00f6lgesindeki ara\u015ft\u0131rma verilerinde; k\u00f6y ortam\u0131nda ya\u015fayan aile bireylerinin %99.5\u2019inin aile i\u00e7inde \u00c7erkesce konu\u015ftu\u011fu, bu dili %91.9 aile i\u00e7inde \u00f6\u011frendi\u011fi, aile i\u00e7inde ve g\u00fcnl\u00fck ili\u015fkilerinde %95 bu dili kulland\u0131\u011f\u0131 \u015feklinde (Eser; 1999.120-121-122), olmas\u0131na kar\u015f\u0131n, \u201cDo\u011fu Akdeniz\u2019deki \u00c7erkesler\u201d ara\u015ft\u0131rmas\u0131 verilerinde, aile i\u00e7erisinde anadilde konu\u015fma %56.7, anadil bilme oran\u0131 % 58.9\u2019dur (Aslan; 2005.120). Aileler i\u00e7erisinde anadillerini kullanma s\u0131kl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n azalmas\u0131, her yeni ku\u015fa\u011f\u0131n anadillerini daha az bilerek ya\u015famlar\u0131n\u0131 s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fcyor olmas\u0131 yan\u0131nda, k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fcn s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fcm\u00fcne de \u00f6nlenemez d\u00fczeyde \u201cnegatif etkide\u201d bulunmaktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>Ko\u015fullar\u0131 de\u011ferlendirilerek (olu\u015fturularak) bilin\u00e7li \u015fekilde gerekli \u00f6nlemler al\u0131n\u0131p planl\u0131 olarak uygulanmaz ise; \u00f6n\u00fcm\u00fczdeki s\u00fcre\u00e7te \u00c7erkes topluluklar\u0131n\u0131n biny\u0131llard\u0131r kulland\u0131klar\u0131 anadilleri \u201cbirka\u00e7 ku\u015faktan itibaren Anadolu topraklar\u0131ndan gelip ge\u00e7mi\u015f diller olarak tarih kitaplar\u0131nda yerlerini alacakt\u0131r\u201d (Aslan; 2005.121).<\/p>\n<p>K\u00fclt\u00fcrleme, toplumlar\u0131n kendisini olu\u015fturan bireylere belli bir k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fc aktarma, kazand\u0131rma, toplumun istedi\u011fi insan\u0131 e\u011fitip yaratma ve onu denetim alt\u0131nda tutarak, k\u00fclt\u00fcrel birlik ve beraberli\u011fi sa\u011flama, bu yolla da toplumsal bar\u0131\u015f ve huzuru sa\u011flama s\u00fcrecidir (G\u00fcven\u00e7; 1997.85). K\u00fclt\u00fcrleme yoluyla bireylerin edindikleri yeni k\u00fclt\u00fcr kal\u0131plar\u0131na d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcr.<\/p>\n<p>K\u00fclt\u00fcrle\u015fme s\u00fcrecinde, iki ya da daha \u00e7ok k\u00fclt\u00fcr, kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131kl\u0131 etkile\u015fim sonucu de\u011fi\u015fime u\u011frar ve yeni sentezler, dinamik bile\u015fkeler yarat\u0131rlar. (G\u00fcven\u00e7; 1997.87).<\/p>\n<p>\u00c7erkes topluluklar\u0131nda bireyin k\u00fclt\u00fcrlemesini sa\u011flayan etkenlerin en \u00f6nemlileri; Aile (tekil anlamda geni\u015f aile yan\u0131nda, ayn\u0131 soydan olanlar\u0131n olu\u015fturdu\u011fu topluluk), sosyal \u00e7evre, akrabal\u0131k ili\u015fkilerinden olu\u015fan \u00e7evre, i\u00e7inde ya\u015fan\u0131lan \u00e7evre ve benzeridir. Sosyal de\u011fi\u015fme ve toplumsal geli\u015fme, aileyi, yap\u0131s\u0131nda ve sisteminde de\u011fi\u015fikliklere yol a\u00e7arak etkilerken bireyin k\u00fclt\u00fcrleme s\u00fcrecini de etkilemektedir. Ba\u011fl\u0131l\u0131k k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fcne sahip \u00c7erkes topluluklar\u0131nda, bireyci davran\u0131\u015flar daha az g\u00f6r\u00fcld\u00fc\u011f\u00fc i\u00e7in sosyo-ekonomik geli\u015fmelerden daha yava\u015f etkilenmektedir. \u00c7erkes topluluklar\u0131nda aile ve insan ili\u015fkilerinde ku\u015faklararas\u0131 ba\u011f\u0131ml\u0131l\u0131k, ailenin devam\u0131 i\u00e7in gerekli olman\u0131n yan\u0131nda, aile mutlulu\u011fu ve \u015ferefi a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan da de\u011ferli g\u00f6r\u00fcl\u00fcr.<\/p>\n<p>Bilinmektedir ki, bireyler a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan, en \u00f6nemli ve etkili toplumsalla\u015fma arac\u0131 aile ya da akrabal\u0131k grubudur. Toplumsalla\u015fma s\u00fcrecinde birey i\u00e7inde ya\u015fad\u0131\u011f\u0131 toplulu\u011fa ili\u015fkin s\u00fcrekli bir \u00f6\u011frenme s\u00fcreci i\u00e7erisindedir. Topluluk i\u00e7erisinde ya\u015fam\u0131n\u0131 s\u00fcrd\u00fcren birey d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnce ve davran\u0131\u015flar\u0131nda, payla\u015ft\u0131klar\u0131, tekrarlad\u0131klar\u0131, \u00f6\u011frendikleri davran\u0131\u015f kal\u0131plar\u0131na sahiptir. Toplumsalla\u015fma ayn\u0131 zamanda, k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fcn ku\u015faklar aras\u0131nda aktar\u0131lmas\u0131, topluma yeni kat\u0131lan bireylerin ya\u015fam d\u00fczenine uydurulmas\u0131 i\u015flevi de g\u00f6r\u00fcr. Topluluk davran\u0131\u015f kal\u0131plar\u0131 payla\u015f\u0131lma, s\u00fcreklilik, tekrarlama ve \u00f6\u011frenilme \u00f6zelliklerine sahip davran\u0131\u015flard\u0131r.
