20 May\u0131s 1660 tarihinde Rus \u00c7ar\u0131 Aleksey Mihailovi\u00e7’in o d\u00f6nem Astrahan kalesi y\u00f6netimindeki Grigori \u00c7erkasski Sun\u00e7aley’e bir mektup ile ricada bulunarak \u00f6zellikle demircilik ve silah yap\u0131m\u0131 konusunda e\u011fitilmek \u00fczere Rus gen\u00e7ler g\u00f6nderdi\u011fi bilinmektedir. 16 Haziran da ikinci bir gurubun bunlara kat\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 daha sonraki y\u0131l i\u00e7in ise Moskova\u2019da bu i\u015fin e\u011fitimini vermek \u00fczere e\u011fitmenler g\u00f6nderilmesi ricas\u0131nda bulunulur.
