K\u0131ymetli okuyucular\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n ge\u00e7en say\u0131m\u0131zda da yazd\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z yap\u0131c\u0131 ele\u015ftirilerinden sonra b\u00fcltenin gayesinin Kafkasya d\u0131\u015f\u0131ndaki toplumlunuzun kendi\u00a0\u00f6z kaynaklar\u0131ndan gelen sanat\u0131n\u0131n geli\u015fmesinde\u00a0\u00f6nc\u00fc olmak ve toplumumuzun k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fcnden elden geldi\u011fince uzakla\u015fmamas\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011flamak oldu\u011funu belirtmi\u015ftik. Hem okuyucular\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n b\u00fcltenden bekledikleri konular\u0131 verebilmek,\u00a0hem de b\u00fcltenimizin hedefini\u00a0biraz daha a\u00e7abilmek gayesiyle,\u00a0genel olarak k\u00fclt\u00fcr kavram\u0131 ve sanatkar\u0131m\u0131z \u00fczerinde k\u0131saca durmaya \u00e7al\u0131\u015faca\u011f\u0131z.<\/p>\n

Burada anlatmaya \u00e7al\u0131\u015faca\u011f\u0131m\u0131z k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fc;\u00a0g\u00fcnl\u00fck hayatta kullan\u0131lan,\u00a0\u00e7e\u015fitli mevzular\u0131\u00a0bilmek anlam\u0131nda alm\u0131yoruz.\u00a0Burada k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fc, toplumumuzun acil meselelerinden biri olarak; “bir toplumun t\u00fcm hayat bi\u00e7imi, maddi ve manevi \u00f6\u011feleri birli\u011fi”\u00a0olarak al\u0131yoruz.\u00a0Bu anlamdaki k\u00fclt\u00fcr toplumsald\u0131r, yani bir tonlumun bir arada ya\u015famas\u0131ndan do\u011fan problemlere cevap verebilecek, toplumlara g\u00f6re de\u011fi\u015febilen, m\u00fcesseseleri vard\u0131r.\u00a0Bu haliyle (k\u00fclt\u00fcr’\u00fcn toplumsal olu\u015fu ile), k\u00fclt\u00fcr ve toplum kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131kl\u0131 etkile\u015fim i\u00e7indedirler. K\u00fclt\u00fcr, kapsad\u0131\u011f\u0131 kaynaklar (\u00f6rf ve adetler), sanat, e\u011fitim, dil, \u00fcretim-t\u00fcketim ili\u015fkileri, toplum psikolojisi ile topluma hayat verir ve toplumlar\u0131 birbirinden ay\u0131rmam\u0131za yarayan en \u00f6nemli unsurdur. O halde bir tonlum k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fc ile ya\u015far ve k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fc o toplumun bir\u00e7ok sahalardaki hayat seviyesini g\u00f6sterir.<\/p>\n

Mesela; toplumda madde ve kavram olarak varolan her \u015fey dilde de vard\u0131r. Dolay\u0131s\u0131yla dilimizin zenginli\u011fi, toplum hayat\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n geni\u015f tabanl\u0131 madde ve kavram k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fc zenginli\u011fini g\u00f6sterir. Fakat bahsetti\u011fimiz \u015fekildeki k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fcn birle\u015ftirici \u00f6zelli\u011fi d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda, “sonradan \u00f6\u011frenilebilir ve zaman boyutu i\u00e7inde do\u011fal \u00e7evreye uyum g\u00f6stererek de\u011fi\u015febilir.” olmas\u0131 bilhassa toplumumuz i\u00e7in \u00f6nemlidir. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc, k\u00fclt\u00fcr ayn\u0131 zamanda toplumu ya\u015fatan ve ihtiya\u00e7lara cevap verebilen bir kurumlar sistemidir. E\u011fer zaman ve \u00e7evre de\u011fi\u015fimi ile ihtiya\u00e7lar de\u011fi\u015firken, orijinal k\u00fclt\u00fcre g\u00f6re bu yeni ihtiya\u00e7lar\u0131 kar\u015f\u0131lamak \u00fczere toplum taraf\u0131ndan yeni kurumlar yarat\u0131lmazsa, yabanc\u0131 toplumlardan haz\u0131r \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcmler ihtiva etti\u011fi san\u0131lan k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fcm\u00fcze yabanc\u0131 kurumlar ithal edilir. Bu durumda toplumumuzun kendi \u00f6z k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fc ile ya\u015fam\u0131na devam edebilmesi i\u00e7in; Eski k\u00fclt\u00fcr unsurlar\u0131n\u0131n ya\u015fat\u0131lmas\u0131 kadar, \u00e7a\u011f\u0131n getirdi\u011fi yeni sorunlara cevap verebilen k\u00fclt\u00fcr unsurlar\u0131n\u0131n toplumumuz taraf\u0131ndan ortaya \u00e7\u0131kart\u0131lmas\u0131 da elzemdir. Mevcut k\u00fclt\u00fcr unsurlar\u0131n\u0131n ya\u015fat\u0131lmas\u0131 ve toplumumuzun yarat\u0131c\u0131 g\u00fcc\u00fc ile ortaya \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131lan toplumsal b\u00fcnyemize uygun yeni k\u00fclt\u00fcr unsurlar\u0131n\u0131n toplumun b\u00fct\u00fcn fertlerine ula\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131\u00a0 ancak sanatla m\u00fcmk\u00fcnd\u00fcr.<\/p>\n

Ancak sanatla m\u00fcmk\u00fcnd\u00fcr diyoruz,\u00a0 \u00e7\u00fcnk\u00fc toplumun sorunlar\u0131na e\u011filen ayd\u0131nla toplum aras\u0131ndaki en \u00f6nemli ba\u011f b\u00fct\u00fcn kollar\u0131 ile ancak sanatla kurulabilir.\u00a0 Burada sanat ve sanatkara verdi\u011fimiz \u00f6nemin m\u00fcbala\u011fal\u0131 olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131\u00a0 sanat\u0131n kavram\u0131 ve kapsam\u0131 i\u00e7inde rahatl\u0131kla g\u00f6rebiliriz.\u00a0 Sanat\u0131m\u0131z nedir,\u00a0 bu g\u00f6revi y\u00fcklenecek sanatkar\u0131m\u0131z nas\u0131l olmal\u0131d\u0131r? Sorusunun cevab\u0131 bize bunu g\u00f6sterecektir.\u00a0 Sanat hangi dal\u0131 ile olursa olsun bir anlat\u0131m vas\u0131tas\u0131d\u0131r. Bu tarifimizle Arabistan’daki bir hurma a\u011fac\u0131n\u0131n resmi ile Kafkasya\u2019daki tarihi bir harp sahnesi ve bir Weredle Rus m\u00fczi\u011fi\u00a0 aras\u0131nda bir fark yoktur.\u00a0 \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc her biri muhatab\u0131na bir \u015feyler anlatmaktad\u0131rlar. Fakat mevzuumuz bu \u015fekilde bir sanat olmay\u0131p, kendi \u00f6z sanat\u0131m\u0131z oldu\u011funa g\u00f6re, yakardaki basit tarif sanat\u0131m\u0131z ve sanatkar\u0131m\u0131z i\u00e7in ge\u00e7erli de\u011fildir. sanat\u0131m\u0131z “Toplumumuzun hayat \u015fekli, d\u00fcnya g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015f\u00fc,\u00a0 problemlerinin ve \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm yollar\u0131n\u0131n estetik anlat\u0131m \u015feklidir.”\u00a0Sanatkar\u0131m\u0131z da bu y\u00fcksek vazifenin a\u011f\u0131rl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ta\u015f\u0131yacak fedak\u00e2r toplumumuzun evlad\u0131d\u0131r.<\/p>\n
