B\u00fct\u00fcn bunlar Bat\u0131\u2019daki bir\u00e7ok i\u015f\u00e7i ve ayd\u0131n\u0131 g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc bir \u015fekilde cezbetti.<\/p>\n<p>Sovyetler Birli\u011fi\u2019nde e\u011fitim ve k\u00fclt\u00fcr alan\u0131ndaki ba\u015f d\u00f6nd\u00fcr\u00fcc\u00fc ilerleme yaln\u0131zca uluslararas\u0131 i\u015f\u00e7i hareketi a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan de\u011fil, Bat\u0131\u2019daki ayd\u0131nlar ve bilim insanlar\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan da bir referans noktas\u0131 olarak hizmet g\u00f6rd\u00fc. Sovyetler Birli\u011fi\u2019nin da\u011f\u0131l\u0131\u015f\u0131 ve \u00e7\u0131plak kapitalist bir \u00fclke haline geli\u015fi, \u00fcretici g\u00fc\u00e7lerin ve k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fcn korkun\u00e7 \u00e7\u00f6k\u00fc\u015f\u00fc sonucunu do\u011furdu. Buradan hareketle, Marksizm&#8217;e, sosyalizme ve genel olarak planl\u0131 ekonomi d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcncesine kar\u015f\u0131 uluslararas\u0131 \u00f6l\u00e7ekte muazzam bir ideolojik ve k\u00fclt\u00fcrel sald\u0131r\u0131ya giri\u015fildi. Sosyalizmin d\u00fc\u015fmanlar\u0131, Marksizm&#8217;i karalama \u00e7abalar\u0131nda, sosyalizmin \u00f6z\u00fcne kar\u015f\u0131t olan uygulamalar\u0131ndan sonuna dek yararland\u0131lar.<\/p>\n<p>Sovyetler Birli\u011fi\u2019ndeki b\u00fcrokratik deformasyon s\u00fcreci ve onun \u00fcr\u00fcn\u00fc b\u00fcrokratik kast\u0131n egemenli\u011fi birdenbire de\u011fil, bir dizi i\u00e7 ve d\u0131\u015f geli\u015fmelerin sonucu olarak ortaya \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>Yeni bir \u00e7a\u011f\u0131, proleter devrimler \u00e7a\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ba\u015flatan Sosyalist Ekim Devrimi, Avrupa devrimlerine itilim kazand\u0131rmas\u0131na ra\u011fmen, bu Avrupa\u2019da proleter devrimlerin zafere ula\u015fmas\u0131na yetmedi. Avrupa\u2019da devrimci dalga \u00e7ok ge\u00e7meden k\u0131r\u0131l\u0131p \u00e7ekilince, Sovyetler Birli\u011fi b\u00fcy\u00fck bir yaln\u0131zl\u0131kla y\u00fczy\u00fcze kald\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>Ekim Devrimi\u2019nin a\u00e7maz\u0131, sadece tek bir \u00fclkede yaln\u0131zla\u015fmas\u0131 de\u011fil, yan\u0131 s\u0131ra asgari bir ekonomik ve k\u00fclt\u00fcrel geli\u015fme d\u00fczeyini kapitalist ku\u015fatma alt\u0131nda kendi s\u0131n\u0131rl\u0131 i\u00e7 olanaklar\u0131yla yaratma sorunuyla kar\u015f\u0131 kar\u015f\u0131ya kalmas\u0131yd\u0131. Sovyet devletinin \u00e7\u0131karlar\u0131n\u0131 ve gereksinimlerini temel alan bir \u00e7izgi giderek yerle\u015fti.<\/p>\n<p>B\u00fcrokratik deformasyon s\u00fcreci, her alanda oldu\u011fu gibi, k\u00fclt\u00fcr ve sanat alan\u0131nda da etkisini g\u00f6stermeye ba\u015flad\u0131. 1934\u2019te \u00e7e\u015fitli sanat ak\u0131mlar\u0131n aras\u0131nda s\u00fcren tart\u0131\u015fmalar sonu\u00e7land\u0131r\u0131ld\u0131 ve Sovyetler Birli\u011fi\u2019nin resmi sanat anlay\u0131\u015f\u0131 olarak \u201csosyalist ger\u00e7ek\u00e7ilik\u201d form\u00fcle edildi. Bu resmi sanat anlay\u0131\u015f\u0131na, 19. y\u00fczy\u0131l\u0131n \u00fc\u00e7\u00fcnc\u00fc \u00e7eyre\u011findeki ta\u015fra kli\u015feleri damgas\u0131n\u0131 vuruyordu. Bu anlay\u0131\u015f\u0131n \u201cger\u00e7ek\u00e7ili\u011fi\u201d, yer yer tahrif edilmi\u015f foto\u011fraf ve resimlerle, olmayan olaylar\u0131 olmu\u015f gibi g\u00f6stermesiyle g\u00f6lgeleniyordu. Bu d\u00f6nemde, resmi \u00e7izgiye uygun olmayan eserlere ya\u015fam hakk\u0131 tan\u0131mayarak \u201cger\u00e7ek\u201d darla\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Yasak\u00e7\u0131 y\u00f6ntemler a\u011f\u0131r basm\u0131\u015f, \u201columsuz\u201da kar\u015f\u0131 m\u00fccadele i\u00e7inde olumlunun kavrat\u0131lmas\u0131 y\u00f6ntemi fazla kullan\u0131lmam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Lenin ve Stalin\u2019e sanat eserlerinde gere\u011finden fazla yer verilmi\u015f, ki\u015fi k\u00fclt\u00fcn\u00fcn \u00f6n\u00fc a\u00e7\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Yine, geleneksel, klasikle\u015fmi\u015f stillerin d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda kalanlar, \u00e7o\u011fu kez \u201ckitlelerin bunlar\u0131 anlamad\u0131\u011f\u0131\u201d gerek\u00e7esi ile zararl\u0131 ilan edilerek \u201csosyalist ger\u00e7ek\u00e7ilik\u201d bi\u00e7imsel kal\u0131plar i\u00e7ine hapsedilmi\u015ftir.<\/p>\n<p>Oysa Ekim Devrimi\u2019nin canl\u0131 etkisini hen\u00fcz s\u00fcrd\u00fcrd\u00fc\u011f\u00fc bir evrede, Rusya Kom\u00fcnist Partisi\u2019nin 1 Temmuz 1925\u2019te kabul etti\u011fi karar \u015f\u00f6yledir:<\/p>\n<p>\u201cKom\u00fcnist ele\u015ftiri, kibirli, iddial\u0131, yar\u0131 bilgili ve kendi kendini tatmin eden kom\u00fcnist \u00fcst\u00fcnl\u00fck duygusundan kesinlikle kurtulmal\u0131d\u0131r\u2026 Parti, edebi ak\u0131mlar ve e\u011filimlerin \u00f6zg\u00fcrce yar\u0131\u015fmas\u0131ndan yanad\u0131r\u2026 Sorunlara ba\u015fka \u015fekilde \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm aramak formel ve b\u00fcrokratik olmakt\u0131r\u2026 Parti herhangi bir gruba edebi yay\u0131nc\u0131l\u0131kta tekelci hak tan\u0131maktan ka\u00e7\u0131n\u0131r. Nitekim bu ba\u011flamda onlar, pek \u00e7ok edebi esere ele\u015ftirel yakla\u015fm\u0131\u015flard\u0131r. Do\u011fal olarak, ba\u015fka bir tutum samimiyetsizlik ve tutars\u0131zl\u0131k olurdu.
