Maalesef Adige ve Abhaz dilleri yery\u00fcz\u00fcnde \u015fu anda b\u00fct\u00fcn az konu\u015fulan diller gibi ileriye d\u00f6n\u00fck yok olma tehdidi alt\u0131nda diller kategorisindedir.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00fcfusu y\u00fcz bin ki\u015finin alt\u0131nda olan halklar ve y\u00fcz binden az insan\u0131n konu\u015ftu\u011fu ve e\u011fitim dili olarak kullanmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 diller \u00f6n\u00fcm\u00fczdeki y\u00fczy\u0131l i\u00e7inde tarih sahnesinden yok olacak diyor ara\u015ft\u0131rmac\u0131lar.<\/p>\n<p>Dilimizin \u00f6lmesi durumunda,toplumumuzun ya\u015fayan ku\u015faklar\u0131 atalar\u0131n\u0131n k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fcn\u00fc, insanl\u0131k k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fcn\u00fcn kendisine ait olan bir par\u00e7as\u0131n\u0131 yitirmi\u015f olacaklard\u0131r..Bir dil konu\u015fanlar\u0131n\u0131 bir kez yitirdi mi onun yeniden ya\u015fama d\u00f6nd\u00fcr\u00fclmesi ne yaz\u0131k ki m\u00fcmk\u00fcn de\u011fil. Uluslararas\u0131 alanda sayg\u0131n bir dil uzman\u0131 olan Markus Warasin, bir dilin yok olmas\u0131yla bir k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fcn, bir hayat\u0131nda yok oldu\u011funu s\u00f6yl\u00fcyor, \u201cDilin, kimli\u011fimizin de \u00f6nemli bir b\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fcn\u00fc olu\u015fturdu\u011funun da alt\u0131n\u0131 \u00e7iziyor.<\/p>\n<p>Elbette dil, k\u00fclt\u00fcr ancak ait oldu\u011fu, ortaya \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131\u011f\u0131, serpilip geli\u015fti\u011fi, onu besleyen bug\u00fcn\u00fcne getiren kendi anavatan\u0131nda daha iyi korunabilir. Atalar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n bu \u00fclke i\u00e7in kan\u0131n\u0131 sebil etmedi\u011fi kar\u0131\u015f toprak yok.<\/p>\n<p>Benim babam 1915 do\u011fumlu. Kendi babas\u0131 o do\u011fmadan metrekareye 6 bin merminin d\u00fc\u015ft\u00fc\u011f\u00fc s\u00f6ylenen \u00c7anakkale\u2019de \u015fehit olmu\u015f. O y\u0131llarda Anadolu\u2019da do\u011fan pek \u00e7ok \u00e7ocuk gibi babas\u0131n\u0131 hi\u00e7 g\u00f6rmemi\u015f. 1888\u2019de \u00e7ocuk ya\u015fta Osmanl\u0131\u2019ya gelen dedem \u00c7anakkale\u2019de sava\u015f\u0131rken muhtemelen do\u011fru d\u00fczg\u00fcn T\u00fcrk\u00e7e bile bilmiyordu.<\/p>\n<p>O halde T\u00fcrkiye Cumhuriyeti\u2019nin kurulu\u015funda kan\u0131n\u0131 ak\u0131tm\u0131\u015f di\u011fer Anadolu halklar\u0131 gibi biz \u00c7erkesler de neden dilimizin, k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fcm\u00fcz\u00fcn korunaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131n anayasal g\u00fcvencesini istemeyelim? Ku\u015fkusuz hem anavatanda hem de diasporada ulusal dilimizi her y\u00f6n\u00fc ile g\u00f6z\u00fcm\u00fcz gibi korumak geli\u015ftirmek bizim de hakk\u0131m\u0131z. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc bir ulusun meydana getirdi\u011fi k\u00fclt\u00fcrel de\u011ferler ayn\u0131 zamanda d\u00fcnya k\u00fclt\u00fcr miras\u0131na giden yollar\u0131n ge\u00e7ti\u011fi duraklar\u0131n ad\u0131d\u0131r. Bu anlamda b\u00fct\u00fcn dillerde ortak de\u011ferler vard\u0131r ve bu da evde, mahallede, k\u00f6yde bir dilin konu\u015fulmas\u0131na izin verilmesiyle olmaz ancak \u00f6zg\u00fcrce dilin kendini ifade etmesiyle, o dilin yaz\u0131l\u0131p \u00e7izilme yoluyla geli\u015fmesiyle olanakl\u0131 olur.<\/p>\n<p>Var olsun, \u00e7ok ya\u015fas\u0131n, efsane kalem Ya\u015far Kemal\u2019in dedi\u011fi gibi \u201cher k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fcn bir rengi bir kokusu vard\u0131r. Tek \u00e7i\u00e7e\u011fe, tek renge, tek kokuya kalm\u0131\u015f bir insanl\u0131k hap\u0131 yutmu\u015ftur. B\u00f6yle bir d\u00fcnya cehennemden beterdir.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Y\u00fcz elli y\u0131la yak\u0131n da\u011f\u0131lm\u0131\u015fl\u0131k par\u00e7alanm\u0131\u015fl\u0131\u011fa ra\u011fmen \u00c7erkesler ba\u015fta dil olmak \u00fczere etnik ve k\u00fclt\u00fcrel t\u00fcm de\u011ferlerini bu g\u00fcne kadar getirmesini b\u00fcy\u00fck \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcde ba\u015farm\u0131\u015f, tek dil, tek k\u00fclt\u00fcr i\u00e7erikli T\u00fcrkiye Cumhuriyeti projesinin hesaplayamad\u0131\u011f\u0131 derecede diren\u00e7 g\u00f6stermi\u015ftir asl\u0131nda. Ne var ki son 30 y\u0131lda T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de yeni ku\u015faklar art\u0131k ne Adigece\u2019yi ne Abazacay\u0131 ne de di\u011fer Kafkas dillerini eskisi gibi konu\u015fam\u0131yor veya \u00f6\u011frenemiyorlar.<\/p>\n<p>Bug\u00fcne kadarki yasaklar, k\u00f6yden kente g\u00f6\u00e7ler, ekonomik ve siyasal globalizmin yan\u0131 s\u0131ra medya, TV ve film end\u00fcstrileri yeni nesillerimizin dil \u00f6\u011frenmelerine engeldir. Ayr\u0131ca ya\u015fad\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z yerlerde i\u00e7inde yasad\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z toplumlar\u0131n ger\u00e7ekleriyle \u00e7ok ilgili g\u00f6r\u00fcnen bizler kendi ger\u00e7eklerimizi uygulamaya, zekam\u0131z\u0131 g\u00fcc\u00fcm\u00fcz\u00fc kendi iyili\u011fimiz i\u00e7in kullanmaya pek al\u0131\u015fk\u0131n de\u011filizdir. \u00c7erkes varl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n ve olas\u0131 siyasal taleplerinin temelini olu\u015fturan dilin varl\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve e\u011fitim hakk\u0131 i\u00e7in devlet g\u00fcvencesi talebinin devleti a\u015f\u0131r\u0131 bi\u00e7imde rahats\u0131z ve tedirgin edece\u011finden korkulmaktad\u0131r. Zira ulus devlet projesinin varl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ve gelece\u011fini, ulusal bir dil ve tarih \u00f6rg\u00fcs\u00fcnde arayanlar, Adige, Abaza ve di\u011fer Kafkas dillerinin varl\u0131\u011f\u0131 noktas\u0131ndaki talepleri tepkiyle kar\u015f\u0131layacaklard\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cAnadilde e\u011fitim, tv yay\u0131n\u0131, anadile devlet g\u00fcvencesi istemek b\u00f6l\u00fcc\u00fcl\u00fck, hainlik de\u011fildir. D\u00fcnyada bir\u00e7ok \u00fclkede iki, \u00fc\u00e7 veya daha fazla dil konu\u015fulmakta hem resmi dile hem de anadile e\u015fit oranda \u00f6nem verilmekte hatta birden fazla resmi dil de kullan\u0131lmaktad\u0131r. Bu dillerle insanl\u0131\u011f\u0131n gelece\u011fi i\u00e7in b\u00fcy\u00fck zenginlikler yarat\u0131lmaktad\u0131r. Yedi bine yak\u0131n dilin konu\u015fuldu\u011fu d\u00fcnyam\u0131zda, insanlar dil \u00f6\u011frenmek ve dilleri ya\u015fatmak, kullan\u0131lan leh\u00e7eleri korumak i\u00e7in b\u00fcy\u00fck \u00e7abalar sarfediyorlar. Bel\u00e7ika&#8217;da, Frans\u0131zca, Almanca ve Flamanca olmak \u00fczere \u00fc\u00e7; \u0130svi\u00e7re\u2019de Almanca, Frans\u0131zca ve \u0130talyanca olmak \u00fczere \u00fc\u00e7; Finlandiya\u2019da Fince ve \u0130sve\u00e7\u00e7e olmak \u00fczere iki resmi dil vard\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>B\u00fcy\u00fck Britanya ya da Birle\u015fik Krall\u0131k&#8217;ta (\u0130ngiltere, \u0130sko\u00e7ya, Galler ve \u0130rlanda) resmi dil diye bir \u015fey yoktur. Herkes kendi dilini kullan\u0131yor.<br \/>\nDanimarka&#8217;da ya\u015fayan 50 bin kadar Alman az\u0131nl\u0131\u011f\u0131, Almanca e\u011fitim almakta; keza Almanya&#8217;da ya\u015fayan Danimarka az\u0131nl\u0131\u011f\u0131 hem Danca hem de Almanca dili ile e\u011fitim g\u00f6r\u00fcyorlar. Danimarka\u2019ya ba\u011fl\u0131 Faroe adalar\u0131. Burada ya\u015fayan 46 bin ki\u015fiye hem resmi Faroe dili ile hem de Danca dili ile e\u011fitim verilmektedir.\u201d Diyor Avrupa\u2019da ya\u015fayan bir ara\u015ft\u0131rmac\u0131.<br \/>\nD\u00fcnyan\u0131n bir\u00e7ok \u00fclkesinde insanlar dillerle, kelimelerle d\u00fcnyay\u0131 fethederken, \u00e7ok dilli, \u00e7ok k\u00fclt\u00fcrl\u00fc Anadolu&#8217;da bu hakk\u0131 istemek neden su\u00e7 olsun.<\/p>\n<p>Bunca medeniyetin ge\u00e7ti\u011fi, farkl\u0131 dillerin ve a\u011f\u0131zlar\u0131n konu\u015fuldu\u011fu, her y\u00f6resinde nesnelerin ayr\u0131 isimlendirildi\u011fi, duygular\u0131n farkl\u0131 anlat\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 bir \u00fclke, az\u0131nl\u0131klar\u0131yla y\u0131llard\u0131r i\u00e7 i\u00e7e ya\u015fam\u0131\u015f olan bir toplum nas\u0131l olur da resmen etnik mozaik olarak adland\u0131r\u0131lmaz ve korunmaz?
