Aradan bir y\u00fczy\u0131l ge\u00e7tikten sonra Strabon \u2018\u2018Cerceta\u2018\u2018 s\u00f6zc\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fc kullan\u0131rken ayn\u0131 y\u00fczy\u0131lda Sind-M\u00e4ot halklar\u0131 Sarmatlar\u0131 asimile etmi\u015flerdir. (Sarkisyanz 1961, s.100).<\/p>\n<p>Sind-M\u00e4otlar M\u00d6 400\u2018de Gorgipa (g\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fczdeki Anapa) ba\u015fkent olarak \u015fehir devleti kurmu\u015flard\u0131r. 1971 y\u0131l\u0131nda Moskova\u2019da Kruschkol taraf\u0131ndan yay\u0131nlanan yap\u0131tta, Sindlerin M\u00d6 3000\u2018de hayvanc\u0131l\u0131kla ge\u00e7indiklerini, bal\u0131k\u00e7\u0131l\u0131k ve toprak testiler yapmakta \u00e7ok usta olduklar\u0131n\u0131 ve 7-8. y\u00fczy\u0131llarda demiri i\u015flediklerini yazmaktad\u0131r. Jenkins (1962, s.186) \u2018\u2018Tscherkess\u2018\u2018 s\u00f6zc\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fc \u2018\u2018C\u00e4rkes\u00e4g\u2018\u2018dan t\u00fcredi\u011fini ve eski \u00c7erkesce\u2018de kartal anlam\u0131na geldi\u011fini yazmaktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>Her nedense Klaproth taraf\u0131ndan kullan\u0131lan anlam literat\u00fcrde a\u011f\u0131rl\u0131k kazanarak kullan\u0131l\u0131r olmu\u015f, di\u011ferleri bilmezlikten duymazl\u0131ktan gelinmi\u015ftir. Bu da tesad\u00fcf de\u011fildir.<\/p>\n<p>Rus \u00c7ar\u0131\u2019n\u0131n emir ve m\u00fcsaadeleri ile Tiflis\u2019te oturdu\u011fu yerde ara\u015ft\u0131rma yapan Klaproth\u2019un hem verdi\u011fi bilgilere kritik bir g\u00f6zle bakmak gerekmektedir.
