Bu ama\u00e7la yap\u0131lanlar da az de\u011fil. Adigece\u2019nin devlet dili olmas\u0131 i\u00e7in yasa \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131ld\u0131. Dili korumak ve geli\u015ftirmek, bu ama\u00e7la gerekli politik \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 y\u00fcr\u00fctmek \u00fczere bilimadamlar\u0131, devlet g\u00f6revlileri, \u00f6\u011fretmenlerden olu\u015fan ve Cumhurba\u015fkan\u0131\u2019na ba\u011fl\u0131 olarak g\u00f6rev yapan bir kurul olu\u015fturuldu. 14 Mart Adige dili ve yaz\u0131s\u0131 g\u00fcn\u00fc olarak belirlendi ve her y\u0131l cumhuriyetimiz genelinde kutlan\u0131yor. E\u011fitim ve \u00f6\u011fretim alan\u0131nda \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlarda az i\u015fler ba\u015farmad\u0131lar. Genel \u015fartlar\u0131n \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 desteklemeyip aksine k\u00f6stekledi\u011fi g\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fczde dilimizi yinede bir b\u00fct\u00fcn olarak koruyabilmi\u015fsek yap\u0131lan bu \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n yarars\u0131z olduklar\u0131n\u0131 s\u00f6ylemek m\u00fcmk\u00fcn olmuyor.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Adigece i\u00e7in yap\u0131lanlar\u0131 az\u0131msayamay\u0131z. Buna \u00f6rnek olarak \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmakta oldu\u011fum enstit\u00fcn\u00fcn yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalardan s\u00f6z etmek istiyorum. Adigece \u00fczerine enstit\u00fcm\u00fczde son birka\u00e7 y\u0131lda yap\u0131lan \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar hi\u00e7te az de\u011fil. Bilimadamlar\u0131m\u0131zdan ZEKOGU Vucujuk, MERET\u0130KO Kasim ve THARKAHO Yunus birlikte \u201cAdige dilinin yap\u0131sal \u00f6zellikleri\u201d adl\u0131 kitab\u0131 yay\u0131mlad\u0131lar. Ayr\u0131ca ZEKOGU Vucujuk \u201cAdigece\u2019nin gramati\u011fi\u201d, MERET\u0130KO Kasim \u201cCo\u011frafi Yer Adlar\u0131 S\u00f6zl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc\u201d, THARKAHO Yunus \u201cAdige Dilinin \u00dcslup Kurallar\u0131\u201d, G\u0130S Nuh \u201cAdige Dillerinin Kar\u015f\u0131la\u015ft\u0131rmal\u0131 Analizi\u201d adl\u0131 kitaplar\u0131n\u0131 yay\u0131mlad\u0131lar. TUTAR\u0130S Mariyet, TEVU Nuriyet, T\u0130GUJ Gossim ve ATAJ\u0130H Sayhat\u2019\u0131n kitaplar\u0131 da yay\u0131mlanmak \u00fczere s\u0131rada beklemektedir.<\/p>\n<p>Bu kitaplar\u0131n yan\u0131 s\u0131ra en \u00e7ok \u00f6nem verdi\u011fimiz bir ba\u015fka konu ise s\u00f6zl\u00fck \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131d\u0131r. Enstit\u00fcm\u00fcz\u00fcn Adige dili bolum ba\u015fkan\u0131 THARKAHO Yunus\u2019un uzun y\u0131llar \u00fczerinde \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve ge\u00e7en y\u0131l yay\u0131mlanan \u201cRus\u00e7a-Adigece S\u00f6zl\u00fck\u201d\u00fcn s\u00fcrekli aran\u0131p soruluyor olmas\u0131 ve ikinci cildinin de merakla beklenmesi bu alanda duyulan ihtiyac\u0131n bir g\u00f6stergesidir. Birka\u00e7 y\u0131ld\u0131r enstit\u00fcm\u00fcz\u00fcn \u00fczerinde \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131klamal\u0131 Adigece s\u00f6zl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn birinci cildi de bu y\u0131l redaksiyona haz\u0131r olacakt\u0131r. Orfografik s\u00f6zl\u00fckte daha \u00f6nce yay\u0131mlananlardan daha b\u00fcy\u00fck ve zenginle\u015ftirilmi\u015f olarak yay\u0131ma haz\u0131rlanmaktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>Birilerince san\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve s\u00f6ylenildi\u011fi gibi bu s\u00f6zl\u00fcklerle ilgili \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalarda bir s\u0131r ve gizlilik i\u00e7inde yap\u0131lmay\u0131p, yay\u0131ma haz\u0131r hale geldi\u011finde t\u00fcm ilgili bilimadamlar\u0131n\u0131n g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015flerine ba\u015fvurulacakt\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>Bunlar \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n bir b\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fcd\u00fcr. Adigece\u2019nin korunmas\u0131 ve geli\u015ftirilmesi i\u00e7in yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z bir ba\u015fka \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma da s\u00f6zl\u00fc edebiyat \u00fcr\u00fcnlerimiz \u00fczerinedir. \u00d6nceden yay\u0131mlanm\u0131\u015f olsun veya olmas\u0131n, enstit\u00fcm\u00fcz ar\u015fivinde \u00e7ok say\u0131da s\u00f6zl\u00fc edebiyat \u00fcr\u00fcn\u00fc derlemeleri mevcuttur. Bunlar\u0131 birka\u00e7 kitap halinde yay\u0131mlamak i\u00e7in \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 ba\u015flatm\u0131\u015f bulunuyoruz. Bu eserleri, binlerce y\u0131l i\u00e7erisinde yaratm\u0131\u015f olan ulusumuza bir daha yok olmamak \u00fczere kazand\u0131rmak amac\u0131nday\u0131z. Her \u015feyin istedi\u011fimiz gibi y\u00fcr\u00fcmedi\u011fi, parasal s\u0131k\u0131nt\u0131lar\u0131n kitaplar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n yay\u0131m\u0131n\u0131 geciktirdi\u011fi do\u011frudur. Buna ra\u011fmen masallar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n yer ald\u0131\u011f\u0131 birinci kitab\u0131 yay\u0131mlam\u0131\u015f bulunuyoruz.<\/p>\n<p>Adigece\u2019nin g\u00fczellik ve zenginli\u011fini Nart \u015fark\u0131lar\u0131ndan, halk masallar\u0131m\u0131zdan, \u00f6yk\u00fc ve atas\u00f6zlerimizden ve di\u011fer s\u00f6zl\u00fc edebiyat \u00fcr\u00fcnlerimizden daha iyi ne g\u00f6sterebilir? Biz ya\u015fl\u0131 ku\u015faklar\u0131n bu \u00fcr\u00fcnleri b\u00fcy\u00fcklerimizden dinleyebilmek i\u00e7in ge\u00e7irdi\u011fimiz uykusuz geceleri an\u0131msamam\u0131z ve bunu gen\u00e7 ku\u015faklara anlatmam\u0131z gerekir. Bu nedenle de \u00e7\u0131karmakta oldu\u011fumuz bu kitaplar\u0131n her ailede, her okulda ve dileyen herkesin elinin alt\u0131nda bulundurabilmesini arzu ediyoruz.<\/p>\n<p>Bu kitaplar\u0131n anlam ve de\u011feri, dilin anlam ve de\u011ferinin de \u00fcst\u00fcne \u00e7\u0131kmaktad\u0131r. Adigeli\u011fimizi, insani de\u011ferlerimizi kaybediyoruz diye s\u00fcrekli yak\u0131n\u0131yoruz. T\u00fcm Adigelerin varl\u0131\u011f\u0131ndan gurur duyduklar\u0131 gelenek ve g\u00f6renekleri, aile ve toplum ili\u015fkileri, sayg\u0131 ve Adigelik gibi kavramlar en geni\u015f ve ayr\u0131nt\u0131l\u0131 olarak s\u00f6zl\u00fc edebiyat \u00fcr\u00fcnlerimizde mevcuttur ve t\u00fcm bunlar Adige dilinde s\u00f6ylenmi\u015f ve g\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fcze aktar\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Bu nedenle dil kaybedildi\u011fi anda bu de\u011ferlerde kaybedilmi\u015f olacakt\u0131r. Adigece ve s\u00f6zl\u00fc edebiyat \u00fcr\u00fcnleri birlikte varolmad\u0131k\u00e7a ulusal d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcncenin \u00f6z\u00fc, tav\u0131r ve davran\u0131\u015f \u015fekillerimiz ve d\u0131\u015f g\u00f6r\u00fcn\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm\u00fczde korunamaz. Burada Adigece\u2019yi bilmeden Adigeli\u011fi, onun gelenek ve g\u00f6reneklerinin ya\u015fat\u0131labildi\u011fini s\u00f6yleyenlerimiz \u00e7\u0131kabilir. Adige k\u00f6kenli veya ba\u015fka uluslardan olup bu durumda olanlarda az de\u011fildir. Ayn\u0131 \u015fekilde Adigece\u2019yi iyi bildi\u011fi halde Adigeli\u011fe, onun gelenek ve g\u00f6reneklerine \u00f6nem vermeden ya\u015fayanlar da vard\u0131r ve bu durumdakiler de g\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fczde az de\u011fildir. Ancak bu durumlar istisna te\u015fkil etmekte olup, yukar\u0131daki saptama temel ulusal sorunlar\u0131m\u0131zdan birini olu\u015fturmaktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>Burada kitab\u0131n \u00f6neminin de \u00f6zellikle alt\u0131n\u0131 \u00e7izmek istiyorum. \u0130nsanl\u0131\u011f\u0131n as\u0131rlar i\u00e7erisinde yaratt\u0131\u011f\u0131 uygarl\u0131k g\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fcze kitaplar sayesinde ula\u015fm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Bug\u00fcn bizim yay\u0131mlamakta oldu\u011fumuz kitaplar da ayn\u0131 \u015fekilde as\u0131rlar a\u015farak gelecek ku\u015faklara ula\u015facakt\u0131r. Buna ra\u011fmen kitap g\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fczde \u00e7ok zor bir durumdad\u0131r. Kitaplar; b\u0131rak\u0131n\u0131z dar gelirli insanlar\u0131n, orta gelir gurubunun dahi sat\u0131n alamayaca\u011f\u0131 bir durumdad\u0131r. \u0130\u015f, aile ve \u00e7ocuklar i\u00e7in gerekli olan kitaplar y\u00fczlerce hatta binlerce Ruble tutar\u0131ndad\u0131r. Bu durum yay\u0131mc\u0131l\u0131\u011fa b\u00fcy\u00fck darbe vurmaktad\u0131r. Kitab\u0131 serbest pazar ekonomisi dedi\u011fimiz olay\u0131n insaf\u0131na b\u0131rakmak m\u00fcmk\u00fcn olmay\u0131p ona devlet deste\u011fi daima gereklidir. G\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fczde kitap i\u00e7in yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z masraf\u0131 onun sat\u0131\u015f\u0131ndan elde etmek m\u00fcmk\u00fcn de\u011fildir. Bu nedenle kitaba gerekli devlet deste\u011fi sa\u011flanmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 takdirde, t\u00fcm uluslardan insanlar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n e\u011fitimi ve yeti\u015ftirilmeleri olumsuz etkilenecek ve bundan \u00fclkemiz b\u00fcy\u00fck kay\u0131plara u\u011frayacakt\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>Ama\u00e7 \u015fikayet ve yak\u0131nmak olursa de\u011finilecek konu \u00e7oktur. \u00d6rne\u011fin Adigece konu\u015famayan insanlar\u0131m\u0131zda tabi ki, dilsiz olmay\u0131p bir ba\u015fka dilde konu\u015fmaktad\u0131rlar. Bu dil bizim i\u00e7in d\u00fcn oldu\u011fu gibi bug\u00fcnde Rus\u00e7a\u2019d\u0131r. Peki Adigece\u2019nin sorunlar\u0131 \u00e7o\u011fald\u0131k\u00e7a Rus\u00e7a\u2019y\u0131 su\u00e7lamaya kalk\u0131\u015fmak do\u011fru mudur? Bizim ba\u015fka uluslarla olan ileti\u015fimimiz de bu dilden olmaktad\u0131r. Bu durumu zaman, tarih ve ya\u015fam ko\u015fullar\u0131 bizim i\u00e7in zorunlu k\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Ayr\u0131ca birka\u00e7 dil bilmekte \u00e7a\u011f\u0131m\u0131z insan\u0131 i\u00e7in aranan \u00f6nemli bir \u00f6zelliktir. \u00c7ocuklar\u0131n\u0131 Adigece okutmak istemeyen anne ve babalara da rastlam\u0131yor muyuz? Onlar \u201cKuban\u2019\u0131 veya Labe\u2019yi ge\u00e7ti\u011finde Adigece kime laz\u0131md\u0131r\u201d demiyorlar m\u0131? Onlar\u0131n; i\u00e7inden \u201cBen \u00e7ocu\u011fumu istedi\u011fim dilde okutma hakk\u0131n\u0131 anayasadan al\u0131yorum\u201d diyenlerinde \u00e7\u0131kmas\u0131 m\u00fcmk\u00fcnd\u00fcr.<\/p>\n<p>Bu durumda Adigece\u2019nin sorunlar\u0131 \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcms\u00fcz m\u00fcd\u00fcr ve dilimizin durumu ger\u00e7ekten k\u00f6t\u00fc m\u00fcd\u00fcr? Cevap tabi ki \u201cHay\u0131r!\u201d Dilimizi a\u00e7\u0131k, g\u00fczel ve ak\u0131c\u0131 bir \u015fekilde konu\u015fabilen insanlar\u0131m\u0131z, gen\u00e7lerimiz de dahil olmak \u00fczere az de\u011fildir. Bu durum sadece k\u00f6yler i\u00e7in de\u011fil \u015fehirlerde ya\u015fayanlar i\u00e7inde ge\u00e7erlidir. Adigece yay\u0131mlanan kitap dergi ve gazetemiz, Adige dilinde \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan radyo, televizyon ve tiyatromuz mevcuttur. E\u011fitim ve \u00f6\u011fretim alan\u0131nda \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar da t\u00fcm g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fcklere ra\u011fmen geri ad\u0131m atm\u0131yorlar. Yak\u0131n\u0131p, elimiz kolumuz ba\u011fl\u0131 oturmak asla do\u011fru de\u011fildir. Sorunlar\u0131n \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm\u00fcnden sorumlu devlet organ ve g\u00f6revlileri de mevcut olmakla birlikte en b\u00fcy\u00fck sorumluluk Adige Xaselere (STK) d\u00fc\u015fmektedir. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc dilimizin sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 olmas\u0131 ulusal bilincimizle, dil bilincimizle ilgilidir. Her ki\u015fiye, her aileye, dilini \u00f6nemsemeyen her insana ula\u015fma imkan\u0131 xaselerdedir. Gerekti\u011finde bu durumlar\u0131 bir ulusal sorun haline getirip gerekli \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 yapabilecek olanlar yine onlard\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>Burada en \u00e7ok g\u00f6z \u00f6n\u00fcnde tutulmas\u0131 gereken kurum ailedir. Ulusal bilin\u00e7 ve dil bilinci ailede ba\u015flamazsa, temel ailede at\u0131lmazsa, kre\u015f ve okullarda g\u00fc\u00e7lendirilmezse, anne ve babalar, nene ve dedeler bu olaya katk\u0131 sa\u011flamazlarsa ba\u015fka g\u00fcvenecek ne kalacakt\u0131r?
