Ancak \u015fartlar o denli aleyhte geli\u015fmi\u015f-geli\u015fmektedir ki, i\u00e7inde ya\u015fan\u0131lan y\u0131llarda konuda ger\u00e7ek\u00e7i, ak\u0131lc\u0131, uygulanabilir bir siyaset, strateji belirlenemez ve duyarl\u0131 bir \u00f6zveri g\u00f6sterilemezse kalan kadim k\u00fclt\u00fcr-diller\u2019in \u00e7ok az\u0131 hari\u00e7 tamam\u0131 \u00f6lecektir.<\/p>\n<p align=\"left\">Bu ba\u011flamda, kadim bir k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fcn seslendirili\u015fi-sesi olan Abhazca\u2019n\u0131n korunmas\u0131, geli\u015ftirilmesi ihtiyac\u0131ndan kaynaklanan b\u00f6yle bir toplant\u0131n\u0131n yap\u0131lmas\u0131n\u0131 \u00e7ok do\u011fru ve anlaml\u0131 bulmak ve takdir etmek gerekir.<\/p>\n<p align=\"left\">Ayr\u0131ca, D\u00dcNYA ABHAZ-ABAZA HALKLARI B\u0130RL\u0130\u011e\u0130N\u0130N gelecekte neler yapabilece\u011fi, yapmas\u0131 gerekti\u011finin tart\u0131\u015f\u0131lmas\u0131 da yukar\u0131da ortaya konan d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnceler \u0131\u015f\u0131\u011f\u0131nda, \u00e7ok do\u011fru bir yakla\u015f\u0131m olsa gerektir.<\/p>\n<p align=\"left\">Bug\u00fcnk\u00fc toplant\u0131n\u0131n ilk g\u00fcndem maddesi, \u201c<b>Abhaz dilinin, Abhazya\u2019da ve diasporada yayg\u0131nla\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131, ya\u015fat\u0131lmas\u0131, korunmas\u0131 ve dil<\/b> <b>sorunlar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n irdelenmesi \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm yollar\u0131n\u0131n aranmas\u0131\u201d <\/b>diye belirlendi\u011fi i\u00e7in, do\u011fal olarak Abhazca dili ile ilgili d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnceler dile getirilecektir. Ancak, belirtilecek t\u00fcm d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnceler t\u00fcm kadim k\u00fclt\u00fcr-diller i\u00e7in ge\u00e7erlidir. \u00d6zele indirgersek de, Abhazya\u2019da ya\u015fayan t\u00fcm k\u00fclt\u00fcr-diller, belirtilecek d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcncelerin do\u011frudan muhatab\u0131d\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p align=\"left\"><strong>ABHAZ-ABAZALAR\u2019IN KAD\u0130M K\u00dcLT\u00dcR\u00dc: AKABZA!<\/strong><\/p>\n<p align=\"left\">Bilindi\u011fi \u00fczere Kafkasya ve Kafkasya\u2019n\u0131n otokton halklar\u0131, t\u00fcm tarih boyunca insanl\u0131\u011f\u0131n ilgisini \u00e7ekmi\u015f; \u00f6zellikle Bat\u0131 Aleminden ara\u015ft\u0131rmac\u0131lar b\u00f6lgeye say\u0131s\u0131z seyahatler-ara\u015ft\u0131rmalar yapm\u0131\u015flard\u0131r. Bu bilgin ve seyyahlar, b\u00f6lgeyi ve insan\u0131n\u0131 \u00e7ok gizemli bulmakta ve konuda y\u00fczlerce cilt eser yaz\u0131lm\u0131\u015f bulunmaktad\u0131r. Bu eserlerden, b\u00f6lge insan\u0131n ya\u015fama ge\u00e7irdi\u011fi ve halen de kay\u0131plar\u0131na ra\u011fmen ya\u015fayan-ya\u015fanan, karde\u015f halklar\u0131n Khabze, Xhabze, Akabza diye seslendirdi\u011fi \u2018do\u011fru ya\u015fam\u0131 sa\u011flayan kadim k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fcn\u2019, tarihin bu kadar derin zamanlar\u0131nda nas\u0131l olu\u015fturulabildi\u011fine ak\u0131l erdirilemedi\u011fi anla\u015f\u0131lmaktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p align=\"left\">Bu eserlerde, hem b\u00f6lge hem de otokton halklar ile ilgili \u00e7ok gizemli bir tablo sergilenmektedir. Kuzey Kafkasya\u2019n\u0131n uzun tarihinde, \u00f6zellikle son iki y\u00fczy\u0131l i\u00e7inde (<i>sava\u015flar, zorunlu g\u00f6\u00e7ler, Vb. sebeplerden<\/i>) \u2018Akabza\u2019 \u00e7ok \u00f6nemli kay\u0131plara u\u011fram\u0131\u015f; zaman i\u00e7inde \u015fartlar\u0131n ve \u00e7evre ko\u015fullar\u0131n\u0131n getirdi\u011fi \u2018k\u00fclt\u00fcre ait olmayan \u00f6\u011feler\u2019 k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fcn \u00f6\u011fesi say\u0131l\u0131r hale gelmi\u015ftir. As\u0131l \u00fcz\u00fcnt\u00fc duyulacak husus ise, k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fcn sadece bir bir b\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fcn\u00fc kapsayan \u2018g\u00fcnl\u00fck ya\u015fam kaidelerinin\u2019, k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fcn b\u00fct\u00fcn\u00fc kabul edilir hale gelinmesidir.<\/p>\n<p align=\"left\">Abhazya\u2019n\u0131n A\u015fkharua b\u00f6lgesinden olup 19. yy.\u2019\u0131n ilk \u00e7eyre\u011finde T\u00fcrkiye\u2019ye g\u00f6\u00e7 eden bir ailenin mensubu olan ve sonradan d\u00f6rt \u00e7ocu\u011fu ile Kanada\u2019ya g\u00f6\u00e7 eden ve g\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fczde Kanada\/Vernon\u2019da ya\u015fayan 89 ya\u015f\u0131ndaki Murat Ya\u011fan, Akabza\u2019y\u0131 mealen \u015f\u00f6yle tarif etmektedir:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p align=\"left\">Akabza, do\u011fru-mutlu ya\u015fam felsefesidir. Dil yok oldu\u011fu anda bir halk\u0131n var olabilmesi imkan\u0131 tamamen t\u00fckenmektedir. Ayr\u0131ca Abhazya\u2019da ya\u015fayan ba\u015fka k\u00fclt\u00fcr-dil mensubu gruplar\u2019da vard\u0131r. Son y\u00fcz elli y\u0131l\u0131n normal olmayan geli\u015fmeleri sonucunda Abhazya\u2019da, devlet dili olmas\u0131 gereken Abhazca&#8217;n\u0131n yerine Rus\u00e7a devlet dili haline gelmi\u015ftir. Yani, otokton halk Abhazlar\u0131n kurdu\u011fu bir \u00fclkede ve ad\u0131 Abhazya olan bir devlette Abhazca, ikincil bir dil haline gelmi\u015f ve bu anormal durum, Abhazca dilini \u00e7ok \u00f6nemli kay\u0131plara u\u011fratm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Derhal ak\u0131lc\u0131, do\u011fru, uygulanabilir bir siyaset ve strateji ile Abhazya\u2019da ya\u015fayan dillerin \u00f6lmesi \u00f6nlenmeli, \u2018dil \u00f6ld\u00fc\u011f\u00fc anda halk da \u00f6lm\u00fc\u015f olur\u2019 bilimsel ger\u00e7e\u011finin \u0131\u015f\u0131\u011f\u0131nda her dilin t\u00fcm \u00f6\u011feleri ile Abhazya\u2019da ya\u015fayaca\u011f\u0131 yeni bir evreye ge\u00e7ilmelidir. <b>T\u00fcm dillerin \u00f6zg\u00fcrce ya\u015fat\u0131l\u0131p-geli\u015ftirilece\u011fi demokratik bir ortam yarat\u0131l\u0131rken de, Abhazca\u2019n\u0131n \u2018resmi devlet dili\u2019 olmas\u0131, Abhazya\u2019da ya\u015fayan t\u00fcm k\u00fclt\u00fcr-diller mensuplar\u0131n\u0131n ortak katk\u0131s\u0131 ile sa\u011flanmal\u0131d\u0131r<\/b>.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p align=\"left\">Yukar\u0131ya not edildi\u011fi \u00fczere, Abhazya\u2019da ya\u015fayan t\u00fcm topluluklara ait k\u00fclt\u00fcr-dillerin \u00f6zg\u00fcr, demokratik, e\u015fit bir ortamda korunmas\u0131-geli\u015ftirilmesi ihtiyac\u0131 vard\u0131r. G\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fcz\u00fcn konusu Abhazca oldu\u011fu i\u00e7in a\u015fa\u011f\u0131da Abhazca ile ilgili g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015f-\u00f6nerilere yer verilecektir. Ancak, resmi devlet dili olma hari\u00e7 t\u00fcm koruma, geli\u015ftirme \u00f6nerileri, Abhazya\u2019da ya\u015fayan t\u00fcm di\u011fer diller i\u00e7in de aynen ge\u00e7erlidir.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p align=\"left\">Abhazlar\u0131n k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fc Akabza\u2019n\u0131n orijininde, dil, din, \u0131rk, renk gibi ay\u0131r\u0131c\u0131 etkenlere yer yoktur. Her canl\u0131ya; insana, canl\u0131-insan oldu\u011fu i\u00e7in en b\u00fcy\u00fck de\u011ferin verildi\u011fi ger\u00e7e\u011fi-gelene\u011fi unutulmadan, yeni hedefin belirlenmesi ve bu hedefe uygun siyaset ve stratejinin olu\u015fturulup-uygulamas\u0131na ge\u00e7ilmesi ve hedefe ula\u015f\u0131lmas\u0131 gerekmektedir.<\/p>\n<p align=\"left\">ABHAZYA\u2019DA YA\u015eAYAN T\u00dcM D\u0130LLER\u0130N KORUNMASI-GEL\u0130\u015eT\u0130R\u0130LMES\u0130 VE ABHAZCA\u2019NIN RESM\u0130 DEVLET D\u0130L\u0130 OLMASI!<\/p>\n<p align=\"left\">Nas\u0131l bir halk, ancak dili ile var olabilirse, Devletler\u2019de, kurucu halk\u0131n dili ile var olabilir. Diasporada Yakla\u015f\u0131k 140 sene ge\u00e7irilmi\u015f olmas\u0131na ra\u011fmen \u00e7ok \u00f6nemli say\u0131da insan halen \u2018ana dilleri-Abhazca\u2019y\u0131 konu\u015fabilmektedir.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p align=\"left\">Ancak, 40\u2019l\u0131 ya\u015f alt\u0131 nesillerin Abhazca konu\u015fma oran\u0131 \u00e7ok d\u00fc\u015fm\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr. \u015eartlar bu y\u00fczdenin daha da azalmas\u0131n\u0131 dayatmaktad\u0131r ve,<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p align=\"left\">40 ya\u015f alt\u0131 gen\u00e7 neslin \u2018ata k\u00fclt\u00fcrlerine\u2019 ilgisi \u00e7ok daha bilin\u00e7li olmas\u0131na ra\u011fmen \u015fehirle\u015fme oran\u0131n\u0131n y\u00fcksekli\u011fi gibi olumsuz ko\u015fullar sebebiyle k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fcn en \u00f6nemli \u00f6\u011fesi olan \u2018dil\u2019 konusunda eksikli yeti\u015fmektedirler.
