Tabi ki, ba\u015far\u0131 i\u00e7in en birincil ilke tek bir alfabede karar k\u0131lmakt\u0131r. Benim de Latin alfabesi ile yaz\u0131lm\u0131\u015f okudu\u011fum ilk kitap K\u2019ube \u015eaban alfabesi ile yaz\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131. Ancak anavatanda ya\u015far dil \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n\u0131 daha yak\u0131ndan izleyebilir hale gelince, Kiril as\u0131ll\u0131 alfabenin kimi yetersizliklerinin bu alfabeye de yans\u0131t\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 g\u00f6rd\u00fcm.\u00a0 Diasporadakiler i\u00e7in Latin alfabesi temelli bir Adige alfabesinin gereklili\u011fine kesinlikle inan\u0131yorum.<\/p>\n<p>Bu, diasporada dilin unutulmas\u0131n\u0131 geciktirece\u011fi gibi anavatandaki akrabalar\u0131 dostlar\u0131 ile anadilde yaz\u0131\u015fabilmeyi de birlikte getirecektir. Bu konudaki d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcncelerimi Nart dergisi 35. say\u0131s\u0131nda yay\u0131mlam\u0131\u015ft\u0131m.<\/p>\n<p>Yine hat\u0131rlayacaks\u0131n\u0131z daha \u00f6nce bu konuda T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de \u00e7ok ciddi tart\u0131\u015fmalar, \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar da yap\u0131ld\u0131. CC sitemizde ortak bir alfabeye gidilebilece\u011finin zemini olu\u015ftu\u011fu inanc\u0131 ile Nart\u2019taki yaz\u0131m\u0131 an\u0131msatmak istiyorum. Alfabe \u00f6nerisini bunu izleyecek yaz\u0131ya b\u0131rak\u0131yorum.<br \/>\n____________________<\/p>\n<p>Nart\u2019\u0131n Dil Say\u0131s\u0131 i\u00e7in benden istenen \u201canavatandaki dil \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n\u0131\u201d b\u00fct\u00fcn boyutlar\u0131 ile irdeleyebilmek \u00e7ok g\u00fc\u00e7. Ancak var olan ana yakla\u015f\u0131mlar\u0131 \u015f\u00f6yle s\u0131ralamak m\u00fcmk\u00fcn:<\/p>\n<p>\u0130lk s\u00f6z\u00fc edilmesi gereken perestroikadan hemen sonra alevlenen Latin temelli alfabeye ge\u00e7ilmesi g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015f\u00fc. Bu konuda\u00a0 bilimsel olmaktan uzak\u00a0 denebilecek \u00e7ok say\u0131da proje sunulmakta bunlar\u0131n \u00e7o\u011funun\u00a0 kendi i\u00e7 mant\u0131\u011f\u0131 bile bulunmamaktad\u0131r. Her sese bir harf ilkesi \u00f6n planda tutuldu\u011fu i\u00e7in bug\u00fcn kullan\u0131mda olmayan, bilgisayar programlar\u0131nda yer almayan i\u015faretlerden olu\u015fmu\u015f spek\u00fclatif projeler \u00e7o\u011funlu\u011fu te\u015fkil etmektedir. Giderek, alfabenin mutlaka kendimize \u00f6zg\u00fc olmas\u0131 gerekti\u011fi d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcncesinden hareketle aile tam\u011fhalar\u0131n\u0131n (arma) harf olarak benimsendi\u011fi bir alfabe de olu\u015fturulmu\u015ftur. Ancak takdir edilebilece\u011fi gibi bunun da pratik de\u011feri yoktur.<\/p>\n<p>Ancak hemen belirtilmesi gereken, Latin temelli bilimsel ve ger\u00e7ekten dilimize uygun alfabe d\u00fczenlenebilse bile g\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fczde bunun anavatanda uygulama \u015fans\u0131n\u0131n olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131d\u0131r. Bunun birincil nedeni, y\u00f6netimlerimizin \u00fcyesi bulundu\u011fu Rusya Federasyonu\u2019nun konuya kar\u015f\u0131 duyarl\u0131\u011f\u0131d\u0131r. Rusya Federasyonu b\u00f6ylesi \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 neredeyse ayr\u0131l\u0131k\u00e7\u0131\u00a0 hareket olarak alg\u0131lamaktad\u0131r. Nitekim Rusya Federasyonu Devlet Dumas\u0131 Federasyon i\u00e7inde Kiril d\u0131\u015f\u0131 alfabe uygulamas\u0131na ge\u00e7ilemeyece\u011fi yasas\u0131n\u0131 kabul edilmi\u015ftir.<\/p>\n<p>Yukar\u0131daki a\u00e7\u0131klamadan sonra, anavatanda\u00a0 Latin k\u00f6kenli alfabe uygulamas\u0131 \u00f6n\u00fcndeki di\u011fer engeller \u00f6nemini yitirmi\u015f say\u0131labilirse\u00a0 de \u00e7o\u011fu dilcilerimizin, bilim adamlar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n, yazarlar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n b\u00f6yle bir uygulamay\u0131 zaten yanl\u0131\u015f buldu\u011funu vurgulamak gere\u011fine inan\u0131yorum. Yani Rusya Federasyonu engeli olmasayd\u0131 bile Latin k\u00f6kenli alfabeye ge\u00e7ilemeyecekti.<\/p>\n<p>Ben, kendimin de aktif olarak katk\u0131da bulunmaya \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131m D\u00c7B ve destek\u00e7ilerinin Adige dili ve alfabesi sorununa yakla\u015f\u0131m\u0131n\u0131, soruna \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm bulma \u00e7abalar\u0131n\u0131 daha yararl\u0131 ve ger\u00e7ek\u00e7i buluyorum.<\/p>\n<p>Peki nedir bu yakla\u015f\u0131m\u0131n \u00f6nerileri:<\/p>\n<p><strong>1)<\/strong>\u00a0Adigey ve Kabardey leh\u00e7eleri i\u00e7in tek alfabeye ge\u00e7ilmesi.<br \/>\n<strong>2) <\/strong>Tek bir yaz\u0131 diline ge\u00e7ilmesi.<br \/>\n<strong>3)<\/strong> Diasporadakiler i\u00e7in Latin temelli alfabe d\u00fczenlenmesi.<\/p>\n<p>1) Adigey ve Kabardey leh\u00e7eleri i\u00e7in tek alfabeye ge\u00e7ilmesi:<br \/>\nBilindi\u011fi gibi g\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fcz Adigey ve Kabardey alfabelerinde kimi ortak sesler farkl\u0131, kimileri de kar\u015f\u0131t harflerle g\u00f6sterilmi\u015ftir. D\u00c7B ilk kuruldu\u011fu g\u00fcnden bu yana tek alfabeye ge\u00e7ilmesi \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n\u0131 stim\u00fcle (canland\u0131rma) etmi\u015f, dilcilerimizle bir\u00e7ok toplant\u0131 yapm\u0131\u015f, D\u00fcnya Adige Akademisi ile konuya yakla\u015f\u0131mda g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015f birli\u011fi sa\u011flanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Bu g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015f birli\u011finden sonra \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar daha sonu\u00e7 al\u0131c\u0131 olmu\u015f, Prof. Dr. Kxhumaxue Muhiddin\u2019in projesi \u00fczerinde anla\u015fma sa\u011flanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Alfabenin uygulan\u0131r hale gelmesi yasama organlar\u0131n\u0131n gerekli yasalar\u0131 kabul\u00fcnden sonra m\u00fcmk\u00fcn olacakt\u0131r. Bu konuda da ilk ad\u0131m at\u0131lm\u0131\u015f Kabardey-Balkat Parlamentosu ortak alfabeye ge\u00e7ilmesi i\u00e7in gerekli yasal d\u00fczenlemeyi yapm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Adigey Parlamentosu\u2019nun da benzer yasay\u0131 kabul\u00fcnden sonra belirlenecek s\u00fcre i\u00e7erisinde uygulamaya ge\u00e7ilecektir.<\/p>\n<p>2) Tek bir yaz\u0131 diline ge\u00e7ilmesi:<br \/>\nTek dile ge\u00e7ilmesi,\u00a0 elbetteki tek alfabeye ge\u00e7ilmesi gibi kolay olmayacakt\u0131r. Ancak D\u00c7B kuruldu\u011fu g\u00fcnden bu yana bu g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015f\u00fc savuna gelmi\u015ftir. Dilcilerimiz, yazarlar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n \u00e7o\u011funun bunun olanaks\u0131z oldu\u011fu g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnde olmalar\u0131na kar\u015f\u0131n D\u00c7B kendi yakla\u015f\u0131m\u0131n\u0131 savunmay\u0131 s\u00fcrd\u00fcrmektedir. Bu \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n uzun erimli bir s\u00fcre\u00e7 oldu\u011funun da\u00a0 bilincindedir. Ancak tek dil dendi\u011finde hep, g\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fczde yaz\u0131n dili olan iki leh\u00e7eden birinin di\u011ferine tercih edildi\u011fi, yada edilebilece\u011finin savunuldu\u011fu san\u0131lmaktad\u0131r. Bu yanl\u0131\u015f san\u0131 \u00f6zellikle D\u00c7B g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fcn kar\u015f\u0131s\u0131nda olanlarca yayg\u0131nla\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lmaktad\u0131r. D\u00c7B\u2019de g\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fcz politik-k\u00fclt\u00fcrel ortam\u0131nda bunun, yani yaz\u0131n dillerinden birinin ortak dil olarak kabul\u00fcn\u00fcn, hayata ge\u00e7irilmesinin m\u00fcmk\u00fcn olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n\u00a0 ayr\u0131m\u0131ndad\u0131r. Savundu\u011fu da ileti\u015fim olanaklar\u0131ndan en \u00fcst d\u00fczeyde yararlan\u0131lmas\u0131, \u00e7ok uzun olmayaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 umdu\u011fumuz bir s\u00fcrede, bir Adige\u2019nin konu\u015ftu\u011funu di\u011ferinin anlar hale gelmesidir. Radyo, tv, gazete, kitap, tiyatro, okul programlar\u0131 vb. say\u0131labilecek daha bir\u00e7ok kanalla ileti\u015fimin yo\u011funla\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131yla tek dile gidilebilece\u011fine inanmakta ve bu konularda \u00e7aba g\u00f6stermektedir.<\/p>\n<p>Ancak son y\u0131llarda, alfabenin d\u00fczenlendi\u011fi y\u0131llarda dilbilimcilerimizin yeterli olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131, dil bilgisi kurallar\u0131na temel olacak Adigece metinlerin \u00e7ok az oldu\u011fu, bunlar\u0131n sonucunda da alfabenin d\u00fczenlenmesinde olsun, dilbilgisi kurallar\u0131n\u0131n belirlenmesinde olsun hatalar yap\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015f\u00fc de dile getirilir olmu\u015ftur. Ki\u015fisel olarak bu g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn gittik\u00e7e a\u011f\u0131rl\u0131k kazanaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131, alfabenin yine Kiril temelli olarak yeniden d\u00fczenlenece\u011fini, dilimizin dil bilgisi kurallar\u0131n\u0131n da g\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fcz dilbilimi verilerinin yol g\u00f6stericili\u011finde yeniden belirlenece\u011fini umuyorum. Bu arada, D\u00c7B\u2019nin A\u011fustos ay\u0131 i\u00e7erisinde Nal\u00e7ik\u2019te ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirece\u011fi D\u00fcnya Gen\u00e7lik Olimpiyat\u0131 ve\u00a0 Alt\u0131nc\u0131 Genel Kurul \u00f6ncesi, \u00e7ok \u00f6nemsedi\u011fi iki konuda daha toplant\u0131 d\u00fczenleyece\u011fini anmakta yarar g\u00f6r\u00fcyorum. \u0130lgili b\u00fct\u00fcn taraflar\u0131n kat\u0131l\u0131m\u0131n\u0131n beklendi\u011fi \u201cAnavatana D\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f Sorunlar\u0131\u201d konulu ilk toplant\u0131, 17 May\u0131s 2003\u2019de Maykop\u2019ta, \u201cDilimiz\u201d konulu ikinci toplant\u0131 ise 7 Haziran\u2019da \u00c7erkessk\u2019te ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilecektir. Bu ikinci toplant\u0131da yukar\u0131da s\u00f6z\u00fcn\u00fc etti\u011fim yeniden yap\u0131land\u0131rma \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n\u0131n daha y\u00fcksek sesle dile getirilebilece\u011fini de s\u00f6yleyebilirim.<\/p>\n<p>\u00c7erkessk\u2019te ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilecek \u201cDilimiz\u201d konulu toplant\u0131n\u0131n g\u00fcndem maddelerinden biri de t\u00fcm Adigeler i\u00e7in Adige Dili g\u00fcn\u00fc belirlemek. Asl\u0131nda bu konuda Adigey\u2019de uygulama zaten ba\u015flam\u0131\u015f bulunuyor. D\u00f6nemin Adigey devlet ba\u015fkan\u0131 Car\u0131m\u2019\u0131n kararnamesi ile Bersey W\u0131mar\u2019\u0131n haz\u0131rlam\u0131\u015f oldu\u011fu bilinen ilk alfabemizin, 1853 y\u0131l\u0131 14 Mart\u0131\u2019nda yay\u0131mlanm\u0131\u015f olmas\u0131 nedeniyle\u00a0 14 Mart 2000 y\u0131l\u0131ndan beri Adige Dili g\u00fcn\u00fc olarak kutlanmaktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>Ayr\u0131ca okullardaki ders saatleri yetersizli\u011finin getirdi\u011fi olumsuzluklar en iyi dil \u00f6\u011fretmeni, en iyi \u00f6\u011frenci, \u00e7e\u015fitli konularda a\u00e7\u0131lan kompozisyon yar\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 gibi etkinliklerle\u00a0 giderilmeye \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131lmaktad\u0131r. Kabardey-Balkar\u2019da Adige Psalhe gazetesinin ba\u015flatm\u0131\u015f oldu\u011fu sonradan Xase ve E\u011fitim-Bilim Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131\u2019n\u0131n da kat\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 Si bze, si pse, si dunay (dilim, ruhum, d\u00fcnyam) adl\u0131 en iyi dil \u00f6\u011fretmeni yar\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 d\u00f6rt y\u0131ld\u0131r s\u00fcrmekte gittik\u00e7e daha \u00f6nemsenir hale gelmektedir.<\/p>\n<p>3) Diasporadakiler i\u00e7in Latin temelli alfabe d\u00fczenlenmesi:<br \/>\nBen D\u00c7B\u2019nin Latin temelli Adige alfabesi\u2019nin anavatandakiler i\u00e7in de\u011fil, sadece muhacerettekiler i\u00e7in olu\u015fturulmas\u0131, yakla\u015f\u0131m\u0131n\u0131n daha ger\u00e7ek\u00e7i buluyor bu konudaki \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalara da katk\u0131da bulunuyorum. D\u00c7B genel sekreterli\u011fim s\u0131ras\u0131nda, s\u00fcrg\u00fcn\u00fcn 132. y\u0131l\u0131 nedeniyle Ankara\u2019da yap\u0131lan \u201cDil Konferans\u0131nda\u201d bu konuyu da g\u00fcndemimize alm\u0131\u015ft\u0131k. Konuyu y\u00f6netimlerimizin de g\u00fcndemine ta\u015f\u0131mak i\u00e7in konferansa Adigey\u2019den d\u00f6nemin E\u011fitim Bilim Bakan\u0131 B\u0131rs\u0131r Bat\u0131rbi\u2019nin, Kabardey-Balkar\u2019dan da E\u011fitim Bilim Bakan\u0131 ad\u0131na O\u015fhamaxue dergisi genel yay\u0131n y\u00f6netmeni W\u0131tt\u0131j Boris\u2019in kat\u0131l\u0131m\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011flam\u0131\u015ft\u0131k. Kat\u0131lm\u0131\u015f olanlar\u0131n hat\u0131rlayabilece\u011fi gibi konferansa kat\u0131lanlar ad\u0131na y\u00f6netimlerimizden diasporadakiler i\u00e7in Latin temelli Adige Alfabesi olu\u015fturulmas\u0131 dile\u011finde bulunulmu\u015ftu.<\/p>\n<p>\u00dcnl\u00fc dilbilimcimiz \u00c7\u2019era\u015fe Zeyneb ad\u0131na iki y\u0131lda bir d\u00fczenlenen dil konferanslar\u0131ndan ilkine -ki, 27-29 May\u0131s 1998\u2019de ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilmi\u015ftir- Fahri Huvaj ile birlikte sundu\u011fumuz \u00f6neriyi son d\u00f6nemlerin bu konudaki en ciddi giri\u015fimi\u00a0 olarak de\u011ferlendiriyorum. Konferans \u00f6zetlerinin\u00a0 sunuldu\u011fu kitap\u00e7\u0131ktan, diasporadaki Adigeler i\u00e7in Latin temelli alfabenin neden gerekli oldu\u011fu savunmam\u0131z\u0131 aktarmadan \u00f6nce bu gereklili\u011fi fark etmekte gecikti\u011fimizi itiraf etmeliyim. Uzun bir s\u00fcre T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de Latin temelli alfabeyi savunanlar\u0131n ba\u015f\u0131nda gelen Sefer Berzeg\u2019e kar\u015f\u0131 \u00e7\u0131km\u0131\u015ft\u0131k. Do\u011frusu, ben daha Adigey\u2019e d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f yapmadan \u00f6nce kimi arkada\u015flar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n kar\u015f\u0131 \u00e7\u0131kmas\u0131na kar\u015f\u0131n Fahri Huvaj ile \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 ba\u015flatm\u0131\u015ft\u0131k. Benim d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcmden sonra Fahri teknik \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 ilerletirken ben de alfabenin tart\u0131\u015f\u0131labilir, benimsenir zeminini haz\u0131rlama \u00e7abas\u0131 i\u00e7indeydim. Fahri Huvaj\u2019\u0131n Adigey\u2019de kald\u0131\u011f\u0131 s\u00fcrede de \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 sonland\u0131r\u0131p tasla\u011f\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 a\u015fa\u011f\u0131da okuyaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131z savunma ile Adige Devlet \u00dcniversitesi\u2019nin d\u00fczenlemi\u015f oldu\u011fu yukar\u0131da s\u00f6z\u00fc edilen konferansa sunduk.<\/p>\n<p><strong> Diasporadaki Adigelerin anadilini kaybetmemesi i\u00e7in Latin temelli Adige alfabesi gereklidir.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>F.M. XHUAJ \u00a0Adigey Sosyal Bilimler Ara\u015ft\u0131rma Enstit\u00fcs\u00fc<br \/>\nH.X.ME\u015eFE\u015e\u2019U \u00c7ocuk Hastal\u0131klar\u0131 Hastanesi Doktor<\/p>\n<p>1) Bilindi\u011fi gibi g\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fczde\u00a0 Adigelerin b\u00fcy\u00fck \u00e7o\u011funlu\u011fu ( 2\/3 ten daha \u00e7ok) T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de ya\u015famaktad\u0131r. Ancak \u00fcz\u00fcc\u00fcd\u00fcr ki Adige dilini bilenlerin say\u0131s\u0131 gittik\u00e7e azalmaktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>2) T\u00fcrkiye\u2019deki Adigelerin kiril temelli alfabeyi \u00f6\u011frenebilmeleri \u00e7ok g\u00fc\u00e7t\u00fcr. Altm\u0131\u015fl\u0131 y\u0131llardan beri bu alfabenin \u00f6\u011frenilmesi \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 yap\u0131lm\u0131\u015f olmas\u0131na kar\u015f\u0131n ba\u015far\u0131l\u0131 olunamam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Bundan sonra da \u00f6\u011frenilebilece\u011fine inan\u0131lmamaktad\u0131r. Bunun \u00e7e\u015fitli nedenleri yan\u0131nda,\u00a0 kendilerinin Latin harflerini kullan\u0131yor olu\u015funu,\u00a0 g\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fcz Adige alfabelerinin Kiril temelli olmas\u0131 ve bu alfabelerin d\u00fczeninin g\u00fc\u00e7 anla\u015f\u0131l\u0131r olmas\u0131n\u0131 da sayabiliriz.<\/p>\n<p>3) T\u00fcrkiye ve di\u011fer muhaceret \u00fclkelerindeki Adigeler Latin harflerini iyi tan\u0131maktad\u0131r. Ayr\u0131ca T\u00fcrkiye d\u0131\u015f\u0131 di\u011fer muhaceret \u00fclke Adigeleri de Latin harfli T\u00fcrk\u00e7e alfabeye a\u015finad\u0131rlar.<\/p>\n<p>4) Muhaceretteki Adigelerin, \u00f6zellikle T\u00fcrkiye\u2019dekilerin anadillerini unutmamalar\u0131 i\u00e7in kolay \u00f6\u011frenilebilecek, hemen uygulanabilecek Latin temelli Adige alfabesi gereklidir.<\/p>\n<p>5) Zaten bug\u00fcnk\u00fc uygulamada, T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de yay\u0131mlanan kitaplarda ge\u00e7en Adigece s\u00f6zc\u00fckler Latin harfleri ile yaz\u0131lmaktad\u0131r. Ancak benimsenmi\u015f ortak bir alfabe olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 i\u00e7in, \u00e7o\u011funlukla farkl\u0131 alfabelerle yaz\u0131lmaktad\u0131r. S\u00f6z\u00fc edilen konferansa E\u011fitim-Bilim bakan\u0131m\u0131z B\u0131rs\u0131r Bat\u0131rbi ile Kabardey-Balkar Cumhuriyeti\u2019nden E\u011fitim-Bilim Bakan\u0131 ad\u0131na \u201cO\u015fhamaxue\u201d dergisi genel yay\u0131n y\u00f6netmeni \u00fcnl\u00fc yazar W\u0131t\u2019\u0131j Boris de kat\u0131lm\u0131\u015flard\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>10) Latin harfleri d\u00fcnyan\u0131n her \u00fclkesinde kolayca bulunabilmektedir. Dolay\u0131s\u0131 ile Latin temelli Adige alfabesiyle yazmak da kitap yay\u0131mlamak da daha sorunsuzdur. Her yerde bulunacak daktilo ve bilgisayarlarla, de\u011fi\u015fikli\u011fe gerek duyulmadan yazmak, yaz\u0131lanlar\u0131 sorunsuz olarak \u00e7o\u011faltmak m\u00fcmk\u00fcnd\u00fcr.<\/p>\n<p>Dolay\u0131s\u0131 ile sundu\u011fumuz Latin temelli bu alfabe i\u00e7in hi\u00e7 olmazsa \u201cdenenmesi uygundur\u201d karar\u0131 al\u0131nabilirse hem Adige diline hem de Adige halk\u0131na yararl\u0131 olunaca\u011f\u0131 inanc\u0131nday\u0131z.<\/p>\n<p>Konferanstan istenen sonucun al\u0131nd\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 s\u00f6ylenemez. Ge\u00e7en s\u00fcrede konu g\u00fcndemden d\u00fc\u015fmemi\u015f s\u00f6z\u00fc edilen alfabenin ulusal varl\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z i\u00e7in ne kadar gerekli oldu\u011fu daha belirgin hale gelmi\u015ftir. Ancak alfabenin teknik sorunlar\u0131n\u0131n T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcmlenece\u011fine inan\u0131yorum. Se\u00e7ilecek alfabenin diasporan\u0131n ve diaspora ili\u015fkilerinin ortak alfabesi olmas\u0131 konusunda D\u00c7B\u2019nin deste\u011fi sa\u011flanmal\u0131d\u0131r. Konferansa sundu\u011fumuz alfabenin b\u00fcy\u00fck de\u011fi\u015fiklik gerektirmeyecek iyi bir \u00f6rnek oldu\u011funu umuyorum.<\/p>\n<p>Bir \u00f6nceki yaz\u0131mda K\u2019uba \u015eaban alfabesinin en b\u00fcy\u00fck eksikli\u011finin Kiril alfabesindeki kimi yetersizlikleri gereksiz bir \u015fekilde Latin alfabesine ta\u015f\u0131m\u0131\u015f oldu\u011funu s\u00f6ylemi\u015ftim. Bu gereksiz uyarlamalardan en \u00f6nde geleni kesme i\u015fareti dedi\u011fimiz, Romen rakam\u0131 (I) ile g\u00f6sterilen im (i\u015faret) yerine (v) harfinin kullan\u0131lmas\u0131d\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>Kiril alfabesine g\u00f6re (I) imi sesi olan bir harf, hem de sessiz bir harf kabul edilmektedir. Ancak bize g\u00f6re bu sesi olmayan ancak bir \u00e7ok g\u00f6revin y\u00fcklenmi\u015f oldu\u011fu bir imdir.<\/p>\n<p>Alfabe \u00f6nerisine ge\u00e7meden \u00f6nce g\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fczde kullan\u0131lan Kiril alfabesindeki eksiklikleri, yanl\u0131\u015f sayd\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z uygulamalar\u0131 vermek istedim. Bunun daha sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 bir Latin alfabesi i\u00e7in gerekli oldu\u011funa inan\u0131yorum.<\/p>\n<p>Bu ama\u00e7la (I) imine ili\u015fkin Adigey\u2019de \u00fc\u00e7 ayda bir yay\u0131mlanan \u201cZekhue\u015fn\u0131\u011fh\u201d adl\u0131 derginin 2005-3. say\u0131s\u0131nda yay\u0131mlanan ve dilbilimcilerce kabul g\u00f6ren\u00a0 makalede de belirtti\u011fim, (I) iminin farkl\u0131 g\u00f6revlerinin \u00f6nerdi\u011fimiz Latin temelli alfabede nas\u0131l kar\u015f\u0131lanabilece\u011fini ilginize sunuyorum:<\/p>\n<p>Asl\u0131nda temel sorun dilimizdeki ses say\u0131s\u0131n\u0131n \u00e7ok yararlanmak durumunda oldu\u011fumuz yayg\u0131n alfabelerin bu arada Kiril alfabesinin harf say\u0131s\u0131n\u0131n az olmas\u0131ndan kaynaklanmaktad\u0131r. Dolay\u0131s\u0131 ile hangi alfabeyi se\u00e7ersek se\u00e7elim kimi harflere birden fazla g\u00f6rev y\u00fcklemek ya da kimi sesleri birden fazla harfle g\u00f6stermek zorunda kal\u0131yoruz. Zaman, zaman \u00f6nerilen, her sesin bilinmeyen, tan\u0131nmayan bir harf ile kar\u015f\u0131lamak gibi \u00f6nerilerin pratik de\u011feri olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131, bizim mutlaka, bilinen bilgisayar programlar\u0131nda yer alan alfabelerden birini kullanmak zorunda oldu\u011fumuzu takdir edersiniz.<\/p>\n<p>Ancak bu kurallar iyice irdelenip bir sisteme ba\u011flanmad\u0131\u011f\u0131nda dili bilmeyenlerin okuma yazma \u00f6\u011frenmeleri, hele dili \u00f6\u011frenmeleri \u00e7ok g\u00fc\u00e7 olmaktad\u0131r. G\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fczde Adige dilbilgisinin sessiz harf sayd\u0131\u011f\u0131 (I) harfi de g\u00f6revleri iyi tan\u0131mlanmam\u0131\u015f harflerden biridir. Bize g\u00f6re (I) harfini, kendi sesi olmayan, bulundu\u011fu yere g\u00f6re de\u011fi\u015fik g\u00f6revleri yerine getiren yard\u0131mc\u0131 bir harf saymak gerekir ve dilimizde d\u00f6rt ayr\u0131 g\u00f6revi yerine getirmektedir. Latin alfabesine ge\u00e7ilirken de t\u00fcm g\u00f6revler i\u00e7in bizce farkl\u0131 g\u00f6revler farkl\u0131 imler, i\u015faretlerle g\u00f6sterilirse alfabe daha kullan\u0131\u015fl\u0131 olacakt\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>1) (I) iminin g\u00f6revlerinden biri, ayn\u0131 harfin hece-s\u00f6zc\u00fck ba\u015flar\u0131nda verdi\u011fi farkl\u0131 sesleri ay\u0131rmakt\u0131r. Kiril alfabesinde bu \u015fekilde ses veren harfler ve Latin alfabesinde bulabilece\u011fi kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131klar \u015funlard\u0131r:<\/p>\n<p><strong>a)<\/strong> S\u00f6zc\u00fck ba\u015f\u0131ndaki (A) seslisi, biri \u0430\u0434\u044b\u0433\u044d-Adige, \u0430\u043d\u044d\u0448-ane\u015f-day\u0131, \u0430\u043f\u0447-ap\u00e7 s\u00f6zc\u00fcklerinde bulunan A sesi gibi hava i\u00e7eren (\u0416\u044c\u044b \u0437\u044b\u043a1\u044d\u0442-j\u0131 z\u0131\u00e7\u00e7et) ses olarak tan\u0131mlanan, biri de ane, ade s\u00f6zc\u00fcklerinde bulunan ve T\u00fcrk\u00e7e&#8217;de s\u00f6zc\u00fcklerin ba\u015f\u0131nda iken verdi\u011fi keskin ses olmak \u00fczere iki farkl\u0131 ses verebilmektedir. Dolay\u0131s\u0131 ile A harfi T\u00fcrk\u00e7e\u2019deki keskin sesi vermesi gerekti\u011finde, haval\u0131 olan\u0131ndan ay\u0131rmak i\u00e7in \u00f6n\u00fcne (I) yard\u0131mc\u0131 imini almaktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>\u00d6nerdi\u011fimiz Latin as\u0131ll\u0131 alfabede s\u00f6zc\u00fck ba\u015f\u0131ndaki (A) n\u0131n iki sesini ay\u0131rmak i\u00e7in ayr\u0131 bir im kullanman\u0131n gereksiz oldu\u011funu d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fcyoruz. T\u00fcrk\u00e7e\u2019deki \u015fapkal\u0131, \u015fapkas\u0131z A gibi. Dili bilenler, A ile ba\u015flayan s\u00f6zc\u00fc\u011f\u00fc bilenler ayr\u0131 bir ime gerek kalmadan haval\u0131 olan\u0131 seslendirebileceklerdir. Keskin okunan\u0131 zaten T\u00fcrk\u00e7e\u2019deki A sesinin ayn\u0131d\u0131r. Ayr\u0131ca anavatana yerle\u015ftikten sonra, muhacerettekilerin sesler aras\u0131 bu n\u00fcans\u0131 kaybetti\u011fimizi g\u00f6zlemledim. \u0130lgin\u00e7 olan\u0131 kentlerde do\u011fup b\u00fcy\u00fcyenlerin de bu iki sesi art\u0131k ay\u0131ramaz oldu\u011fudur. Bu s\u00fcre\u00e7 i\u00e7erisinde hava i\u00e7eren sesi kaybolaca\u011f\u0131 izlenimini vermektedir. Ki, Kube \u015eaban\u2019da ayn\u0131 yakla\u015f\u0131mla iki A sesini ay\u0131rma gere\u011fi duymam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><strong> b)<\/strong> Hece ba\u015flatan (\u042b) seslisi harfi, biri \u044b\u0445\u044c\u044b\u0433\u044a-y\u0131h\u0131\u011fh-g\u00f6t\u00fcrd\u00fc, \u044b\u0448\u044a\u0445\u044c\u044d-y\u0131\u015fhe-kafas\u0131, \u044b\u043d\u044d-y\u0131ne-g\u00f6z\u00fc) s\u00f6zc\u00fcklerinde oldu\u011fu gibi biri hava i\u00e7eren, di\u011feri de T\u00fcrk\u00e7e\u2019deki (I) sesi kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131 iki sesliyi g\u00f6stermektedir. Hava i\u00e7eren \u042b sesi dilimizde hi\u00e7bir zaman sessiz harflerden sonra gelmez. Ancak\u00a0 \u042b harfi hecenin ilk harfi oldu\u011funda yukar\u0131da s\u00f6z\u00fcn\u00fc etti\u011fimiz her iki sesi de verebilir. Dolay\u0131s\u0131 ile s\u00f6zc\u00fck ba\u015f\u0131nda olup\u00a0 T\u00fcrk\u00e7e\u2019deki (I) sesini vermesi gerekti\u011finde \u00f6n\u00fcne (I) imini al\u0131r.Latin temelli alfabede bu sorunun \u015fu \u015fekilde \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcmlenebilece\u011fini d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fcyoruz. T\u00fcrk\u00e7e\u2019deki (I) gibi okunmas\u0131 gerekti\u011fi durumlarda, yani \u00f6n\u00fcne (I) imini ald\u0131\u011f\u0131 durumlarda hi\u00e7bir ek i\u015farete gerek kalmadan T\u00fcrk\u00e7e\u2019deki (I) harfi kullan\u0131lacakt\u0131r. \u0130kinci kullan\u0131m\u0131 olan hava i\u00e7eren \u042b yine diasporada art\u0131k \u00e7o\u011funlukla ay\u0131r\u0131m\u0131nda olunamayan bir sestir. \u00c7o\u011fu b\u00f6lgede Y\u0131 olarak seslendirilmektedir. Kheberdey diyalektinde anavatan yaz\u0131 dilinde de bu ses \u0418-Y\u0131 ile g\u00f6sterilmektedir. Hava i\u00e7eren bu s\u00f6yleyi\u015f bir\u00e7ok b\u00f6lgede(Y\u0131)\u2019ya d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015fm\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr, dilin geli\u015fim s\u00fcrecinde her yerde (Y\u0131)\u2019ya d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015fece\u011fi g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015f\u00fcndeyiz. Onun i\u00e7in Kiril alfabesinde kelime ba\u015f\u0131nda \u042b ile g\u00f6sterilen seslerden hava i\u00e7erenin (YI) olarak yaz\u0131lmas\u0131n\u0131 T\u00fcrk\u00e7e\u2019deki (I) sesini verenin ise I olarak yaz\u0131lmas\u0131n\u0131 \u00f6neriyoruz. Ki Kube \u015eaban da ayn\u0131 yakla\u015f\u0131mla hava i\u00e7eren \u042b sesini\u00a0 Y\u0131 ile g\u00f6stermi\u015ftir. Ancak T\u00fcrk\u00e7e&#8217;deki (I) sesini (\u0130) ile g\u00f6stermi\u015ftir.<\/li>\n<li><strong> c)<\/strong> Yine Kiril alfabesinde s\u00f6zc\u00fck-hece ba\u015f\u0131ndaki \u0418 harfi kimileyin\u00a0 Y\u0131 sesini vermektedir, kimileyin de T\u00fcrk\u00e7e&#8217;deki \u0130 sesini vermektedir.\u00a0 Biz Y\u0131 sesini Y\u0131 olarak yaz\u0131lmas\u0131n\u0131 T\u00fcrk\u00e7e&#8217;deki \u0130 sesinin de yine T\u00fcrk\u00e7e&#8217;deki \u0130 harfi ile g\u00f6sterilmesinin uygun olaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fcyoruz. Kube \u015eaban alfabesinde \u0130 sesi y ile g\u00f6sterilmi\u015ftir. Adigece&#8217;de \u0130 sesi s\u00f6zc\u00fck ba\u015flar\u0131nda yer almad\u0131\u011f\u0131 i\u00e7in bu durum yeterli g\u00f6r\u00fclebilir ancak yabanc\u0131 dillerden dilimize girmi\u015f \u0130\u00a0 ile ba\u015flayan s\u00f6zc\u00fcklerde \u0130&#8217;yi vy ile g\u00f6stermek gerekir ki okumay\u0131 bir hayli zorla\u015ft\u0131raca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fcyoruz.<\/li>\n<li><strong> d)<\/strong> Kiril\u00a0 alfabesinde s\u00f6zc\u00fck-hece ba\u015f\u0131na gelen E harfi kimileyin YE kimileyin de dar uzun E gibi okunur. Kiril&#8217;de bu ayr\u0131m\u0131 yapabilmek i\u00e7in dar uzun okunan E harfinin \u00f6n\u00fcne I imi konur. Latin alfabesinde YE okunan E nin yerine okundu\u011fu gibi Ye yaz\u0131labilece\u011fini uzun ve dar okunan e i\u00e7in de (\u00e9) harfinin kullan\u0131labilece\u011fini d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fcyoruz.\u00a0 Kube \u015eaban sessiz harfi takip eden bu uzun ve dar e sesini g\u00f6stermek i\u00e7in de ye harflerini kullanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Bu durumda s\u00f6zc\u00fck ba\u015f\u0131na geldi\u011finde vye \u015feklinde yaz\u0131lmas\u0131 gerekecektir.<\/li>\n<li><strong> e)<\/strong> Kiril alfabesinde Y harfi hem\u00a0 \u0443\u0430\u043d\u044d-wane, \u0443\u043d\u044d-w\u0131ne oldu\u011fu gibi Arap\u00e7a\u2019daki waw sessiz sesini vermekte,\u00a0 hem de I\u0443\u043d\u044d-\u00e7ivi de oldu\u011fu gibi tam T\u00fcrk\u00e7e&#8217;deki U sesli sesini vermektedir.\u00a0 Kiril\u2019de sesli \u0443-yu sessiz \u0443-dan ay\u0131rmak i\u00e7in sesli olan\u0131 \u00f6n\u00fcne I imini almaktad\u0131r. Latin alfabesinde sessizi W ile sesliyi de U ile g\u00f6stererek bu sorunun yukar\u0131daki \u00f6rneklerde oldu\u011fu gibi \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fclebilece\u011fini d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fcyoruz. Kube \u015eaban alfabesi her iki sesi de U ile g\u00f6stererek Kiril alfabesindeki bu sorunu Latin alfabesine de ta\u015f\u0131m\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. U seslisinin hi\u00e7 unutulmamas\u0131 gereken bir \u00f6zelli\u011fi de Adigece\u2019de hi\u00e7bir zaman basit sesli olarak yani tek ba\u015f\u0131na bulunmad\u0131\u011f\u0131, mutlaka diftong (ayn\u0131 hecede yan yana \u00e7ift \u00fcnl\u00fc) olu\u015fturdu\u011fudur. G\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fczde kullan\u0131lan alfabede\u00a0 \u0433\u0443-gu\u0131 y\u00fcrekte oldu\u011fu gibi u&#8217;dan sonra gelen \u0131 sesi yaz\u0131lmamakta bu da \u00f6\u011frenmede bir\u00e7ok sorun getirmektedir. \u00dcniversitenin yay\u0131nlam\u0131\u015f oldu\u011fu \u00abPsalhe\u00bb adl\u0131 dergide Adigece\u2019de ki diftonglar\u0131 inceleyen ve bu yaz\u0131l\u0131m\u0131n d\u00fczeltilmesi gere\u011fini \u00f6neren yay\u0131mlanm\u0131\u015f makalem de \u015fimdiye kadar bir itiraz ile kar\u015f\u0131la\u015fmam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.2)\n<p>Adigece\u2019de T\u00fcrk\u00e7e&#8217;de olmayan bir \u00f6zellik olarak bir sesli sessiz bir harften sonra gelip yeni bir hece ba\u015flatabilmektedir.
