Rusya Federasyonu\u2019na olan ihracat\u0131m\u0131z 1992-1997 y\u0131llar\u0131 aras\u0131nda h\u0131zla artarak T\u00fcrkiye aleyhine geli\u015fen d\u0131\u015f ticaret dengesinin nispeten iyile\u015fmesini sa\u011flam\u0131\u015f, ancak bu olumlu geli\u015fme A\u011fustos 1998 krizi ile tersine \u00e7evrilmi\u015ftir. S\u00f6z konusu \u00fclkeye y\u00f6nelik 1998 y\u0131l\u0131 ihracat\u0131m\u0131z, 1997 y\u0131l\u0131na g\u00f6re %34,4 oran\u0131nda azalarak 1.347 milyon dolar olarak ger\u00e7ekle\u015fmi\u015ftir.<\/p>\n

\u0130hracat\u0131m\u0131zdaki d\u00fc\u015f\u00fc\u015f 1999 y\u0131l\u0131nda da devam etmi\u015f ve ayn\u0131 d\u00f6nemdeki ihracat\u0131m\u0131z ise bir \u00f6nceki y\u0131la g\u00f6re %56,4 oran\u0131nda azalarak 586.5 milyon dolar olmu\u015ftur. \u0130hracattaki d\u00fc\u015f\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn nedeni, Rusya\u2019da A\u011fustos 1998 y\u0131l\u0131nda ortaya \u00e7\u0131kan ekonomik kriz ve deval\u00fcasyonu m\u00fcteakiben Rus t\u00fcketicilerin sat\u0131n alma g\u00fcc\u00fcndeki azalma nedeniyle ithal mallara y\u00f6nelik talebin daralmas\u0131d\u0131r.<\/p>\n

2000 y\u0131l\u0131 d\u0131\u015f ticaret verileri dikkate al\u0131nd\u0131\u011f\u0131nda, s\u00f6z konusu d\u00f6nemde ihracattaki d\u00fc\u015f\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn durdu\u011fu ve 2000 y\u0131l\u0131ndaki ihracat\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n bir \u00f6nceki y\u0131l\u0131n ayn\u0131 d\u00f6nemine g\u00f6re %8,9 oran\u0131nda artarak 643.9 milyon $ dolar olarak ger\u00e7ekle\u015fti\u011fini g\u00f6rmekteyiz.<\/p>\n

2001-2002-2003 y\u0131llar\u0131nda da s\u00f6z konusu \u00fclkeye olan ihracat\u0131m\u0131zdaki art\u0131\u015f\u0131n devam etti\u011fi g\u00f6r\u00fclmektedir. S\u00f6z konusu \u00fclkeye 2002 y\u0131l\u0131nda ihracat\u0131m\u0131z, bir \u00f6nceki y\u0131la g\u00f6re % 26,8 oran\u0131nda artarak 1.172 milyon $ olmu\u015ftur. 2003 y\u0131l\u0131nda ihracat\u0131m\u0131z ise 2002 y\u0131l\u0131na g\u00f6re % 16,6 oran\u0131nda artarak 1.368 milyon $ olarak ger\u00e7ekle\u015fmi\u015ftir. 2004 (Ocak-A\u011fustos) d\u00f6neminde ise ihracat\u0131m\u0131z 1.118 milyon $ olmu\u015ftur.<\/p>\n

Rusya Federasyonu\u2019na y\u00f6nelik ihra\u00e7 kalemlerimize bakt\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131zda, \u00f6nemli kalemleri tekstil ve konfeksiyon \u00fcr\u00fcnleri, deri giyim, ayakkab\u0131, otomotiv ve otomotiv yan sanayi \u00fcr\u00fcnleri, demir-\u00e7elik \u00fcr\u00fcnleri, narenciye,taze sebze ve meyveler, temizlik maddeleri ve t\u00fct\u00fcn olu\u015fturmaktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n

Di\u011fer taraftan, Rusya Federasyonu taraf\u0131ndan ihra\u00e7 \u00fcr\u00fcnlerimizin \u00fclkeye giri\u015fine getirilen bir kolayl\u0131k, \u00fclkemizin ithalatta uygulanan \u00fclke preferans sistemine dahil edilmesidir. Sovyet d\u00f6neminden beri (1974) uygulanan bu sistem, 1992 y\u0131l\u0131nda tekrar d\u00fczenlenmi\u015f ve \u00fclkemiz, geli\u015fmekte olan \u00fclkeler stat\u00fcs\u00fcnde m\u00fctalaa edilerek, Rusya Federasyonu\u2019na ihra\u00e7 edilecek T\u00fcrk mallar\u0131n\u0131n %25 oran\u0131nda g\u00fcmr\u00fck vergisi indirimi ile \u00fclkeye girmesine imkan sa\u011flanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r (GSP).Ancak, s\u00f6z konusu \u00fclke, ithalatta uygulad\u0131\u011f\u0131 Genel Preferanslar Sistemi’ne dahil madde gruplar\u0131nda bir azaltmaya gitmi\u015ftir. Bu uygulama ile \u00fclkemizin belli ba\u015fl\u0131 ihra\u00e7 \u00fcr\u00fcnlerinden tekstil, deri e\u015fya, \u015fekerleme mamulleri, makarna, temizlik maddeleri, bisk\u00fcviler liste d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda kalm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
