{"id":958,"date":"2019-02-20T21:09:07","date_gmt":"2019-02-20T21:09:07","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/circassiancenter.com\/tr\/?p=958"},"modified":"2019-02-20T21:09:07","modified_gmt":"2019-02-20T21:09:07","slug":"toplumsal-algiyi-yonetebilmek","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.circassiancenter.com\/tr\/toplumsal-algiyi-yonetebilmek\/","title":{"rendered":"TOPLUMSAL ALGIYI Y\u00d6NETEB\u0130LMEK"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>YEMUZ Nevzat Tarak\u00e7\u0131 <span lang=\"en-us\"><br \/>\n<\/span><\/strong><span lang=\"en-us\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial;\">06<\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial;\">.<span lang=\"en-us\">10<\/span>.2011<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Dil, k\u00fclt\u00fcr, ya\u015fam tarz\u0131 gibi farkl\u0131l\u0131klar\u0131 g\u00f6rmemezlikten gelmek, bu ger\u00e7ekleri \u00f6telemek \u00e7ok zaman kaybettirdi bu \u00fclkeye<\/p>\n<p>T\u00fcrkiye, \u015fimdi demokratik hak ve \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fckler noktas\u0131nda zor bir s\u00fcre\u00e7 ya\u015f\u0131yor.<\/p>\n<p>Yeni anayasa \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmas\u0131 ile k\u00f6kl\u00fc ve kronik sorunlar\u0131n \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm\u00fc i\u00e7in ufukta <strong> tarih\u00ee f\u0131rsat<\/strong> belirirken tuzaklar, sabotajlar s\u00fcreci olumsuz etkiliyor.<\/p>\n<p>Sorunu, kendi varl\u0131k sebebi sayan taraflar, \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm\u00fcn \u00f6n\u00fcndeki en b\u00fcy\u00fck <strong>engel <\/strong>oluveriyor.<\/p>\n<p>Bu karma\u015f\u0131k sorunun \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm\u00fc, bilgi ve uzmanl\u0131k kadar inan\u00e7 ve samimiyet gerektiriyor.<\/p>\n<p>\u00c7\u00f6z\u00fcm istiyormu\u015f gibi g\u00f6r\u00fcnerek toplumu ajite eden s\u00f6ylemlerde bulunanlar \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcms\u00fczl\u00fc\u011fe \u00e7anak tutuyor.<\/p>\n<p>Onlarca y\u0131ld\u0131r kangren haline gelen <strong>temel hak ve \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fckler<\/strong> meselesi ger\u00e7ekten bir\u00e7ok problemi i\u00e7inde bar\u0131nd\u0131r\u0131yor.<\/p>\n<p>Sorunun tarihi s\u00fcrecini, akt\u00f6rlerini, s\u0131k\u0131nt\u0131lar\u0131n\u0131, imk\u00e2n ve f\u0131rsatlar\u0131n\u0131 \u00e7ok iyi bilmeden sorunu \u00e7\u00f6zmek m\u00fcmk\u00fcn olmuyor.<\/p>\n<p>Sorunu anlamak kadar psikolojileri de bilmek, <strong>alg\u0131lar\u0131 iyi y\u00f6netmek<\/strong> gerekiyor.<\/p>\n<p>T\u00fcrkiye\u2019deki temel hak ve \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fckler meselesini \u00e7\u00f6zmeye genel k\u00fclt\u00fcr bilgisi yetmiyor. Bu can yak\u0131c\u0131 sorunun bir\u00e7ok boyutuyla <strong>y\u00fczle\u015fmek<\/strong>, bir\u00e7ok noktas\u0131n\u0131 <strong>sindirmek,<\/strong> en \u00f6nemlisi de meseleyi <strong>dert edinmek<\/strong> gerekiyor.<\/p>\n<p>\u015e\u00fcphesiz yeni anayasa haz\u0131rl\u0131\u011f\u0131 a\u015famas\u0131nda en zor nokta t\u00fcm taraflarla diyalog i\u00e7inde olma, herkesin d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcncesini s\u00fcrece katma noktas\u0131d\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>\u00c7\u00f6z\u00fcmle ilgili farkl\u0131 yol ve y\u00f6ntemler, farkl\u0131 \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm projeleri var.
